I wasn't exactly certain what to expect, when I decided to order this scent. While the name says 'Rose', I have no idea what Hellebore smells like. Sniffing it straight from the bottle, I get something slightly sharp and bubbly-mossy from it. There's something about the scent that I can't quite put my finger on, like I've smelled it before. Immediately, it makes me think a grandparents and Christmas, in a very good way. It's a very comforting scent, even if it isn't usually the kind of thing I like. There's just something about it, warm and kind of comforting. Maybe that's just me and some long-forgotten association. I'm sure I'll be going inside until I can make Mom sniff it.

Joie de Combat's loss is my gain, I suppose! Tiger Lily is an armful of rich, vibrant lillies covered in honey. It's a very, very cheerful and fiesty scent -- all BRIGHT, GLOWING GOLDEN YELLOW and warm, dripping honey. Yummy.

This is an extremely light, green sort of scent. There's something fresh about it, just bordering on 'air freshener'.....but it manages to escape it with something all too natural about it. I'm reminded of mountain air, the kind of hazy and soft quality that you only really get at dawn, when the grass is covered in dew and there's fog everywhere. Lovely.

On the suggestion of a friend, I decided to try the Lab's signature scent. Good thing I did, because on my own I would have ignored this gem! The first thing I can smell is almonds, immediately out of the bottle. It's all smooth and nutty for the first few minutes, then slowly.....something sensual and warm starts to come through. Hello, cinnamon! Now, I don't usually LIKE cinnamon scents....but somehow, this almond-cinnamon scent wrapped around me and I found myself smiling for no reason. No, I haven't kissed any mirrors yet. Maybe when I actually wear it out.

Hello, my lovelies. The rose is so immediate, strong and lovely and bold....but not nearly as offensive or overwhelming as I'd feared it would be. While the haughty rose of Pride hated me, Peacock Queen is as sexy and perfectly-lush a rose scent as I could have hoped for. I think I need a bottle of this now. I can't quite decide if this will replace Whip as my favorite rose scent or not.

*sniff* *sniff* ....hmm. Caramel! Mouth-watering caramel, that makes me crave something sticky and sweet right this instant. I don't think I'd ever wear it on me, because I'm not fond of food scents.....but the smell does capture the very essence of junky carnival food. It's like being a kid again, staring at the vendor with his cotton candy, funnel cakes, caramel apples and taffy.....and begging your parents to buy you something. Damn, my mouth is watering again.

Maybe I'm insane, but upon first sniffing Milk Moon.........my immediate reaction was, "Chocolate Milk!" Rather, the cocoa powder being mixed into a glass of milk. I'm reminded of the Cocoa scent from Bath and Body Works, in that it's....chocolate, but not quite at that sweet chocolate candies stage. It's powdery cocoa, warm and tempting and just waiting to be made into wonderful and sweet.

Hmmm. Upon opening the bottle, I'm struck with a very vibrant and cheerful scent. Apples covered in honey, with a hint of floral? Its almost sun-shine bright, bordering on a little /too/ bright. But then it touches my skin and the rose comes out, balancing it into something soft and beautiful. The honey is still there, warm and soothing and I can still smell a fresh whiff of the apples, but the florals are really there now. I like.

The wild, untamed essence of lycanthropy. Primeval in its raw power and insatiable hunger: juniper, cypress and galangal with the barest touch of eucalyptus. Ick! Ickickick! Loup Garou is a very green, foresty scent and just not my thing. People that like that sorta thing will LOVE IT. Me, I'm not a fan of smelling like a Christmas tree. n.n; Trade.

Smoky, steamy and lush. It's a very summery scent, almost creamy and too relaxing. Wearing it makes me want to be lazy, all warmth and afternoon napping. In the buff, because it's lazy /and/ sexy.

The fruit is the first thing I smell, juicy and mouth-watering. Then the florals show up, creating a nice fruit-flower blend that's not overpowering.

Uber-girly to the extreme. It's a very pretty floral, almost heady in its sweetness. The kind of thing to wear when I want to feel oh-so pretty and pink.

Like Hell's Belle, I can smell the lush magnolias....but here, the scent is more a sexy, heady floral. It doesn't give me the power rush of it's sister-scent, but it still wins in my mind. It starts smoky and heady on my skin, then dries to a warm smolder.

A surprising love, to be honest. I didn't expect to like it, but I actually really do. The cherries are obvious, sweet and lush on my skin. Lilies come in to soften it, creating something very red and vibrant and tarty that I'm surprised to find I love.

Softness and dreamy warmth, like a quiet sunrise. It's very subtle, a soft of 'skin warmth' like lounging around in bed. The honeysuckle is wonderful, adding a quiet sweetness to the mix.
