This was everything I wanted in the Sugar Cookie Snake Oil, so I’m glad I was able to try a decant first before I jumped on a bottle. An overtly saccharine (and very delicious) brown sugar, almost maple, cookie mixed with the musky, spicy Satyr. All of the notes meld fairly well on my skin, rounding out into a smooth, sweet, & sexy perfume. I think I’ll be changing my order to this instead of the Snake Oil version as that one went plasticky and almost sour on me.

Sweet, soft, light white ginger honey. This almost turns soapy on me but something stops it from turning into straight soap on my skin - which I’m very thankful for! A blend I love using after a long day when I need to wind down. A sleepy, comforting, gentle scent that is perfect for bedtime✨

Rich, dark, caramelized figs and fruits baked into a delicious brown bread cake. It’s almost on the verge of being like a boozy, figgy, tobacco - and I just love it. One of the best holiday scents that I tend to wear often during this time of year.

I’m a little surprised I haven’t reviewed this one yet. It’s definitely a favorite! Smooth, cocoa laden Snake oil with soft rice milk and just a hint of teak. My bottle is aged well and all of the notes including the teak have softened over time to create a snuggly, warm, sexy, spicy cocoa. I wear this one before bedtime as it is comforting and helps soothe my nerves🥰 Wear if you want to feel like you’re wrapped in a cuddly, cocoa-vanilla blanket hug.

Yes! This! It's my go-to perfume for interviews and I have gotten every job I've been interviewed at when wearing it

I've been trying a few leather scents to find the perfect one, and this comes close for me. Shiny black leather like that of a riding crop, soft, gentle myrrh, and a touch of black amber to balance it out. I almost get a medicinal wipe smell from the amber when I put it on but it quickly blends in with the other notes. Glad I snagged a sample of this and I may get a bottle if it mellows more in the future

Bumping this as I've been using Boomslang as a sleep aide for months now. It's the rice milk/cocoa mix that's doing it. Knocks me right out after I put it on. Lovely comforting and cozy scent

Feed Me and Fill Me With Pleasure, Badgers, Blood Popsicle, Mole, Womb Furie, Oakmoss SN, Sumatran Red Patchouli SN, Imaginer, Black Taffeta, Snake Oil, and Gingerbread Satyr all stay on me for Hours! -
I get the lilac water and amber immediately, with the lily of the valley, moss, and violet leaf following. This is blended very well, creating a classic, timeless, albeit sinister scene. Like a lilac bush in full bloom before it decays, or a large dark room with only a beam of sunlight - that you aren't welcome in.

Juniper and pine wood smoke with a touch of tobacco and a light chill. Unfortunately this starts turning into a soapy cologne on my skin after a few minutes, but I love the imagery!

Sweet, rich brown sugar with wafts of nutty cedar and incense smoke. Dark, heady, and slightly foreboding. This is absolutely wonderful

Found this lovely thread for you - http://www.bpal.org/topic/57946-looking-for-any-harry-potter-scent-recommendations/ That's such a thoughtful idea! ^.^ -
It may be a bit hard to get, but you should try Eve from the Only Lovers Left Alive collection! Eve is eternal: in three-thousand years, she has likely traveled the length and breadth of the world, immersed in innumerable cultures throughout the ages, observing the ebb and flow of humanity and the imperishability of nature itself. Despite her age, she is the character that seems most rooted, always experiencing each moment with open eyes, always fully present. Her scent is one that travels through the eons: the Irish moss, yarrow, and hawthorn of the Iron Age Britons, ancient Rome’s omphacium and honey, myrrh and calamus from Egypt, the frankincense and damask roses of the Florentine Renaissance, white sandalwood from the Far East, Moroccan saffron and rose water, and a swirl of incense from the souks.

Bumping this a bit because I am missing fall! Loup Garou and Deep in Earth both smell like pine forests to me. And Loup Garou has eucalyptus The LE A World Where There Are Octobers smells like you are walking down a path with maple trees. Also if you are thinking about making your house smell like a damp, fog-filled lair then I would suggest the Tree Roots, Fallen Leaves and Tomb Moss atmo spray. I will definitely be thinking of more!
