The Last Squished Jellybean On: Wow. This smells like a hot cinnamon jellybean, possibly with a bit of licorice. 1.5 hours in: Dry, hot cinnamon. 7.5 hours in: A soft, powdery cinnamon. Overall: Cinnamon (and most other "hot"notes) aren't really my thing.

Bleeding Heart On: Metallic and a bit sour with something a bit sweet underneath. Maybe some herbs or flowers, too. 1.5 hours in: Still metallic, but floral, too. Sharp. 7.5 hours in: A soft, sweet floral. Overall: This is pretty after it dies, but not really me.

The Apple of Sodom On: Far more perfumey than I would have though, but also herbal. I can get a bit of ashiness and some sour apple, too. 1 hour in: Sweeter now. Powedery/ashy with a sweeter apple note. 5 hours in: Sweet and almost a bit anise-y. Powdery. Pretty. Overall: This is really pretty scent and wasn't at all what I expected.

Soft brown and Tyrian purple: dusty clove and blackcurrant. On: This is lovely.Definitely dark and soft. I'm getting the warmness of the clove with a dusty feel and the hint of something sweet behind it. 1 hour in: Warm, dusty clove. Very comforting. 5 hours in: Still warm, earthy, dusty clove. Overall: I may have to try to get a bottle of this. It made me feel really cozy.

Sparkling Apple Cider On: Cider so tart that I think I have to call it sour, like cider made from bright green Granny Smith apples. Eek! 1 hour in: So amazingly tart and bright. A bit powdery. 6.5 hours in: Powdery, tart apples. Overall: This is a really pretty scent, not very bubbly, but nice.

B340 On: All sorts of flowers, some soapy, some sweet. I think I'm getting some violet, which might end up great or horrible on me. Ha. I think I can also catch a bit of something minty. 1 hour in: Soapy flowers with something musty. 6.5 hours in: Powdery, sweet, and soapy flowers. Overall: This doesn't really smell great on me once it dries down.

Fruit of Paradise On: Tart and sweet pomegranate. Candy-like. 1 hour in: Powdery pomegranate. 4 hours in: Powdery, tart candy. Overall: This is pretty, but I have other pomegranate scents that I like more.

Lillith's Tea Party On: Sweet, candy-like cakes. 1 hour in: A sweet, warm, cake scent. 4 hours in: Sweet with a vegetable note underneath. Overall: This is another sweet scent that doesn't work on my skin.

Heroine On: Very pretty. Light, sweet, and a bit floral. 1 hour in: Powdery, tart blossoms. A cute scent. 3 hours in: I don't know if it's the rhubarb, the apple blossom, or a combination of the two, but this is just bright and cheery and fruity and powdery and fun. 6.5 hours in: Powdery and cheery. I really like this. Overall: This might be bottle-worthy.

Event Horizon On: It's hard to get a grasp on what this smells like. It's sort of elusive. What I can catch is a very dark scent. 1 hour in: Much stronger. Lots of opium and sweet flowers. 3 hours in: The benzoin is strong and incense-y. This is still very dark with a bit of sweetness. Very pretty. 6.5 hours in: Powdery, sweet, and dark. Definitely an incense scent still. Overall: I think this is really pretty and it works a lot better on me than I thought it would.

Pink Champagne On: A sweet, almost syrupy scent with fizzy champagne underneath. 2.5 hours in: Sweet champagne. 7 hours in: Still sweet with fizzy champagne. Overall: Very pretty. Champagne scents aren't my favorites, but this is really pretty on me.

Champagne and Opium On: Effervescent, light champagne with a bit of darkness underneath 2.5 hours in: Mostly sparkly champagne. 7 hours in: Still fizzy champagne. Overall: This is pretty much champagne on me the entire time.

Kill-Devil On: Pretty and sweet. Not foody, which is good. 3 hours in: Sweet and earthy. Really pretty. 5 hours in: So pretty. I really like this a lot. Sweet and a bit heavy, but not syrupy or overwhelming. Overall: This is one of those oils that I think might be nice and find myself sniffing over and over again. Definitely bottle-worthy.

The Butterfly On: Bright, sunny bergamot. It isn't a note I usually like on me, but it isn't too sharp right now. Very pretty. I can get some of the amber, too. 3 hours in: Powdery and sweet with a bit of sharpness. 5 hours in: There's still that sharpness that I don't like. Overall: Another case of me not liking the smell of bergamot on my skin.

Overprotective Possessed Talking Doll On: Odd. This is incredibly sweet. Almost sickly sweet. A tiny bit powdery, but sticky, too. 1 hour in: Much nicer. Sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. Powdery and nice. 5 hours in: Still sweet and powdery. Pretty. Overall: This is pretty, but not a must-have for me.

Mother Ginger On: So sweet, but not heavy. I can definitely get the gingerbread and nutmeg, which help this from being too sticky/sickly sweet. 1 hour in: Sigh...sort of vegetable-y and sort of wood-y. Weird. 5 hours in: Spicy, sweet, and a bit vegetable-y. Overall: I was hopeful for this one, but it didn't develop well on me.

On: Lots and lots of red musk and cassia. Very spicy. 2 hours in: Lots and lots of spicy cassia and some red musk, both notes that don't tend to work for me. Overall: This didn't make much of an impression on me, which is probably a good thing, since both cassia and red musk tend to smell weird on me.

On: Smooth, dark, and heady. Very nice. 2 hours in: There's a sharp, soapy edge to this now. Overall: I think the rose geranium went oddly soapy in this one, so it didn't work on me.

The Miller's Daughter On: Amazing. Dry straw, but with a sweetness and warmth to it. 2 hours in: So pretty. Dry and slightly sweet. Very nice. 6.5 hours in: A bit sharper, but still pretty. Definitely dry straw and something sweet. Overall: This is such an interesting dry/sweet scent. I really liked it a lot. Very pretty.

Lawn Gnome On: Lots and lots of moss with sticky molasses. There's some tart red currant and sweet vanilla cream, too, but only in the background. Very interesting. 2 hours in: Mostly moss with a bit of sweetness. 6.5 hours in: Heavier now. It's mostly molasses with red currant and something sweet. Not as earthy. Overall: This is really pretty and interesting, but I probably wouldn't wear it much. I wish the patchouli was noticeable.

How Doth the Little Crocodile On: Really smooth mint chocolate. Very pretty and not overwhelmingly foody. 1 hour in: Mostly chocolate with a hint of mint. 6.5 hours in: Sweet and a bit chocolate-y. A hint of something woodsy. Overall: This is just OK on me.

Pomegranate II On: So bright, tart, and sweet! Very citrussy and lovely. 1 hour in: Tart, powdery candy. 6.5 hours in: Still powdery and tart. Overall: This is nice, but I don't think I'd try to hunt down more.

Whoso List to Hunt On: Wood and warm musk. 1 hours in: Woody musk. 3 hours in: Very, very faint and woody. Overall: Wood scents aren't my thing.

The Perfumed Garden 2010 On: An amazingly lush, sweet scent. Lovely. I can really pick out the apple peel, in particular. 3.5 hours in: Just a lovely, sweet, fruity floral. 8.5 hours in: Powdery and a bit soapy. Overall: This starts out great, but I don't like how it dries on me.

Shadwell On: This scent is very hard to pick up. I can get a musty, mildew sort of scent and some sweetness and milk. Odd. 3.5 hours in: This is really sweet and pretty, but with a musty undercurrent. Very interesting. 8.5 hours in: Really, really pretty. Sweet and musty, but in a really nice way. Overall: Just lovely.
