The Last Unicorn On: The sweetness of the white chocolate and coconut is what hits me first, then there's an earthy, fruity scent, that might be a combination of the root, orris, violet leaf, and oakmoss. Interesting. 1 hour in: Sweet and a little powdery, with a bit of earthiness. Not as pungent as it was at first, which is a good thing. 5 hours in: Sweet and powdery still, along with that same hint of earthiness. Overall: This isn't really me.
-
The Great Grey Witch On: Sweet, but hard to get a hold of. Very airy. Beyond pretty. 1 hour in: Incredibly soapy and powdery. 5 hours in: A very woody scent. A bit powdery. Overall: This is really pretty on me at first, but I don't like the dry down.
-
Poisson d'Avril On: Tons of sweet, fresh flowers. Very, very nice. 4 hours in: Powdery flowers. A bit soapy. 7 hours in: Soapy flowers. Overall: This floral just didn't work on me.
-
Bread-and-Butter-Fly On: A very sweet, creamy, buttery scent. 4 hours in: Very sweet and creamy. I'm getting a bit of a bread note, too. 7 hours in: Sweet, sugary, and bready. Overall: This is pretty and interesting, but I don't think it's something I would wear often.
-
Vespillo On: This is very heavy on the patchouli, but with lots of neroli, too. 5 hours in: This is earthy and a bit dirty on me. Overall: This isn't my sort of scent, but it's nice.
-
Slaugh On: All I get is sassafras, which is light, sweet, and root beer-y. So nice. It actually kind of reminds me of the root beer flavor Bottlecaps candy. 2.5 hours in: This is pretty: very light, but sweet and almost a little incense-y. The sassafras is still there, but not as strongly. 5 hours in: Soft, pretty sassafras. I really like this. Overall: This is really lovely on me. I think I'm going to test it and The Organ Grinder at the same time to see which works best on me.
-
Veritas On: This is all frankincense on me at first. 3 hours in: I'm getting a sweet floral scent with a strong base of frankincense. 4 hours in: Still about the same. This reminds me of Catholic church incense. 8.5 hours in: Powdery and floral. Overall: I like the frankincense on this, but it's almost a single note on me.

Heady magnolia and honeyed peaches. On: Bright, sweet peaches and pretty magnolia. 3 hours in: Floral and fruity. This is really well-blended, so it's hard to pick out the separate notes. 4 hours in: Floral and sweet, but there's something going vegetable-y on me. 8.5 hours in: Powdery and a bit sweet. Overall: This didn't really work on me.

Champagne and Absinthe On: Fizzy champagne, but with dark, licorice-y anise to it and a hint of bitter citrus. Half an hour in: Anise and something sweet. Still a bit fizzy. 2.5 hours in: Powdery and champagne-y. 7 hours in: A faintly sweet scent. Overall: Champagne scents aren't really my favorite. I'm usually overwhelmed by the fizziness and that's all I end up being able to smell. I liked the anise in this a lot, but I think I'd be better off with something that focused more on that.

Champagne and Party Hats On: The fizziness of champagne with sweet, foody white cake. Half an hour in: Sweet white cake and, for some reason, something that reminds me of lemongrass. It still has a light fizziness to it. 2.5 hours in: Vegetable-y. Boo. 7 hours in: A pretty, vanilla-y, yellow or white cake. Much lighter. Overall: This is a nice surprise. It went vegetable-y on me for a little while, which happens sometimes with foody scents, but that went away. It's really a pretty foody scent. Definitely unique.

Queen Alice On: Wow. Amazingly spicy carnations, which I absolutely adore. There's some sweetness to this, too, and I can get the cider. Very, very nice. 1 hour in: This is so beautiful. It's mostly powdery, warm, spicy carnations on me. So, so lovely. 5 hours in: I'm in love with this. It's all powdery carnations. 6.5 hours in: Lovely, powdery, slightly sweet carnations. Overall: Definitely a really great blend on me. Yay!

Pahoehoe Note: I've been working my way through BPAL's banana scents in the hopes of finding a long-lasting banana scent. On: Incredibly sweet banana and sticky grenadine with some light, white coconut. 1 hour in: A powdery banana scent, but with an odd, vegetable undertone. (That sometimes happens to me with sweeter scents.) 5 hours in: Still powdery banana with that vegetable undertone. 6.5 hours in: Just powdery. Overall: My search will continue...

On: Cool apples with a bit of a blossom undertone. 3 hours in: A pretty apple scent, still with a hint of something floral. 6 hours in: I can just barely get a hint of something slightly powdery and sweet on my skin. Overall: This doesn't last on me at all.
-
Long Night Moon On: This is so me. Aquatic and floral. It reminds me of the original Pisces blend. 1 hour in: A bit sharper. This smells like rain for some reason. 3 hours in: Powdery, sharp, and a bit soapy. 6.5 hours in: Still about the same. Overall: I think my skin messes up certain flowers by making them sharp on my skin. Unfortunately, that's what happened here.

On: This definitely smells like fresh, wet, green leaves or grass for the most part. Perfectly springy. 1 hour in: A wood note is coming forward now. There's a hint of sweetness and damp earthiness, too. 3 hours in: Mostly a warm, woody scent. Not heavy or overpowering, but soft, with a bit of a sweet feel to it. 6.5 hours in: Still a really lovely warm and woody scent. Overall: This is really nice and light on me. I wish it didn't go as woody on me, since it isn't something I can really see myself wearing much. However, if someone didn't mind that about it, it would a really great blend to try out.

Vasilissa On: Sweet and creamy with very pretty star jasmine 2 hours in: I keep getting hints of this and it's really pretty. Still creamy, but powdery and dark, too. Very nice. 5 hours in: Still really pretty. A sweet, creamy floral. Overall: This is such a pretty, pretty scent.
-
The Little Wooden Doll On: A very, very strong wood scent. 2 hours in: Slightly sweet, but very sharp, powdery wood. 5 hours in: A sweet woody scent. Not sharp anymore. Overall: Wood scents and I don't tend to get along.
-
Lady MacBeth On: Sweet and dark. Definitely a berry scent, but with a dark, heavy undertone. 4.5 hours in: A sweet, powdery berry scent. Overall: This is pretty, but not outstanding, on my skin
-
Zorya On: These is gorgeous. Lots of lush jasmine and creamy, white flowers. 2.5 hours in: This smells like a single, lush, creamy flower. 8 hours in: A pretty floral. A bit creamy and powdery. Overall: This isn't anything particularly fantastic on me.
-
Vechernyaya On: The patchouli is really strong and earthy on this, with lots of poppy. 2.5 hours in: This smells amazing on me. Slightly sweet, but mostly powdery and floral, with an interesting feeling of being both light and dark. 8 hours in: This is so pretty. Still powdery and sweet and floral. I love it. Overall: Yeah, an imp is not going to be enough of this for me. I can't imagine why I swapped away my bottle.
-
Skuld On: Sweet ylang ylang. Very pretty. 2 hours in: The ylang ylang is still the strongest, but there's a hint of sweet honey and a nice base of musks. 5.5 hours in: Very sweet, but not heavy. Mostly musk and honey, with ylang ylang. Overall: I like ylang ylang, but I think it's more of a room-scent sort of note for me.
-
Hi'iaka On: A wonderfully fresh. lush, damp floral. 2 hours in: A slightly soapy, tropical floral. 5.5 hours in: Still slightly soapy and tropical, but sweeter. Overall: I wasn't 100% sure the notes on this would work on me, but they pretty much did. It isn't mind-blowing on me, though.
-
Black Hellebore Honey On: Herbal honey with a bit of a cool, minty edge. 1 hour in: Light honey with a woody note, and still that bit of mint. 2 hours in: Mostly a woodsy honey. 3.3 hours in: A lovely, powdery honey. 5 hours in: Powdery honey.
-
Tea Time in Roswell On: A foody, cake scent with a nice amount of watery cucumber. 1 hour in: Sweet bread and slightly sweet cucumbers. 2 hours in: Sigh. I'm getting this odd vegetable note I sometimes get with sweet scents. 3.3 hours in: A sweet, bready scent. 5 hours in: Slightly vegetable-y, but mostly sweet and bread-like. Overall: This didn't work on me.
-
Helena On: This smells oddly like wood on me. However, there is a healthy bit of rose, which I'm hoping cancels that out. 2 hours in: Lily, jasmine, and rose. Nicely blended. 4 hours in: A sweet floral blend. Overall: This particular floral wasn't great on me.
