Yay, a milky scent that doesn't go sour baby spitup on me! Seriously, this is gorgeous! It smells like Early Grey tea with milk and honey and a hint of spice (must be the carnations). I can't smell the rose at all, which is just fine! This is just superbly blended and I must have a big bottle right away. It's somewhat fleeting, but for something so beautiful, I don't mind slathering and reapplying throughout the day. Edit: Oh dear, I got a big bottle of this from a forumite and it smells different! I can tell it's the same scent, but this one has rose...lots of rose. The rose on my skin drowns out all the sweet milky goodness. I'm afraid I shall have to swap it away.

I was expecting this to be crisp, light, and citrussy, and it was at first, but then my skin amped the musk and vanilla. It turned into something unexpectedly deep and sexy, and very long lasting to boot! I will definitely be adding this one to my collection.

I know the description says "hint of mint," but this is ALL mint on me. It smells really nice and refreshing, actually, but it fades very quickly, to the point that I would need to reapply it every hour. It's my favorite BPAL mint so far, but I'm going to keep looking.

All I get from this is a headache-inducing, perfumey floral. Most florals don't work for me, though, so don't let my review deter you if you're a floral lover! Off to swaps with this one.

Yay, a floral I don't hate! I love green tea and lemon verbena, and they do a great job of keeping the flowers in line. This is a very delicate and pretty scent. It smells like perfume without giving me a headache. I do like it, but I so rarely feel like wearing florals that I still think I'll swap it. Too many other BPAL scents are calling my name!

I could have sworn that this had peppermint in it, but I see now that it must be the pennyroyal. I honestly couldn't smell the lavender at all, just a strong mint, fading quickly into something that just smelled rather "off" on my skin. I can see how it might work for headaches, nausea, and the like, but I still think it will do better in a new home.

I didn't look at the description before testing this one, and I really had a hard time picking out the notes. To me, it smelled herbal, slightly fruity, sweet, and light. There's something in it that smells almost minty, kind of like an herbal toothpaste (but not in a bad way). I kind of like it, but I don't know how much I'd wear it, so the verdict is: keep the imp but don't order a bottle. Yet.

OK, let's just get this out of the way first: most florals don't work on me. Euphrosyne is, unfortunately, no exception. It is a sweet floral which, on my skin, borders on cloying. I don't actually smell any vanilla, although that could be adding to the general sweetness of the blend. If you like florals, this may be your thing, but it's just not mine.

In the imp and wet on my skin, this was a bitter, bracing, crisp citrus scent. As it dried, it sweetened and softened into something almost candyish. I've never seen a scent morph into something so different! I really enjoyed both stages though, and I feel a 5ml may be in my future.

Definitely one of the sweeter BPALs I've sniffed. It's rich, slightly buttery, and I definitely smell the honey also, along with something nutty. I do like it, but I'm not sure I need a bottle. I'll have to test it out again, and will edit if my opinion changes.

To me, this is a more buttery version of Pumpkin Patch #1. The butter dominates at first, but once dry, it smells of pumpkin and apples. It's really delicious smelling, although I do prefer my pumpkin scents with a bit more spice. I think I'll keep my imp and try layering it with some spicy goodness just to see what happens.

On me, this is soapy, powdery, old-lady rose, simple as that. There are very few rose scents that I can wear, but since this one was frimped to me, I thought I'd give it a try anyway. No luck, so it will be going to a new and more appreciative home.

In the imp, I smell the sweet pea and something faintly herbal. Very fresh, sweet, and beautiful. On my skin, I smell...plastic! Ack! Get it off! Needless to say, this one isn't going to work for me. Off to swaps it goes.

This is incensey and a little bit floral, although I don't smell the roses that some others do. It's pleasant enough, but not the sort of scent I usually gravitate to, so it will probably go to swaps.

What a great blend! I smell light florals, ozone, maybe a hint of lemon, and something aquatic. It's light and refreshing and perfect for warm weather. I may need a bottle of this.

I don't even like florals, so why do I LOVE Budding Moon so much? It smells to me like cool, fresh night air with a hint of sweetness. It's what I hoped Snow White would smell like, for some reason. Without a doubt, my favorite BPAL floral.

Beautiful, sweet, spicy, autumnal goodness! I got this decant from a lovely forumite, and I'm not sure which year it's from. It's been sitting around for a while, since I was scared to test it due to the dreaded black patchouli. But it's surprisingly wearable, and it has great throw. I'll definitely snag a bottle if it makes a return!

These are the lovely preciousses that I got from GypsyRoseRed's decant circle: DCCLXXV- This is a light, sweet, slightly soapy floral. Scents like this are usually not my style, but it's actually quite nice. DCCLXXIII- One of my favorites! Light and gingery. Not a bakery scent like Gingerbread Poppet or Shub, but just very fresh and uplifting. I snagged the rest of the bottle. DCCLXXI- Straight up honey. Soft and close to the skin, but so long-lasting and yummy. It's like O without the amber, and it also reminds me a bit of Dana O'Shee. Another big winner! I asked GRR if she still had the bottle, but she'd promised it to someone else already. You are one lucky duck, whoever you are! DCCLXXVI- This one is really hard to describe. It's sweet, but has a sharpness to it, maybe herbal? I'm really curious to read other reviews of this one, because I cannot for the life of me pick out the notes. It's a good one, though. DCCLXXII- At first, sweet and candyish with a hint of musk. The drydown is all musk. I like it better than some of the heavy musks, like Smut, and some of the really sugary ones like Sugar Skull. Not a single loser in the bunch! Now I'm excited to get the Chaos Theory bottles I ordered after I'd already signed up for the decant circle!

I hadn't heard much about this one and didn't know what to expect, but WOW!!! It's warm, smoky, woody, and sweet. It smells delicious without being overly foody, and I do smell a hint of pine, which behaves itself very nicely and doesn't steal the show. It lasts extremely well too--I applied just a dab last night and could still smell it this morning. I think this will be a cold-weather staple!

On me, this is orange candy. Specifically, spicy orange gumdrops. It's a nice scent to wear for fun, but I can't see myself reaching for it regularly, so I may have to swap it. Take my opinion with a grain of salt though, as there are a LOT of fruity BPALs I can't wear, and this one is actually much better than most of them.

Three words: Snake Oil Lite! I know lots of you out there smell cake, but I really don't. I smell the same vanilla that's in Snake Oil, with a bit less of Snake Oil's spicy depth (the spices do smell similar though). Only when the scent is almost gone do I detect the currants. It's a lovely scent, and I can see reaching for it when I think Snake Oil will be too strong. It's not what I was expecting, and I actually think Drink Me is a more foody type of scent, but Eat Me is still gorgeous. Oh yes.

I love this blend! I haven't tried the other HM's, so I can't compare it with those, but this is really autumn-in-a-bottle if anything could be. Apple dominates, and I also smell the dusty grains and a slight hint of a "perfumey" floral, but not enough to turn me off, just enough to make it more complex. It's also one of the few apple scents (Pumpkin Patch #1 being the other I can recall) that don't turn icky with my skin chemistry. I know I'll be reaching for it often as the weather cools. Buying the Lunacy blends unsniffed is such a gamble, but this time was a definite win!

On my skin and to my nose, Scherezade is Snake Oil without the Vanilla. It's warm and spicy and delicious, and I must have a full bottle of it.

This one is truly unique--minty, earth, and woody all at once. It is a calming, grounding scent, but I'm not sure I'd use it as an everyday perfume. Still, I'm glad it's in my collection and that I've had the opportunity to experience it.

Oh my, this is lovely! I got it as a frimp and had no expectations, but it's just great. It's a blend of spice and herbal notes on me, and it's so nice and smooth, not very sweet but nonetheless a very happy scent. I'll keep the imp for sure, and might have to add it to the ever-growing 5ml to-buy list. Just gorgeous.
