feck

this one is getting a slightly more play-doughy nose with age...but that disappears after being on skin for a few minutes.

this one really does smell like a "cologne", but even better. i also wear dorian, fenris wolf, morocco, snake oil, golden priapus, and aizen myoo, but this is always nice for the traditional masculine scent. i still can't pick out the individual notes. how funny i used to wear drakkar as a high school boy, and now its vicomte de valmont...older and wiser.

there's something i just can't place with this. something different than my other favorites...dorian, titus andronicus, vicomte de valmont, and death on a pale horse. very woodsy, and lasts for a long time. lots of "what is that?" alas...a bottle is on the way. ADDED Nov. 15: yes woody and spicy indeed. lots of compliments...and what it that? in a pleasant way. ADDED Dec. 11: it just hit me....there is a note in it when wet that reminds me of a box of new pencils. strange. is that the rosewood?

golden priapus is divine when used with aizen-myoo...they complement each other perfectly ADDED July 7: interesting...im trying to remember what play dough smells like. im new to BPAL and snake oil + golden p were the only 10 mL sizes i ordered. but i really like the aizen-myoo sampler (imp?) i got. perhaps dorian, casanova, and fenris wolf are next up. and of course more aizen-myoo. dazed and confused robert plant as GP, hilarious!
