Abundance Like the Abundance Bottle, this is specifically a financial security or wealth blend. This is geared towards making sure your family is fed and housed, that your crops are abundant and healthy, and that you are able to lay the groundwork for a prosperous, secure, successful future. This bottle contains iron-free patchouli, oakmoss absolute, bayberry oil, cocoa absolute (solvent extraction method), Irish moss distillate, Ceylon cinnamon, steam-distilled cassia, kukui nut oil, and raw sugar. I love love love Abundance! I feel working with this oil was integral in my getting a much better, higher paying job (I was also working with Benevolent Triple conjunction around the same time). Most often I was anointing a candle and focusing on gratitude for all the good things I have in my life. I really do feel like it is more for laying down good solid roots than for any kind of instant gratification. I hope it will work just as well for my husband now that I have him using it as well! I don't really review my TAL oils for scent but I adore this one. I definitely pick up the patchouli, cocoa, cinnamon & cassia, they blend smoothly and seemlessly offering a deep, rich perfume that I would bathe in if I wore these oils as perfume. Not one note seems dominant to me. Edit to add: while since I made this review (yesterday...) I am happy to report my husband has decided to take a couple of courses to upgrade his education and give him a more clear direction in terms of career, and the goverment is going to pay for it! Also my mother who we live with had repairs done to our dishwasher and fridge only to find out that everything was still covered under warranty A nice little added bonus. I have got to start working with this oil again...

I am so grateful to have been able to swap with a lovely forumite for a bottle of this. This is the best vanilla ever. EVER. slightly musky, slightly floral in the best way (and I am typically a floral hater). Antique lace is so lovely, so feminine. My DH compliments me every time I wear it and his typical response to the other hundred bottles of BPAL is "that's nice dear" with a glazed over look in his eye after I have asked him of he likes it.. I will have to space it out with the other lace scents.I will still enjoy them but after AL they seem to fall flat just a little. I will treasure every last drop of this and probably cry when it is gone. I hope and pray that the component issue for this can one day be resolved. I will buy upwards of 10 bottles that day.

Ugh this is not good on me. I agree with the review above, this smells like PineSol and medicinal lavendar, but on me it is not an undertone. I don`t wash things off very often but this one is not my friend.

This oil was created to help facilitate a restoration of instinct and intuition. Anechoic Chamber removes the noise accumulated through years of societal pressure and eases away the spiritual calluses that develop with time. It quiets societal, media, and environmental influences, reconnecting you with your inner voice so that you are enabled to see past artifice and glamours and perceive truth. Anechoic Chamber silences the noise so you can hear /yourself/ again. Use on your chakras and to anoint white or pure beeswax candles. Twilight Alchemy Lab’s Anechoic Chamber oil contains essential oils, absolutes, and CO2 extracts that are organically-grown and pesticide-free, and many of the oils’ components are first distillations from small farms. This oil contains mugwort, orris C02, camphor, jasmine grandiflorum, and blue lotus absolute. Copied from my review in the TAL Etsy thread: Anechoic Chamber. How good is this stuff. At first I found if my intent was not specific enough there was a possibility of feeling quite cut off from everyone, but this is not necessarily a bad feeling for me. Some times I just need to have that space. I find I can also use it to keep away distractions at work. As I worked with it more, I realised I could use it and still have a more open relationship with the world around me. Truly, the description of the oil says it is for reconnecting us with ourselves, not only for blocking out the noise. So now I use it more often with the intent to connect me with my higher self and the highest expression of my being, and to clear only the distractions that are keeping me from this expression. I find I can use it for gently shielding myself from all those little things that are keeping me from living a heart centered peaceful existence. Also, it allows me to differentiate the yucky stuff that is a product of what I am picking up from those around me and the yucky stuff I am creating and holding. on to This in turn allows me to more naturally distance myself from other peoples stuff, and it allows me to more easily deal with my own stuff and release it. Though I still use it just to block everything out sometimes :-)

Sharp haughty rose. Surprisingly this does not go to powder on me like rose often does. OctoberGwen (And this decant is from her :-) mentioned lemon balm upthread and I definitely get the same kind of sharp, almost soapy feeling from this as I do from the lemon balm I grew this year. As this dries down It is smoothing out a bit and I am seeing where some are getting more specific lemon. it is quite pretty after it has been on my skin for a while. Edit to add: This reminds me of the rose in TAL: Nocturne

This one is quite headache inducing for me. It is definitely a purple tone, kind of reddish-purple to me. It doesn't seem to love me very much, very powdery on my skin. Even if it didn't give me a headache I don't think I would wear it much. I am glad I tracked down a decant instead of springing for a bottle. I am happy to leave this one for the floral lovers.

This is a lovely, lush pale white floral with a nice bit of green. I am not usually much for florals as they can cause me a moderate amount of discomfort. This one just borders on head pain. I may actually be able to wear it as long as I don't huff right up close. It is quite beautiful, it smells like it glows gently... Glad I was able to try this but I won't need to hunt down a bottle.

Wet this is definitely Snake Oil and honey but once it dries down on me it is all honey all the time. With maybe a touch of musk thrown in for luck and the vanilla just barely rounding it out. I will enjoy my partial but don't think I will be hunting down any more. I have plenty of Mead Moon for my honey fix.

I have been using this when I want to make sure everything goes smoothly at work (which is always). It works great and puts me in a great mood too! I do find it very melony, and cheerful. I quite enjoy having this one in my collection!

I definitely get the Snake Oil element. The Vanilla/spice combo in Snake Oil make it a much smoother scent in my opinion. This has a grittiness that make it much more similar to Spawn of the She Demon, less the fruitiness. After a while that sexy dirtiness calms down and I am left with a smoother musk. It still has a little grit, but is sweeter with an undertone of vanilla, much closer to snake oil after a couple hours, but still less sweet and rich. Definitely a keeper, but it is so similar to She Demon on me that one bottle should be enough. I don't layer too often but I do agree with others this one might be nice in a combo.

This stuff works amazingly well. I have used it to great effect using Nadirah's ritual posted above with a few elements added in for a couple of different intents now with extremely good results. It helped pull me out of a major stress induced funk and allowed me to feel connected to the flow of the universe and to those I love again. I also feel it helped me find new, much more lucrative employment. I wasn't looking for anything at the time but I was definitely ready to leave behind my old job and find something more secure. I had been performing some rituals with Abundance oil as well, I believe the two together helped create this outcome.

Delicious spicy carnation! A lot of Vanilla comes out on me in the drydown, with a touch of lovely spice and just enough greenery to make it seem like a real carnation. I love this scent, very comforting. One of few florals I can wear.

I think of gypsy as a dusty vanilla. It has a subtle warm golden glow about it. The sugar is there but not overly sweet. I am certain that the "dusty" feeling I am getting from it is from the Cardamom with a smidge of musk, but it's not an overpowering spice like it can sometimes be. Wait, actually there is more cardamom in the dabs from my elbow crease & neck than my wrist. It gives the scent a bit more body. I am not getting a tonne of musk from Gypsy,What I am picking up is really well blended with the vanilla. Musk usually loves my skin so this is a bit odd for me. Overall, this really does bring to mind a moth. I am finding it oddly comforting. Not a lot of throw or staying power, it eventually fades to Simple lovely vanilla. At first I wasn't sure about Gypsy, but it is one of those scents that I find myself reaching for and enjoying more every time I wear it. I am quite glad to have acquired a partial bottle.

Wonderful. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I spilled ¾ of this on the rock I was sitting on at the cabin, just after dawn during a really simple candle ritual. I figured I just needed more and offering it to the Earth was fine with me. Later that day the weather and Lake were completely calm for about3 or 4 days. It was pretty strange, I have never seen it so consistently calm. I burned another candle with White Light the next day, I decided to use Peace first because I was in terrible need of it's energy and I was afraid of an uncomfortable emotional release if I didn't use peace first. I had intended to use it after the white light but thought better of it. I napped all day except for waking to eat after that, I still went to bed at sunset and didn't awake until dawn the next day. When I had to go back to work which is where I felt the most stress at the time, I had a great big feeling of calm again. My heart chakra was more open and I felt more like myself again. Aside from the stressful work situation which I I have since moved on from, this was about a month after My wedding which was extremely stressful to plan and 2 onths after my dad passed away, all during my Saturn return. Since this experience I use Peace almost daily to bring myself into alignment with this energy and as a daily act of gratitude to try to offer it back out to the world. Great stuff. Truly great. Instant, massive shift in energy when I use it.

I have for the last 3 or 4 months used this pepperminty blend on or within about 2 days of the new moon as directed. I dab my chakras and use about 3 drops in the bath because I know how stimulating anything with peppermint can be in the bath. I love this oil. I don't feel I have a lot of negativity sent my way during the month, but I definitely feel lighter after using this oil. I usually do some basic energetic clearing and my intent is to release not only the negative energy that is sent to me but also anything I am creating. I have been using an imp from a decant circle, but I will definitely be purchasing a bottle when it runs out. It leaves me feeling like a new person.

Pine, juniper, ice, cold air and a touch of sweetness. On drydown the ice and cold air are much more predominant with a touch of juniper, even less pine, but still a fair amount of crushed tart berry sweetness (not the kind of berries I would eat, rather leave them for the birds). However, the magic of Old Moon is not in picking apart the notes, but rather the entire scent taken as a whole. For me it really does evoke a fresh crisp january day out in the woods. How beth manages to do this never fails to amaze me. Not one I take out of the box all too often these days as it is not the usual scent type I go for, but unfailingly beautiful none the less.

Cheesecake and cupcakes, yo! This is Beaver Moon 2005 resurrected! Out of the bottle and wet this is delicious cream cheese frosting so good I want to eat my arm. It dries down to a drier cake with a touch of dust, but still lots of sugar (I suppose we could call that cupcakes). It still smells good but I want the juicy sticky tangy sweetness of the wet stage back. And so, in an effort to regain that initial state of drooling love, I slather this on and reapply it pretty often (it seems to fade pretty quickly on me if I don't). I am sure people can smell me for blocks but with this one I really don't care, and I haven't had any complaints either (I might tone it down if I did...or maybe just wear it at home) :-)

this goes on heavy and foody and turns into powdery rose death on me. I don't know why I keep trying scents with rose in them.....

Mmmm, Agape really is love! From the bottle I get lovely apples in a base of cream. On my skin the apples disappear and the sweetpea really comes out, playing with guava, all still in that lovely vanilla cream. Lucky for me sweet pea is one of the rare florals I like! I am not getting a lot of carnation, but I do feel like it is in there, grounding everything. Lovely! I can't wait to try this in my scent locket.

OK, my review might not be perfect as I am reviewing from an empty bottle that had just barely enough for me to drag across my wrist. I also admit the only real reason I wanted to try this is because my midle name is Judith This smells almost exactly like prospero did to me, though I can tell it has a bit more tangyness from the pomegranite rather than plum. I don't really get any leather, just that little bit of something that darkens it a bit. Sometimes I love the labs wine note, but not in this one. Ultimately, I like it just as I liked Prospero, but it just doesn't suit me. At least I don't need to track down a full bottle!

This is so yummy in the bottle. On my skin it is too much smoke and caramel though. I should know by now that caramel only works for me if it's the only think you can smell (a la mvjba spring training). the smoke and pepper are too smoky and they make the caramel seem nauseatingly sweet on me. I think I will try it in my locket, but I won't be needing a bottle.

Mmmmm. Lovely, spicy carnation, a touch of tea, a lot of clove with a touch of sweetness, and some gorgeous patchouli to round it out a touch. A new favorite! I will treasure my bottle & possibly acquire a second.

Ugh. In the bottle and freshly applied this smells similar to vetiver on me. Fortunately, this is one of those scents that smells completely differently on me once it starts to dry down. Gorgeous sweet musk, a touch of wood, something light and green. I do get a touch of clean laundry scent from it too. Overall a lovely scent that makes me want to walk in the woods in autumn.
-
Lovely! It starts out suprisingly similar to Diary of a Lovestruck Teenage Cannibal, but the citrus is much brighter. Once on the sweetness from the pumpkin backs down quite a bit and lime is front and center with a touch of grapefruit. After a while I get an almost fizzy sweet lemon lime scent. I may need to track down a bottle.

To me this is a light blend of pumpkin, tonka, with a gorgeous musk and just a touch of teak. I can almost not believe there is leather in this! it's usually too heavy of a note to suit me well. This is unexpectedly lovely.
