It must be the ajowan and tamarind that I'm smelling the most: Indian spice and a fermented sort of fruity smell. This is so interesting, but I don't think I can pull it off as a scent. Mostly it just smells like an Indian restaurant on me. Ah, well.

They myrrh and ylang ylang just go dusty and sour on me, respectively. Swaps!
-
This smells a lot like Shub, but with a thick lashing of dark, dark patchouli! Sort of yummy even though I don't like really dark patch. Spicy!
-
A poisonous fruit-bearing member of the buttercup family. The scent, like the plant, is dark green, herbal, and plump with bulging black fruit. Sadly, not for me. The berry note is nice, but my skin amps it like crazy - and I'm not a big fan of fruity scents in general. But I'm glad I got to try it.
-
I also think there is jasmine in here, because it went to instant funk on my skin. Boo, jasmine!
-
The Dark Side of Air: a high pitched, tangy, clear scent -- light China rain deepened by murky vetivert. I swear I smell cucumber in here, and...ginger? The vetiver is understated on me after an initial blast - this is really nice, but something in it goes plastic-y on me.

wet: passionfruit & rum & pineapple dry: tart fruit
-
wet: passion fruit and tangerine dry: laundry detergent I guess that's the tonic that smells so *clean* on me!
-
imp: marascino cherry wet: like a Shirley Temple with mint and a bit of almond dry: ahhhhhhhhhh! Whoa! I don't know which note is the culprit, but this start to smell so so bad once it dries down. Yikes!
-
imp: butter rum candies wet: mmm, I smell the pineapple and it is delish! dry: hmm, spices The spice in the spiced rum really starts to come out as this dries. And my skin just eats up that delicious pineapple smell.
-
imp: citrus and carmel wet: grapefruit bubblegum! dry: spicy citrus candles I liked this one a lot but it got funktified by my skin.

Rich coconut and a glisten of lemon - and the bark and musk are lingering in the background like smoke. Really nice - sexy like a good summer night.
-
What a fun scent! I can't parse any of the notes, but I definitely get the Sweet Tarts comparison. Sweet and girly.
-
Mmm, sweet and juicy gardenia! Gorgeous. I want to sniff myself to death.
-
I love the sandalwood and the mossy smell of the umi'umi-o-dole - that's what I smell at first. The floral notes are very pretty. If this dries down well I may have to order a bottle. It's like a tropical Silence. :luv:

Juicy hibiscus! Very bath-like to my way of smelling.
-
Sorry to say the vanilla note in Opuhi does not get along with my chemistry.
-
Eh, mostly violet on me, and I'm not a fan of violet.
-
Ooh, I like! Not too boozy for me - fruity and fresh!
-
Acidic, sappy smell, and I get a whiff of Elmer's glue as mentioned above. I keep waiting for it to change but it doesn't seem to want to.
-
The amber is lovely but on me the musk, violet and vetiver are out of balance and overpowering. And I really dislike violet, so this one is off to swaps.
-
This is nice - fresh and grounded at the same time. I get mostly moss and herbs at first but the drydown is lemony with a bit of fig.
-
I can smell the grass at first, but it is quickly overpowered by the floral notes. I can't pick out the rose and carnation but I know they are there because this has a hum that is reminiscent of Alice. Massive lily, though - my skin amps lily like crazy and turns it sour to boot. This would be lovely on others, but on me it's screechy and sneezy.
-
Well, with sweet pea and all those lilies it was bound to happen: straight up, old lady powder on me.
-
This is gorgeous at first, but my skin is doing something funky and pushes the soil note waaay up - I'm just getting sour dust, now.
