Ooh, now this is interesting. The predominant notes on me appear to be vanilla and a soft tea, but I'm also getting a touch of spiciness from the carnation. There's something in here that's...deep and earthy, but not in the sense of an "earth" note. Very rich, very primordial, and I wish I had more than the little bit I have. This is very different from any other BPAL scent I've tried and it's very hard to describe, other than gorgeous.

Much more floral than I expected it to be. However, mostly this is soap on me, and doesn't particularly stand out.

On me: Citrusy soap. I get a bit of the lavender and sage, but mostly I get soap with a citrus tinge. For a citrusy scent, it's not bad, but it's really not my thing.

CT3: DCCCIII On me: Bath salts. Pretty, rather aquatic. Light night-blooming florals. Last reviewed by storme.

If this were a little less jasmine and a little more red musk, I think I would love it. However, the jasmine is being very cloying and a touch chemically, so alas I have to conclude that this is not for me.

On me: Based on the description alone I will probably hate this, since I detest citrus and most mint scents just don't come out right on me. *sniff* Eek. Citrus death. Very little mint, just citrus with a "clean" tone to it.

Very strange scent. I get all of the notes, and mostly it's the juniper and orange fighting for dominance. Not as bad as most orange scents are on me, but still not for me. The civet is making it very raw and animalistic.

In bottle: Sharp florals. On me: Very, very sharp. Maybe a bit lemony? Sharply astringent. Also some benzoin, I believe.

In bottle: Light florals and herbals. On me: Cold and crisp. Somewhat herbal, but also has a "snow" feel to it. Interesting, but not really something I would wear.

In bottle: Strongly pine and cold. On me: Pure pine needle. Not just pine - this is actually pine needle. It's very crisp, but not quite as cold as in the bottle - it's a bit warmer, here. Still not getting any berries. It's a little too sharp for me.

In bottle: Men's cologne and some herbals. On me: Sharp men's cologne. Too strong.

A celebration of three years of decadence, determination, death and rebirth. Red musk, tonka, Chinese cassia, mandarin, patchouli, benzoin, wild plum and tobacco. On me: Spicy plum and patchouli, with moderate musk. Not really getting the benzoin or the tobacco.

In bottle: Ginger and tobacco. On me: I get Lemon, herbals, and some opium. Not really me.

On me: Can't really smell anything. Maybe some light florals and herbals?

In bottle: Very earthy - dirt, moss. On me: Strong herbal and dirt. Blech.

In bottle: Fruit, chocolate, and tonka. On me: Almost all fig with a touch of pomegranate. The chocolate is almost completely absent. Not getting much musk, and no lemon or vanilla at all. My skin is actually eating it very quickly.

CT3: DCLXXII In bottle: Chemically chocolate. On me: Chocolate, spice, and wine. Something sharp and earthy in here that I'm not sure is working for me. I'll save final judgment for later. Previously reviewed by Midnight Aeval. CT3: MCCCXV In bottle: Florals and moderate aquatics. On me: Aquatic floral of death. Giving me a headache. Not even sure what floral specifically, and the aquatic really is dominant over the floral. CT3: MCCXXV In bottle: *Very* foody. Cake! Sweet buttercream icing. On me: Still lots of cake, but now I'm getting a touch of some purple fruit, too. Still getting buttercream. It's actually kind of an odd combination. CT3: CCLXXXVI In bottle: Pretty powder and florals. On me: Very much traditional perfume. Florals, light alcohol. Some powder and maybe some aquatics? Very pretty.

CT2: CCVI In bottle: Fruits and wine and perhaps a touch of chocolate. On me: Very fruity with a touch of bubblegum. Still get some wine, maybe a touch less than in the bottle, and it's a sweet wine. Previously reviewed by Scarlett.

In bottle: Aquatic musk, slightly herbal. On me: Strongly aquatic, pretty. The herbs aren't as noticeable as they were in the bottle.

In bottle: Dragon's blood, some spices. On me: Lots and lots of dragon's blood. Sweetened a bit. Some cinnamon? Yummy!

On me: Definitely honey, but the herbs are tinging it sharper. Not sure if I like that or not. It reminds me a bit of Mi-Go. I think I'll give it another try before deciding.

On me: A pretty vile aquatic. There's something moldy in here that isn't working for me.

On me: Jasmine hell in a touch of spice. The lemon isn't being overpowering, but it is souring things a bit.

On me: Pretty much all aquatic. A pretty aquatic, though. Getting a touch of orchid underneath, but the other notes don't seem to be coming out at all.

On me: This is a really interesting combination. I get both of the notes equally, and they're trying to decide who's winning.
