Light and fruity at first, then the fire jumps in. But not just smoke, it's as if some aromatic wood was being burned with a heap of incense.
-
A heavy start. The amber and musk come up, with only the slightest hint of the roses.
-
Dry and peaceful. It's a late summer kind of scent, all manner of exotic things.
-
Orange candy! The heavy sweetness fades, but definitely orangey.
-
... Her scent is a bounty of golden honeyed almonds and a whisper of African and Middle Eastern spices. Sweet & goopy! Luckily the almond fades down and I'm left with musky spices.
-
Hairspray! Thankfully the hairspray note fades very fast so the notes can come through. Pretty honey. I'm not getting a lot of other notes, but there is more to it than the honey.

Sweet sweet flowers. It's got a hairspray tone to it, but not enough to make it bad. It evens out nicely, with elements in it that I like.

Ebisu Making Love As Two Octopuses Look On

Very light to start. Skin and a touch of cedar. -
A floral that jumps right up the nose! Flowers growing in fresh earth, in the rain. Maybe that's the apple, giving it the freshness. I like this.

I'm getting caramel immediately, then the cocoa. Wow, that cocoa sure does throw!

I can tell immediately this is going to be a good one. Warm and thick. A heavy nectar. Beautiful and sexy, I like this quite a lot!

Starts a bit dirty. Then something a little bit sour comes through. Then it's burned rubber. Inspiring excess? Maybe excess scrubbing.
-
This one is complicated. I can smell the violet in it. There are other violets I like better, but all in all it's not bad.
-
Definitely fruity. I'm getting the grapefruit on top. Eventually the other elements come up, and it becomes more complex.
-
Starts soft. It's a sweet floral smell. Just average, not a huge impact on me.
-
A rich floral, definitely lilies in there. And it's getting soapy. Yep, detergent-o-rama.
-
It's a nice blend! usually I don't like plummy scents, but it works well with the rest. The cream mellows it down. It's nicer than I thought it would be! Getting a wine-like tone, too.
-
Starts dirty. It's one of those really interesting-sounding blends that's not working well on me.
-
Bleah, starts with a hint of plastic. Is that the leather? It eventually is ok, after going through some icky phases. Not working for me. Off it goes to the trade pile.
-
Soft, and a little bit spicy. It reminds me of actual licorice root, not the candy. That aspect fades to leave behind a pleasant woody scent. Reminds me of sandalwood.
-
A little spicy, a little floral. Almost fruity overtone. It's hard to identify, but worth keeping.
-
Yow that's a lotta caramel! I was just at Coldstone Creamery, and this is a much larger feast of sweets than the real thing. And it just doesn't let up!
-
Light honey and floral, as advertised! I can't pick out any one scent. It's blended and balanced perfectly. After a while I can smell the honeysuckle.
-
Green and wet. But in a powerful, lively way, not slimey. It softens out — not a lot of throw, but it has staying power.

Yummy-spicy-this-is-what-a-man-should-smell-like! Sweet hot and complicated, just like I like my tea.
