Anisette. And there’s the salt. The leather is making an appearance. I want the leather and licorice, but not the salt. The salt is not going away.
-
The herbs are there first. I get a little bit of wood, but it’s mostly herbs.
-
Nutty gingerbread. A pastry with nuts.
-
Skin. This took two dabs to really get the scent. A sweetness that’s not overpowering. A little bit of cardboard.
-
Fruity berries! I get the mild dairy scent of the skyr. It’s like a berry milkshake.
-
Warm, spicy, but not overpowering. That’s a nice Dragon’s blood mix. The patchouli is not bad in it, either.
-
Cough syrup. It’s definitely strawberry candy.
-
Cold cold floral. It s a perfect storm of all things that don’t work for me.
-
Shiny leather. The leather stays as the other notes come up. All sorts of lovely woods and leaves.
-
Butterscotch! Definitely milky. It’s subtle, not super strong. A good skin scent.
-
Sweet fruity candy. The notes aren’t mixing well on me. I get the bread and butter, too.
-
Pretty flowers. This is nice, it doesn’t go soapy. Maybe it’s the vanilla that pulls everything together on me.

Yummy, reminds me of eating unsweetened baking chocolate. Sharp overtone, high-percentage of cocoa. -
Oh yeah, that’s tobacco. Peaty, like a garden shop. There is a mulch made of cacao pods, and this is it.
-
Medicinal herb. dry, subtle, masculine.
-
Bright and fruity. The honey is coming up, then the leather.
-
I do get that rose. I get that leather. The rose fades into old paper. It’s like an old volume with roses pressed between the pages.
-
Coconut comes up first, fresh sliced. Then the leather. It’s kind of a sweet, soapy leather, but in a good way.

Belgian Chocolate, Orange Blossom, Marshmallow, and Jasmine

Mostly I get floral, the jasmine. I do get a touch of chocolate, sweet. -
Warm and spicy. Cocoa and cork. A little bit of tobacco. A complicated mix with the chocolate sitting right on top.
-
Starts with a blast of cocoa and earth. The cinnamon adds a nice depth to it.
-
Spicy chocolate! I sometimes mix creme de cacao and star anise infused rum, and this is close to that. Now I want to try it with a clove infusion and see how it tastes, because the scent is amazing.
-
Wow, what a combo! Both together up front, just delicious. The cardamom fades and I just have the cocomut, and that’s good too.
-
Vanilla is always welcome here. I get the cinnamon-vanilla, and it’s just lovely. The leaf and bark mix in nicely. Could be a masculine scent, too.
-
2012 version: I get a soft spice to start. A little waxy, and a hint of old holy water with the sludge at the bottom. In a good way.
