Very sharp lavender, does smell kind of tea treey. Whatever it is, it works for me. Last couple of nights, I've fallen asleep easily and *stayed* that way - normally I toss and turn and I've woken up in the exact same position I fell asleep in. Maybe it's part psychosomatic and part coincidence, but I can't remember the last time I haven't woken up to turn over multiple times a night.

Bottle: sharp vanilla and honey Skin: Okay wet, still sharp mostly vanilla. Drying down, I was convinced I would hate this and to the swap pile it would go because I was getting the baby powder and the play dough and the everything else that could possibly go wrong. Then something magical happened and it transformed into this wonderful, warm, slightly musky honey vanilla just like it should, all signs of baby powder and play dough erased. I always try something a couple of times before I make a judgement call, but I think I'm in love.

Yep, no throw at all, and skin definitely ate it very quickly. Bigger problem was that even though it smelled fantastic in the bottle and for the first few minutes on me, it turned into baby powder almost as fast as my skin ate it. I'll probably try again before I say yes or no, but I think my skin doesn't like the carnation. Who knows.

Alice was the first exposure to BPAL I had, as it was one that I'd bought from someone in the forums and it came a few days before my imp pack did. I've tried it for three or four days now, as I probably will with all of them. I'm still not sure if I like it. I've had a different result every day, it seems. The first time, I got a lot of baby powder. A lot. I was pretty sure I was going to be sending it away to a new home. The second time, I got a bit more milk, but still very baby powder. Yesterday, it was pretty much perfect milk and honey and very nice. So this is a hit or miss one for me, I guess. Doesn't last long at all, either, and don't think it has much of a throw, but keeps me sniffing my wrists all the time, so.

Oh, lord. I was hoping this one wouldn't disappointment, as dear Jack is the reason I was really prompted to place an imp pack order, and I knew when I got them and hurried to my most anticipated precious and sniffed the cap that I was going to be in love. In the bottle Buttered popcorn, as someone said. I consider that a good thing, so I wanted to eat it all. Definite peach, but not a lot of spice. On Hasn't changed much since it was wet. Very peachy on me, but I get a different spice scent each time I smell it, and there's some pumpkin there, too. Absolutely gorgeous. I may need a bottle of this.

So ... this isn't August, and I haven't gotten a c'n's, but ccnow's reporting my 9/13 order as shipped 9/27. Couldn't possibly be right, could it? o.O
