I'm a PhD candidate in religious studies, an enthusiastic amateur speculative fiction writer, a published science-fiction poet, compulsive knitter, ballet enthusiast, and a Tolkien geek. My sensibilities are definitely drawn to the goth and the Victorian/Edwardian, and in an ideal world, I'd move through the world like a Goth Anna Pavlova or Gibson Girl in academia.
