Wet: Light mint and pine needles. Dry: Walking though a pine forest in the snow. It’s soft, and quiet, with just a hint of floral. It is lovely, and the surprise hit of my Yule order.
-
Wet: Oodles of ripe, red fruit. I believe I’ve died and gone to heaven. Dry: Yep, this must be heaven. To my nose it is single-note, ripe, juicy, red fruit, but with a scent this lovely, nothing else is needed. It is perfect.

Wet: Cocoa, with a little cinnamon-flavored coffee thrown in. Dry: Oddly, the cocoa and coffee switch places, with the coffee becoming the dominant note. Unfortunately, it isn’t lasting on me, but I love the scent so this will be one for the scent locket. So yummy!

Egg Nog 2007 Wet: Booze! Wow, straight up alcohol, with a bit of sugar thrown in. Dry: Lightly spiked egg nog. I love it, but unfortunately it has light throw and doesn’t last long. I’ll probably use this one in a scent locket.

Wet: Light floral and green. Not a heavy herbal green, but a leafy green. Dry: Exactly the same as wet. There is a hint of powder, a hint of herbal, but mostly it’s a light floral with fresh leaves. It's absolutely lovely.

This wasn't anything like I was expecting. That's one of the things I like best about the lab. Wet: A light, cold, ozone. Dry: A light cologne with hints of white floral. At first I thought this would be better on a man, but as it dries, it becomes more floral. If I'm not mistaken, there's some jasmine hiding in there.

In the bottle: It’s a light floral, but my first thought was “wow, it smells green!” Wet: A fresh green scent, and light citrus. It’s definitely floral, but not a heavy floral. It's lovely. Dry: Still a light floral, but it sticks closely to the skin. It is very wearable, especially for summer, and I love it!

In the bottle: Strong fermented fruit. Really strong, fermented fruit! Wet: Still slighted fermented, but mostly sweet, almost overripe fruit. Dry: Sugary fruit, and somewhat foody – maybe cake? It’s not at all what I expected. It’s not one of my favorites, but I think I will wear it occasionally.

In the bottle: Sweet citrus, to my nose more orange than grapefruit Wet: Citrus, cake and sharp floral Dry: All about the jasmine and gardenia. A little later, some of the vanilla comes out and the florals calm down. Bottom line: I won’t reach for this one every day, but it is a keeper. Funny, when I first put it on, I thought it would be a good winter scent. After it dried, I decided it should be in my summer rotation.

In the bottle: Dragon's blood and black pepper Wet: All about the black pepper Dry: Still all about the black pepper, with the addition of a bitter note. I love the artwork on the bottle, but I'll still be swapping this one.

In the bottle: Whoa, peach blossom and mandarin. I also detect something green (herbal?), but not sure what it is. Wet: Mandarin, honeysuckle and a bit of carnation spiciness. Dry: Soft patchouli, slightly sweet floral with touches of vanilla and fruit. It doesn’t have a lot of throw, but I tested very lightly. This will be one to slather. It’s lovely, and as Heavenlyrabbit said, classic.
