A generous soul gifted me with a tester of Orange. In the vial and upon initial application - in your face, gorgeous, juicy orange! It's as if I just ate an orange and ended up with the citrusy pulp and stickiness all over my fingers. Upon drydown, it's more of a soft floral orange - still maintaining a hint of an orange's bite - but evolving into a multi-dimensional scent as a softness peeks out - adding creamy and musky notes into the blend. I had thought this scent would be like a single note of orange - but it's so much more! It's gorgeous

I get almost all tart cranberry - almost a grapey note - I keep waiting for the spices to come out, but alas, they aren't coming out to play. This reminds me of Bordello (maybe a distant, more conservative cousin) - the floral note is just lurking far enough in the background to not make me go wash it off - I had wished that the spices would play more. It's very subtle and while I don't hate it - I don't think I love it either.

Ginger blossom and vanilla orchid. If you like Leo 2007, Opuhi is its innocent and sweet cousin. I was afraid to purchase this because of the floral notes - but I'm so glad that I didn't pass this by! When you first apply this scent, it seems slightly overwhelming - but the drydown is fast - then it becomes a mellow, sweet, creamy scent to die for - I get sweet delicate vanilla with just a tiny bit of spice from the ginger - gorgeous!

This is so strong when you first smell it! If you're worried about a wintergreeny bubblegum type smell, this is totally not it - it's a sophisicated wintergreen scent and much more unique than I expected. I smell eucalyptus, spearmint, peppermint, and a faint breath of some type of slighty spicy floral note. It's not a scent that I would typically choose for myself, but it's so amazingly layered that I can't stop sniffing at my wrists and it is surprisingly soothing for something so "vivid."

This was the first Tiki blend that I have tried, and I adore this scent! I was dying to try this because of the blueberry note. I get a creamy blueberry bubblegum scent on my skin whose sweetness is quickly held in check and grounded by the gin and lemon notes providing a citrus and tart back-drop - my nose picks up the papaya sitting in the background but it's the note that is the hardest to detect in this blend. I'm already in the mood for summer wearing this and may want a second bottle - because, while it's beautiful on me, it doesn't last as long as most bpal scents on my skin.

Fun fun fun - if you're on the fence on foodie scents - this is a sophisicated one! Right when I applied it, I smelled citrus and cream - orange creamsicles came to mind, Crumpet's pastry note came to mind, and Treat 2 came to mind. As it dries, the other layers emerge and it gets a grown-up spiciness - I love this and am so glad that I nabbed 2 bottles My only sadness is that the scent fades really quickly on my skin, so this would have to be a slathered scent on me -
This is a sophisticated, slighty dark, incensey, smoky vanilla - it's just gorgeous. I would sum this up as a "dirty vanilla" but in the good way (hehe). The notes are blended so skillfully, that it is very difficult to detect individual notes - they all just blend together to make a smooth, smokey, slightly sweet scent that is incredibly sexy. I'm not a floral person and was a bit timid due to some of the notes - but this is just gorgeous.

When you smell this in the bottle, it smells like pure candy and bakery - don't let that fool you though At first when I put it on, I got all cheesecake - and I was like, yay, Beaver Moon - but then the spicy came up and the carrot note - and then I hated it for about 20 minutes - it smelled like a very cheap candle. I was already going through things in my head that I could swap it for (hehe) 30 minutes later...content sigh...now it's all warm and creamy with just a hint of exotic spice. Foodies and non-foodies could find something here

Valentine's Day - that's all I can think about when I smell this - chocoate-covered cherries and flowers - and then just a tinge of something spicy - the proper ingredients for any V-Day This one is a winner - and I never thought I'd like it based on the description. On my bottle list.

I'd definitely second Snow-Flakes - it smells like winter to me - with a little tiny bit of herbal - it reminds me of snow when I smell it. Of course, my *favorite* is Lick It and/or Lick It Again - you just can't get more peppermint wow
