I like this a lot. It's super foodie on me, which I love. I recently rediscovered my love for it after almost selling it by accident, yikes! I get cake, which is a favourite note of mine, and tons of cassis and sweetness. Spicy-sweet goodness!

I LOVE this. I almost sold it by accident because I had forgotten! I need to be more careful...lol. Red Velvet is my favourite cake. I don't get a lot of Red Velvet out of this, but I do get some cake, and lots of bourbon and blackberry and sweet sweet goodness!!

I so desperately wanted to love this! Ginger and apricot are two of my favourite notes, and I love vanilla as well, but sadly all I get is the Jasmine. I do sort of like jasmine, but there are other jasmine blends I like better. I wasn't expecting this to be floral. Not for me!

Unfortunately the lab's plum notes tends to go pretty icky on me - sickly sweet "fake" and overpowering. That's what happens with this one. I get almost no rose at all.

Beautiful. Light and tropical. Unfortunately it has no throw on me, and lasts all of 10 minutes, then is gone.

I had forgotten I already tried this 10 years ago and hated it...still not for me. Sweet and sharp, fruity and herbal/floral. Total ick with my chemistry.

Wet - Mulled apple cider?? Dry - yup - mulled apple cider. Apparently either the quince or prune read as apple on me. It's lovely. I think I may order a bottle for fall. Mmmm!

I don't get any of the booze in this, which is a shame, I love the lab's rum note. Wet I get all almond - which is god awful on me. Luckily that fades quickly to sweet sassafras and cloves. Very spicy and sweet. I wouldn't wear it on a regular basis, but it's fun!

I desperately wanted to like this, as I love apricot. It was terrible on me. Super sickly sweet at first, then quickly faded to sweet plasticy fruit - more like strawberry than apricot on me. Within 5 mins it's almost gone completely. Not for me!

A very clean scent, but oddly enough, what I smell most is....lemon?? Is that the juniper I wonder? Because there's nothing in it that should make it smell like lemon, but on me it sure does! It's nice. Not WOW or anything, but nice.

Amber always amps on me, so this is super sweet (almost sickly but that fades). Mostly sweet rose with some carnation. Very strong, but fades to nothing quickly.

A sunlit ancient forest, dotted with wild roses, grape vine, and queenly lilies, clothed in swirls of opium smoke. In the imp and wet this smells very masculine to me- like cologne, and not the good kind. Dry it's actually quite sweet, mostly grape with hints of woods (cedar, specifically) and floral. Not horrible, but not for me.

This is beautiful! Not what I expected. Lots of spicy carnation with a lovely hint of sweet cider. I like this way more than expected. I thinks I may need a bottle....

Purchased from another forumite, and I'm glad I did. I'm not desperately in love with it, but I like it a lot. I LOVE cardamom and the cardamom is the strongest note in this for me. I had hoped for more coffee (actually I wanted it to smell like cinnamon flavoured coffee), but what I get is mainly spice. For me, it's missing a bit of sweetness, so I plan to try it out with something sweet and vanilla-ie. Edited to add: after wearing this all day, I like it even more. It really lasted and was quite beautiful. Spicy and smoky.

Oh how I love this! It's all fizzy ginger on me, with just a hint of pepperiness. I need a bottle. NEED! EDIT - Gnome, you broke my heart. I received several imps of this that were all lovely fizzy ginger ale. Got a bottle - straight up "gear lubricant" aka motor oil. The two scents were so vastly different that I emailed the Lab, but I think it was before they realized there was a serious batch variation going on, so they didn't fix this for me. I have since received several more imps that are lovely fizzy ginger, and one imp that's dark and disgusting - dirty motor oil. Sad. turned me off from even wanting a bottle.

On me this is a beautiful soapy rose with undertones of sweet Jasmine. It's nice, but I'm still in search of the perfect rose. I do find it funny that it's called Wicked, yet to me it smells very sweet and innocent.

I love Bewitched and Envy on hot summer days. In the evening I love Midway (smells like the fair!) and Red Lantern but I wear it any time of year.... I recently fell in love with both The Grave-Pig and The Apothecary and I think they will both be lovely in the summer and into fall.

I just tried The Apothecary, and it immediately reminded me of Lush's Ginger. On dry down, it's a bit sweeter than Ginger (from the fig) but definite similarities.

In the imp - very herbal wet - Ginger! Which is exactly what I wanted. Reminds me a lot of Lush's Ginger. dry-Beautiful. Spicy dry ginger with hints of sweet luscious fig. Love it. Will be needing a bottle.

This is one of my all time favourites. On me it is coconutty chocolate mint. Lovely!

I have the original blend (can't remember what year it first came out). I find it to be super sexy. Smoky sweet coconut. To me, Elegba is a bit similar so I will be buying some of that too...I could bathe in Red Lantern. Love it!

Fig is one of my absolute favourite notes from the lab, and Freak Show is my favourite fig blend. On me, it's fig and chocolate. Chocolate usually turns to weird plastic on me, so it's a miracle that it's so beautiful in this blend. Will always be a favourite.

Oh Midway....how I cherish my bottle. I can't describe it very well - sweet fair-food at it's very best. Last all day. I heart it.

This is all sweet sweet musk on me. It's nice, but not for me. From reading the notes, I had actually held out a faint hope that it would smell something like BBW Cashmere Glow - alas, nowhere near it. It shall be passed on to someone who shall love it better. ETA: Testing a different imp, over a year later - this is nothing like what I smelled before. Not sweet at all, it smells like musky plastic. Weird! I wonder if that's a skin chem change, or batch variation, or if this imp has aged badly, or what? Makes me want to experiment and test a few different imps of this.

I wanted to smell mint and lemon and cardamom - what I get is anise and a smattering of mint. It's nice and light, and I do like it, but it fades within minutes, and I feel as if I would likely need to bathe in it to have it last all day. I may keep the imp for a bit and retest, but it will likely eventually end up in the swap pile.
