All dressed up riding in a limo filled with flowers. Too many flowers for someone that is gone. Flowers from the funerals i've been to. Flowers where i'm sweaty from too many hugs and sorrow. Touching the flowers, so I don't have to touch waxy skin. The shiny caskets covered in flowers being lowered into loamy earth. The flowers showing their brightest faces just before the decay sets in. These flowers give me dread.

Oh dear, this one is everything I look for in a scent. Love at first sniff Effervescent, complex and posh, this makes me feel sophisticated even in jeans and t-shirt. It has a brilliance to it, a golden glimmer, like tiny champagne jewels sewn onto silver satin. I am contemplating exactly how many bottles of this I need, because it is dreamy divine. The most elegant creation I think Elizabeth has made so far.

Fresh, watery herbal, very much like walking in a honeysuckle grove after a heavy rain. Not as icy green as the Honeysuckle SN from a few months ago, the sage gives it a spicier, more earth tone. I am torn on whether I need another sun dappled honeysuckle, but this is certainly different, and a little bottle of flower floating, unicorn stomping happiness.

Goes on all red licorice but settles down fast into soft, red spun sugar. Not really complex enough to hold my interest, but it is ruby candy sweet. After a few minutes, I have to get really up close to even smell it. I just upgraded to a bottle of this because it really is a gorgeous, candy smell and I want to slather.

I had to put on a bit of Banshee Beat this morning to do a comparison, because these two are certain relatives. The patch in both is undeniably the same. A lot of people will probably shimmy right past this one because of the pine note, but fear not adventurous collectors! After the initial blast of sticky, almond forest, it smooths over and gets blanketed by the exotic vanilla patch. It actually dries down with more sweet, delicate vanilla than BB and I would call this a clean, 'upscale' hippie in comparison.

Well, bite me on the neck and call me Lucy, this is so pretty. At the start, I get a purple chewing gum smell until the woodsy, dark patch begins to crawl in. It's a little vampire blowing bubbles! The plum and musk are upfront, along with purple patchouli and little wiffs of sweetness. After a few minutes, it gets deeper and rounder and the blood musk comes out. Sparkling, and just a bit spicy. After a few minutes, the bourbon vanilla smooths its way in for the finish, and i'm getting a very classy, romantic and seductive scent.

Mabel is mysterious in a way, the opening is long, like a multi-dimensional opera of all the beautiful notes. It is exceedingly elegant, all the woods, luxurious ambergris and delicate rose amber coming together in haunting seduction. It transports me to a room filled with shining antiques, melancholy romance and all nice things, beautifully scented ladies and vintage perfume salons. The chypre keeps the amber in check, and it never leans powdery and continues to glow. It is wistful, uniquely magical and a MUST HAVE.

If the Green Fairy had a scent, it would be this! This is a very clean, refreshingly cold scent. It reminds me of honeysuckle within a dewy, flower-filled green field, sparkling with tiny raindrops on creamy petals. What a wonderful, true honeysuckle smell, but i'm also getting green notes of I think melon rind, crushed vine and perhaps a bit of musk. I can't wait to wear it in the winter months to come, it will certainly complement chilly, rainy yet bright days and bring much beauty.

The best way I can describe this is rugged. The tobacco really amps and the way it blends the the coffee turns all dirty on me, and dare I say masculine. Strangely, this dragon turned to floral cologne on me, but I can definitely see the right person smelling like a powerful beast slathered in coffee-coco-chew.
-
This must be the dragon's blushing cheeks - beautiful, moderately sweet cherry blossom, divinely fresh and floral. "Transparent" and easy going - almost rosy. The blossoms are almost fruity here. I'm getting a top-note of the delicate florals blending with something that almost smells like rain. It's very lovely, feminine and so pretty. This is perfect for those bright, sunny days when the sky is full of huge, fluffy clouds and you want something creamy, bright and romantic.

I also hesitated because of the mint, but went for it anyway because of the marshmallow. The mint is UPFRONT but drifts away like a SMOOCH after a few minutes leaving behind a delectable, creamy, almost buttery peachy marshmallow. The peach is very sugared and thick, swimming around in the background while the most delicious ooey-gooey sticky marshmallow cream sparkles and wears the crown. This dragon gave me a big wet kiss and it all turned to ripe sunshine peaches and nom-nom stay-pufft dreams.

CP Shadows and Reflections is probably my favorite Myrrh scent right now. I see a few bottles left at the lab too!

Have you tried Sticky Eyeballs and Floppy Entrails? It is totally, thick, sticky jam to me with a side a gooey.

This is such a classic beauty and I dare say, in the running to be my favorite from the latest release. Warm and intoxicating with creamy sweetness from the dark fig, perfectly balanced within a glorious spicy, oriental opulence. Womanly and beloved, it brings to mind a Gypsy caravan, filled with opulent riches, precious amber, saffron and shining patchouli oil jars. Something within the aroma is so calming, almost sedative. I want to drape myself in silks, throw open the velvet curtains and dance in the bloody moonlight.

A regional variation of the traditional prom corsage: black rose, purple carnation and belladonna with a spray of baby's breath, dusted with frankincense, opoponax, and crushed yew seeds. This smells like your best friend in high school. I'm taken back to the original Herbal Essence shampoo in the green bottle. You know the one with the girl shampooing in a waterfall of flowers? This is dark FANTASTIC! I get the black rose upfront and YES purple carnation, but it's not just florals here, but herbal green yew too along with resinous frank. The opoponax gives it a vintage tone, like a classic prom night with massive corsages and greenery decorating a forest dance floor. It's pretty wonderful, herbal, woodsy without being overly floral. Fabulous, deep and refreshing, I'm gonna wear the heck out of this over the summer.

All of the quirky notes smashing their little sparkling molecules together is magnificent. This fragrance for me, evokes a certain time, and material while remaining elusively vague. It achieves this feat with its seemingly amorphous quality, delicate, clean, classy and understated. Neither woody nor floral, I can't exactly describe it as heavily herbal or musky either, yet somehow it smells distinctive and chic. Like a cross between the scent of a freshly printed upscale design magazine and the interiors of a luxury occult shop, the warm, seductive ambergris shines at the finish, while the wispy, earthy tobacco gives it a certain sensual sophistication and mystic. This makes me feel swishy and delicately swathed in timeless elegance.

Right after putting it on, it’s exactly like a foamy cup of milky hot chocolate. NOT a dark chocolate, or powdery cocoa, but a creamy, frothy-topped milk chocolate. YUMMY! After it settles for a bit, i’m getting some sort of honey candy. Yep, this is exactly like gorging on an entire Toblerone honey-chocolate bar. All creamy milk chocolate with that ooeygooey honey nougat middle. This is a sinfully decadent foodie! If you desire to smell like a big ole’ dollop of Toblerone melted in a cup, you will fall hard for policeman Chad, and want him to frisk you

Oh man, made from the blackest of chocolate, I would swear I'd just whipped up a big bowl of dark double chocolate brownie batter and slathered it on my skin. Rich, gooey and fudgy, if your wish is to smell like the most decadent midnight dessert, you need this!

These lies are made of silvery sweetness and pinks. The honey is airy and light, while the rose is creamy fluff. On my skin, it's a delicious, mellow, floral cotton-candy delight. The dry down becomes fuller and richer, it's ladylike, yet extremely wearable. There's something almost "milky" about the way the honey froths with the floral that's certainly addictive. Perfect for when you want to feel sexy in a cute and carefree way, this embodies innocence with an seductive bite.

This Goddess. As truly stunning as any amber, opulent and wearable. Mesmerizing, as the millions of decades of amber have been in existence, glowing with sensuality and beauty. As true to its essence as amber can be - a perfectly resinous amber absolutely without any harshness. I see this as a companion scent for Shadow, opulent, rich and voluptuous, it makes me feel exquisitely womanly, exotic and alluring. Magnificently blended, the notes come to the surface in various ways, giving me little whiffs of ecstasy. Effortlessly sexy, this is hot, warm skin in a bottle that makes you want to get closer, all wrapped up in a cashmere embrace. It has a vintage vibe, a deep, sensual hippy vibe, deep and seductive while it works it's swirlywhirly magic. Full of emotion, of lust, love, bliss, mystery and LIFE with all of its dimensions. Don't be afraid to embrace her with all of your being. She will give you back more that what you ever dreamed.

"Many a scrubland have I wandered and came across a honeysuckle vine and under it alone I sat and cried, tears of honey and wine." Jitterbug Perfume, Tom Robbins Sweet and whimsical, vulnerable, yet playful I can almost hear the Goddess laugh. Fresh and clean, imagine a crisp, white-eyelet ruffle petticoat, drop-and-roll down the green grassy meadow. This is such a sugary pleasure to my nose. It opens wild and absolutely amazing, sweet, but still somehow creamy which delights me very much. Here the jasmine is not "heady" or "too much". It is divinely well blended and never overpowers the composition. I find this to be extremely feminine yet youthful, romantic, cheerful and inviting. Perfect for a humid, summer night filled with drinking, dancing and a bunny romp or two.

I’m not sure if I can fully describe just how amazing this brown cat is. The bourbon vanilla comes round and envelopes the smoky cedar, becoming a cozy warm bubble of delicious warmth. All of this surrounds me and becomes a musky, better than skin...and meow hiss~ purrrrrrr, almost forbidden, private and exclusive scent when skin close. This is like sinking your face into a friend's fur collar in a wooded grove, or taking a long-haired lover by the fire. Extremely intimate, meaningful and special.

Dark, almost muddy patch upon application, it's really earthy and I'm left looking for the "midnight raven" I was hoping for. Thankfully, the dank wood settles down into smoky resins, while the dark, gloomy sweet, violet resins warm up to float atop. After a couple minutes, the drydown is all glistening blackest purple notes. Simple, yet great. Dry, yet slightly sweet, rather silky, and smooth. There's a palpable, silky, mellow woody feel at the very base. A black floral opaline scent, the smell of feathers and dusty wings, luminous and decadent, and so nicely resinous-almost silvery. The violet is there, although much restrained, just a drop of color. After a while it gets velvety like the night sky, quite unique in its own way and wonderful on my skin.

Oh, dazzling Zorya moon, how illuminating you are. Full of lunar rays, glowing in the neverending darkness with your chilled, silver light. When I wear this, I wake up the whole world with me! It truly shines too bright and euphoric, but what a glorious, wild shine. It is slightly metallic, like the scent of crystals, glass shards and tilted frozen moonflowers under the thin, spring ice. A very celestial scent indeed.
