Imp: Bitter, peppery floral Wet: Bitter floral. Slightly tart Drydown: This became syrupy sweet, fruit and floral. The orange blossom is now identifiable. I think it was just "bitter" when this was wet. Overall: I think I agree with some of the other posters who said that this scent might be too young for them. I think I'll keep the imp and wear it on the weekend when I'm not going anywhere with my teenage son.

Imp: Pine and something golden and bright Wet: Pine and something golden and sweet Drydown: I smell the pine first, but there is a sweet resiny vanilla mixed in. This is a great cold weather scent. It is very warming. This continues to drydown sweeter, but it's not overwhelming. It is amber and vanilla. The pine really fades after an hour or so to the point where it's hardly noticeable. Overall: I don't find this to be a very masculine scent. I think that vanilla and amber lovers need to try this. It's really good.

Imp: Candy and woods Wet: Fruity woods. There aren't any fruit notes (unless raspberry leaf counts), so, maybe my nose is broken? This is a really nice scent. It's not strong, but has good throw. It's not a distinguishable wood when wet. Drydown: The scent begins to "warm up". After about 30 minutes, the cedar has taken center stage. I think many of the posters had the same problem with the cedar taking over. The cedar has smothered all the other notes. Overall: I wish that the blend could have stayed in the wet stage. It was very wearable. A mellow wood note with a sprinkling of fruit. It wasn't sweet and cloying. It was a mellow comfortable scent. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll wear this because the drydown is too overwhelming CEDAR.

Wet: Tart pomegranate and lemon verbena stand out. Then I start to smell lavender. Initially, this is very sour. Drydown: The sourness has mellowed. Several minutes later, I start to smell frankincense. In this blend, it is staying tame and giving off an incense note. Thank goodness. Nothing like frankincense to ruin a scent for me. Later, I get a smokiness. Overall: Like others have said, this is an interesting scent.

Imp: Spicy musk and resins. Wet: Teak and labdanum. Labdanum is hit or miss for me (it can go sour pickles), but in this blend, it smells great. It's lending the blend a dark resiny tone. I love the exotic wood scent of teak. It's almost like incense. Drydown: This scent doesn't morph much. I smell the caramel lightly in the background. It's another hit or miss note, but it's not going all "DRIPPY CLOYING CARAMEL!" It's behaving itself by just adding the slightest bit of sweetness. I smell mostly labdanum, patchouli, and musk on the further drydown. Overall: This is an amazing scent. It's very sexy and dark. This is unisex.

Wet: Sweet mint and leaves. Drydown: Slightly floral, slightly tart from the berries. The floral note is non-descript. It's not distinctly rose. Eventually, the mintiness fades, and this becomes a very beautiful and wearable herbal scent. Very wintery. Overall: This is a dark winter scent. It is so pretty. I imagine a cold, desolate wintery scene.

Bottle: Fruity floral Wet: Sweet, creamy floral. I can pick out the black orchid. Drydown: This scent stays sweet, but the florals begin to amp. But even with the florals amping, this remains a soft sweet scent. After a few minutes, it's become a little powdery, in a good way. I haven't been able to pick out any notes except the black orchid. It's very well blended. Overall: This is a soft pretty scent. It has very little throw, so I'll have to slather. This isn't a dark scent on me. It's one I could wear anywhere and not offend anyone.

Imp: Tropical flowers Wet: Tropical flowers Drydown: Tropical flowers. All I smell is plumeria. Not a hint of pear or champagne. Overall: Plumeria SN. What a bummer. Skin chemistry is so unfair.
-
Imp: Sharp and herbal Wet: I'm amping the petitgrain. It's a young green leafy herbal scent with a not quite tang edge. It's so hard to describe... Drydown: I'm starting to smell the wood. The petitgrain has mellowed out. Now there's a slight burnt note. This keeps morphing...It goes slightly waxy for a minute, then that goes away. The musk has finally made an appearance. It is sweetening things up (as musk usually does on me. thankfully, it doesn't usually go powder like it seems to do to many others.). Overall: What a morpher! It is a very interesting ride of a scent. I see why it's called two-headed. It's as though this scent has multiple personalities. I have to admit I like it though.

Imp: Sweet and green Wet: Green. I've amped the tobacco flower. Coconut and amber are trying desperately to save me from the tobacco flower, but it's not working. Drydown: Tobacco flower. Nothing else. I like tobacco flower, but I don't need a single note. Overall: This is nothing but a SN. Bummer.
-
Wet: Strong! Cognac and fig. There's also something spicy I don't recognize. Drydown: This is almost peppery. It smells "hot" (temperature). This is a very sophisticated scent. Overall: This is very unisex and grown up. I think that the notes need to blend more and age and I think that'll help bring out all the notes and really make this an awesome scent.

Imp: Tart, medicinal flowers Wet: Tart florals with a hint of spice. This is starting to mellow out really fast. I smell lavender and jasmine with a slight green herbal from maybe the delphinium? Drydown: The spice has disappeared. The lavender has mellowed. This is becoming a sweet fruity floral. I smell mostly jasmine. There is something bitter an medicinal that is amping and ruining this blend. Overall: I would be a nice scent if it didn't get bitter. It also went waxy on the further drydown.

Imp: Herbal Wet: Bitter herbs. After a few minutes, it sweetened up. Drydown: It became a sweet herbal scent. Green vanilla. For a few minutes, it goes chemically on me, then that goes away. Later, it's an interesting sweet vanill-y scent with herbs. Overall: I need to test this again. I think it was clashing with Shroud which I was testing on my other arm. This has good throw.
-
Imp: Can't smell anything. Huh? Wet: Flower. Bright flowers. Unfortunately the type of flowers that pierce my nose. Drydown: It's starting to smell like . Ew. My skin is doing terrible things to this blend. Overall: Has a lot of throw. Call me crazy, but I let it sit on my skin for a few hours. It actually smelled nice after about 4 hours, like a sweet sandalwood. The urine stage though...I can't get behind that.
-
Imp: Sweet and golden. Candy-like. Wet: Candied lemon rinds. Delicious. The tonka and cocoa come running over. Drydown: The scent is becoming warmer and warmer. Mmm... It's starting to remind me of Fire Phoenix, but sweeter. Overall: This a sweet and delicious scent, with just a hint of tang.
-
Imp: Lots of flowers Wet: Dark and sweet flowers Drydown: This is a dark, sweet floral. It's sweet and somehow resiny. Overall: I'm not fond of many floral blends, but this is really nice. It's sweet and creamy. Not at all sharp and headachy like many florals can be. This is bottle worthy. This is a great floral for non-floral people.

Golden amber, blood orange, ambergris, lilac, frankincense, and agarwood. Imp: Tart cologne Wet: Orange-y cologne Drydown: It never morphed. This is an orange based cologne. I don't smell much else. Overall: This is a very uni-sex scent. It's not bad. Just not something I'd wear. -
Imp: Perfume-y Wet: Floral. This is very faint on my skin so far. Drydown: After a few minutes, I smell frankincense. Then, a few more minutes, and a faint citrus not appears. Must be the lemon balm. The benzoin has started to sweeten things just a bit. Then, a note that reminds me of cola appears. Overall: This is an interesting scent. I like this. It's not like anything else I have.
-
Imp: Sharp cologne Wet: This is sharp and medicinal Drydown: Men's cologne that's heavy on the rosecrucian (sp?) incense. I'm amping something sharp like frankincense. Don't think it's myrrh, as that's usually pretty mellow on me....hmmmm.... Overall: I thought I'd like this because I usually like myrrh and copal. This blend was too sharp and biting on my skin.
-
Imp: Mustard powder Wet: Sour mustard powder and something metallic Drydown: I don't know how to describe this scent, but I don't like it.
-
Imp: White and purple flowers Wet: Floral, slightly antiseptic Drydown: The antiseptic note has disappeared. This smells like a hothouse full of blooming flowers. Overall: This was floral overload. Not my thing.
-
Imp: Men's cologne Wet: Sweet resins, pine Drydown: Pine and cologne. That might sound bad, but it's actually a wonderful blend. There is a sugar-sweetness to this blend and the pine is not overwhelming. It's there, but just enough that you'd recognize it, not enough to make you think Pine-Sol. There is a sweet resin scent that is so delicious and amazing! Overall: What a fantastic scent! This is a scent that would smell wonderful on a man or a woman. It's like a resin-candy lollipop.
-
Imp: Spices and musk (smells like the red kind to me) Wet: Very spicy. cinnamon Drydown: Cinnamon. It's different from Chimera. I can smell a whole kitchen cabinet full of baking spices. Overall: I didn't get honey or musk on my skin. Maybe with some aging. This is a spicy scent that I can wear. Yeah!! Spicy scents can be hit or miss, so this is exciting. Definitely bottle worthy.
-
Imp: Faint sandalwood Wet: Very light scent. Sandalwood and sweet dry coconut Drydown: This stays the same throughout, doesn't morph much. This is sweet and woody. Overall: I like this alot. I just wish that it had more throw. Must slather.
-
Imp: Fruity Wet: Fruity and spicy Drydown: I smell carnation. None of the other notes stand out distinctly on my skin. It's very nicely blended. Overall: I could take it or leave it. It's a bit too subtle for my tastes. I think carnation lovers will enjoy this.
