That really tipical BPAL mint-note, the one that's in snow white and woods in winter. There's gotta be some vanilla in there (it's slightly foody on me, wet it's a liiiiittle bit like tokyo stomp without the cake/HYPER=foody aspect), and it's somewhat lemon-y. Not a fizzy, or zesty one, but a soft one like restaurant hand wipes. Somewhat fruity - possibly a berry note? It's nice, but really faint on me, my skin doesn't pick up on this when dry. :c

Just a nice, woody masculine smell of a man who spent a day hiking in the woods. It's that, but less ...dirty. More fresh. It's also got this thing that I can only describe as "morning dew" in there.

Sharp, green and red frosted berries. It's a sharp, herbs kinda green, with a good layer of frankincense and myrrh in the background, giving this something "holy" (or, holly, ah ah ah). I reallly like it and would love to find a drink that tastes like this...

Beckons all giant creatures from gargantuan reptiles and humongous moths! These babies are sure to crush everything from dollhouses to shopping malls! Can even be used to summon colossal robots in a pinch! A sweet and crisp vanilla mint! Hmmmm, delicious vanilla mint muffins! Finally a foody that works on me, and, finally a hit to add to my collection again!! The throw is not huge on me, just enough, and it doesn't last too long on my skin, stays about 1,5hrs at most, but I'll learn to live with it. Does not go plasticy on me like other foodies. It's smooth, delicious and minty. What more could ya want?!

Oooh I'm really enjoying this. Soft, colourful, sexy vanilla covered in a blanket of gentle tobacco and cognac. The sharp reflection of moonlight on a silver mirror on an autumn night.

Sharp fig honey, if that makes sense. It's like someone put some honey and something green/herbal in a bowl and added a bunch of chilipowder. Might sound bad but it's honestly not. The honey is melting over a wilting flower. Make whatever you want of that.

A soft, warm, sexy blend. Could work for business meetings, or on a date. A nice, soft amber, but not as sharp as amber tends to amp on my skin. There's a liitle bit of the sweeter notes in there on me, but it's so soft that I'm not smelling like a walking fruit rollup. It reminds me a little bit(!) of Mme Moriarty in softness and redness.

From the bottle it's way sharper and darker than I anticipated, but I don't dislike it, but on my skin it goes a little fruitier, the black musk constantly in the background, and the coconut as a top note. It's still somewhat sharp, woody, and the lemon makes is only slightly kinda aftershave/cologne-y. Masculine. I'm sure this would smell awesome on a guy. On me though... I'm not convinced.

A dark plum, engulved in woody, sticky scents. Almost resinous. It's mostly dark on me, a sexy dark, but the sweeter notes after only a couple of minutes decide to fade on me, leaving me with the slightest bit of fig and orange, just enough not to make this remind me of a vetiver single note. Oh dear, dry it's morphed again, slightly, getting back to that original fig. But it's a dried fig. Unusual, and it was fun to try, but it's too faint on me for my taste. It's dark, and I imagine someone would find this sexy.

powdery, dusty honeysuckle. Slightly more green, and less sweet than most BPAL honeysuckle notes I've smelled. It's quite lovely, and could be that scent, that wild, lush, green honeysuckle, but alas, my skin turns this incredibly soapy. Like, exactly how soap bubbles smell. Which, I'll admit is quite nice and reminds me of summer back in the day, but I don't know if I'd wanna smell like that. Too bad, lot's of potential, just doesn't work on me.

From the imp I'm just getting a big whiff of dragon's blood. On application there's directly a leathery touch, but also, strangely something floral. Kind of getting sun screen when dry, hidden in a bunch of spices and surrounded by leather. Weird, but not bad.

Soft, powdery - coconut, summery sweetness. Glistening mist going through an old carnaval, bringing every attraction alive it flows past. Mostly getting lemon. This has a magical little "spark" in there. A zesty one! Lovely, but my skin eats this. Too bad, it's lovely!

Strong, rosy wine. The pear gives this a holiday-y vibe. I am getting that insence in there too, reminds me a bit of the one in midnight on the midway, though this is not comparable to it due to all the other notes.

Very sweet. For some reason I'm thinking of cherry blossom in warm sunlight. Hm. Resiny, thick, fuzzy peach and overly soy scented candles.

Candy-sweet cinnamon sticks! I'm using a tester with the slightest amount which is more than enough!(!!!)

Wet, it reminds me a lot of Crimson peak, but a less sharp(e, heh), evil version. It morphs sligthly into something more wet and green, almost sappy. Now it reminds me of Slippery poppy tincture but with Crimson peak in the background. Interesting...

Hhmm. Very sexy from the start. VERY peppery hot though - it's currently making me nervous whether it's got saffron in there, which makes me sick. sligthly bitter, very red. Aaaaaaaaaand then, when dry, it's a copy of the robotic scarab on me, with a slighty more herby-reddish feel. It's lovely, I just don't know if I need it.

A soft vanilla on a sharp leather. That leather that BPAL does so well. Only is slightly green on me, while I usually amp those. It's very unisex, quite sexy, well blended and versatile for any kind of day.

A foodie that I can somewhat stand! Sweet cake with honey topping, on a sunny summer day on the beach. That's the image that goes through my head. just a liiittle too much suncream, otherwise it's neat!
-
Ahh yes, very strong cherry though I don't find that as harsh as I've smelled before in BPAL's cherry blends. Must be dorian that's keeping this grounded. It almost goes to a creamy strawberry as it dries. It's actually quite lovely!

I like it, but unfortunately this is one of those blends where the jasmine is overpowering. I like it, but just not enough to keep the imp!

Just getting something you'd get at an apothecary, a grim mixture. It goes a little sweeter on me as I wear it, but I can't really pick out notes. Maybe the myrrh? That tends to amp on me anyway. Somewhat sweet liquorice? idk. Weird, not for me.

And here I thought I had reviewed this before! Well, the notes certainly scared me, but it sure isn't as frightening as I had anticipated. Expect strong vetiver in this though, that's for sure. The anise reminds me of what we used to put in our warm milk before we went to bed sometimes. Gotta be honest, got over that pretty quickly, but it sure didn't help I was actually super lactose intolerant. Anyway, to me this is somewhat "cozy". A dark, winter night, maybe with dark intentions...? Hm. Masculine, but soft. Sweet, but with this underlying murkiness.

Almonds, one of my enemies! Wet it's just all almond! Strong and super sweet! almost bearable for someone with it as a death note, bahah. On drydown it actually reminds me of Edith Cushing somewhat, just with "more almond". Is there coconut in here? It's not bad. Not for me, but not bad!

Hmm. Herbs, linen, something slightly sappy green/yellow (lime?) and something strong, sour and musky. ...Agreeing with the Clint Eastwood comment above. I can't pinpoint exactly what's in here. Doesn't work for me!
