Pistol Packin' Mamas, Drama Mamas, Beauty Queens, Alphas, and/or Ladies-in-Chief, take note! This is a big, loud, beautiful rose scent with a Southeast Asian feel. I think this would be a great casual/daytime scent for a Bad Chick. It projects toughness, strength, confidence, and allure. I like it.

I bought a bottle from January 2009 (7 years ago!!) and it still smells so fresh and vibrant! BPAL is amazing. When you first put this on, you get a big, juicy burst of lychee (which, mixed with the other notes is giving me a sweet grapefruit vibe), that is totally delicious! Then it dies down to a cold herb and lavender scent---I say cold because somehow, there is the scent of cold, refrigerated air! Amazing! The herbs smell dry, which adds a lot of interest to the drydown and the blend stays gorgeous for a very long time. I can't get over the herbs! So beautiful. If you have the opportunity to buy this scent, it is worth it. (Even though this is a gorgeous blend with a big, juicy intro, it's still a dark, melancholy scent that perfectly invokes the theme.)

I love the story this perfume tells. It smells like a morgue (disinfectant and chilly air), which fills you with dread and sadness, but then it blossoms into soft, phantasmal florals and something that smells sweet and far away--vanilla and honeyed tea? I have a lot of favorite BPAL scents, but this may just be at the top. <3

This scent embodies what I envision a Unicorn forest smelling like: babbling brooks, green grass, sunshine, and flowering trees. I heart this scent so much. The throw is hella-strong while still smelling gentle and pretty and it has fantastic staying power. Mythical-feeling and beautiful.

I just bought a bottle of this, and it is amazing! It's spicy, dark, and earthy/woody. Wet, it had a cola smell that threw me off, but on the skin it blossoms into a beautiful scent that makes you feel like (it may sound weird, but..) a witch in a fairy tale. I love this.

Plunder, where have you been all my life? This scent is so gorgeous and pirate-y. It smells like exotic spices and tea heaped in a wooden treasure chest aboard a ship...I also smell salty sea air, but maybe the scent is so evocative of pirate treasure that my nose is making that part up. Honestly though, it's so amazing. My only complaint is that is doesn't last indefinitely and that I can't replace my own scent glands with this.

I love this scent! It makes me feel diabolical , and like I'm up to no good. It's strong and wafting and sinister and is fast becoming a favorite. If you're looking for a dark, "evil" scent, this is the one.

This scent is so beautiful. When you put it on, you get a big burst of apple that dries down to an apple-y, resinous floral. My words can't even do it justice; it's so splendid and evocative, and puts you in mind of far-away fairytale lands where dragons might live. It's empyreal and lovely.

This has become my new favorite scent. It's warm and cool at the same time and incredibly beautiful and feminine. I don't think I can add anything more to the descriptions above, but if you are considering purchasing this, do it! It's gorgeous!!

When I first put this on, it smelled like men's shaving cream and read as very bathroomy, but once it dries down (which happens quickly), it turns into a fresh, bright lavender and rose scent with a big whimsical cherry in the background. This would be a great cologne for a fun, quirky man/woman. It feels spring/summery and very Alice in Wonderland.
