It's so spicy I thought that it had cinnamon in it. It almost smells like cinnamon milk when it's wet. As it dries, it becomes a very powdery rose. Rose doesn't usually overtake on me, but it did with this. It's not a bad rose, but I like it much better with the spiciness. All I can think of is porcelain dolls when I smell it. Not a bad thing, but it's not really something for me.

I get a nice minty slush note out of this. There's a slight earthy tone to it, but it really is a delicate minty snow by and large. I don't really get anything else out of it. It's not a very strong scent. It stays extremely close and lasts a few hours without changing. I'd love to say more, but it really is just very straight forward. I wish it was a little stronger, though.

When it's wet I get a burst of mint and lemon so it's pretty nose-tingling. But once it's dry it's way more grapey. And it's like a very fresh grape as opposed to grape candy or the general artificial grape note. I'm pretty pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a ton of roses and for it to be overwhelmingly floral. It's only softly rosy and is a fruity grape for me. I'm not the biggest fan of roses, and this is rosy enough to not be a favorite, but I can see it working really well for someone who likes a touch of roses and fruit.

It's extremely sweet for me. I actually get almost no rose at all and mostly just get the dragon's blood and wine. It's just like a thick syrup to the nose. For me, once it dries I get the rose, but it's just doused in sugary sweet dragon's blood. It reads kind of like fancy, but sugary soap. It's decidedly not for me.

This one is kind of like a see-saw between rose and apple. It swings pretty wildly for about 15 minutes until it relaxes a little. I think apple is the most potent note in the end. It's a nice crisp apple, which I think is being helped by the lemon. While it mostly rests on apple, it does keep a floral edge. I'm not crazy about it as a combination just because of personal tastes, but it's not bad at all.

It's a pretty, but soapy floral. It reminds me a lot of a very big pile of flowery soap bubbles. That makes it sound a little questionable, but at least on me it's not unpleasantly soapy. It's more clean rather than a straight bar of soap. It's kind of fun, but it's not something I need to find for more than the drop I have.

Very sweet, sweet pea when it's freshly applied. It's an almost painfully sweet floral that does manage to mellow out in about 10 minutes. I get more water lily once the sweet pea balances out. It's a little spicy from the carnation, but it still keeps a little airy. I wouldn't call it complex by any stretch, but it is quite pleasant.

I feel like I smell gardenia more than anything else, even though it's not listed. It's light, pretty, and very spring-like. It's not terribly unique, but it's a nice inoffensive floral. It feels kind of pink to me and is a touch watery. I like it well enough, but doesn't stand out to my nose.

I'm not really a big fan of this one. It starts okay with some flowery opium with a smidge of soap because myrrh just does that to me. But after about 10 minutes it goes pretty foul. I don't know what my skin is reacting with, but it's like gym socks. This is the first time a scent has taken this turn on me, even though I've handled these notes pretty well in the past. I mean, myrrh goes to soap a lot but I feel like this is kind of the opposite issue.

It's kind of like caramelized pineapple custard. It's really sweet and foodie. I don't find the pineapple too tropical and fresh, it's more baked like in a cake. I don't get any toast or turkey at all. It's really a dessert scent that doesn't feel too overwhelming. I'm not crazy about smelling like dessert or sweets in general, so I won't be holding on to this. I can see why it would work for someone, but it's not my taste.

It smells like a freezing winter day. It's cold, and a little sweet. The mint is the most distinct note, but it's not one of those aggressive mints. This scent is sweet and soft, maybe a little musky but it's not heavy by any means. It really does feel like the first steps outside after a big snowfall. I really like this.

This one caught me off guard a little because it was almost effervescent. Kind of bubbly and floral. It's like a nice spring garden that someone is blowing bubbles through. It is a little soapy, but never goes full blown bar of soap on me. Like I said, kind of like soap bubbles popping and just leaving little traces of soap. This will be nice come spring.

It's kind of oddly sweet. It actually kind of reminds me of cherries. Like cinnamon cherries baked into bread or something. I don't get anything else. I would never have guessed that there was honeysuckle or myrrh in here. The cinnamon it very strong, but didn't burn my skin for what it's worth. I just can't get past the fact I'm getting cherry bread.

This makes me pretty darn happy. It starts out with a mild lemon tea with some fresh lilac. It's light and airy for the most part, and after a little time the China musk and wisteria come out to give it a little better staying power. There isn't too much to say about this because it isn't overwhelmingly complex, and it doesn't change much at all. I do wish it were a little stronger and lasted longer. It's definitely something that would need reapplying through the day.

This is the captured scent of a cold, moonless night, lost deep within the darkest wood. Haunting and desolate, this scent evokes images of fairy tale tragedy and half-remembered nightmares. Thick, viscous pine with ambergris, black musk, juniper and cypress. Very strong pine and cypress right off the bat. I get a little juniper as it dries though. It's almost a romanticized version of what a moonlit forest would be. I don't think it's particularly true to life, but the suggestion that it evokes "fairy tale tragedy" is spot on. Describing it as artificial doen't really do it justice, but as I said it's not realistic either. Fairy tale horror is kind of perfect. And I do really like the notes. Pine, juniper, and cypress with a ribbon of black musk to tie it all up. Lovely.

I wasn't really expecting this to work well, because the other reviews mentioned a ton of things that are hit or miss. It's very much like a fine spiced wine. It's not like the kind of wine scent that smells like you've spilled a bit, but more like an ambiance. I get a little cinnamon and anise blended in a fruity red wine. The throw isn't too demanding but it isn't just a skin scent, either. Pretty nice middle ground. It's kind of a perfect fall scent that I could see being a festive scent to wear to all the gatherings the season entails.

To start, vetiver came rushing forward, punched me in the nose and then left. Seriously, I can barely detect anything beyond a faint lavender and a little violet after the whallop vetiver pulled. It's soft, demure, and almost silent now after around half an hour of wear time. It really just wasn't meant for me.

On me, this is very, very similar to just straight dragon's blood. It's a bit sweet and cherry, but also has a hint of floral. It's not bad per se, but I already have the one and don't use it often. It's nice and strong, I'll give it that though.

In the vial it was pretty musky and I got a lot of bark, but actually testing it was a bit more fruity. I think I get currants and other really red fruits. It's a little dark and a touch musky, but it has little throw and doesn't really have a truly unique stamp to my nose. Sadly, it's just kind of generically fruity and a little musky on me.

It just straight up smells like a jungle. It's lush, green, and waxy. But kind of like vicks vapo rub. Just a hint though. It doesn't bother me as the plants and vegetation more than make up for it. I kind of really like it and as a bonus it cleared up my sinuses without being really harsh. So I really can't complain. It wasn't really what I was expecting, but I'll take it!

It's a little minty, but it's mostly booze. It's not overwhelming or oppressively alcoholic. It almost reminds me of antiseptic cleaner rather than a drink, because the mint goes a bit herby and medicinal and somehow the sugar never shows up. I can see this working on someone whose chemistry actively compliments the notes, but for me they don't really work.

Warm, bright woods. Sandalwood and amber for sure, but also it feels like a freshly stained table or something. Not in a strange, overwhelming chemical way, but in a slightly sweet oil and wood way. I also get a little vanilla, but not a whole lot. It's just enough to make itself known and not to go all cakey on me. It is really golden smelling and bright, but not over the top like some sandalwood scents can get. It's different from what I usually reach for, but it's nice to have my imp.

It's very sweet grapefruit with currents making sure it doesn't go too bitter and stays fruity sweet in the beginning. Grapefruit is a note I love but it doesn't have the greatest staying power. It doesn't stay the sharp and lively grapefruit I love for very long, but that doesn't mean that it just disappears. There are chamomile notes that are much more apparent now that the grapefruit has burned off. it's much more like a fruity, lemon tea with a little sugar. I like it quite a bit, but I do wish it were a little stronger.

I was expecting the rum to overpower this, but I'm very grateful it doesn't. It's a very heady honey and I really like it. Really all I get is a sweet, floral honey and some white musk. It's not very compicated, but it doesn't need to be. I find that it doesn't change at all on me, and while I would have liked a little woodiness, I'm a bit relieved the bay rum didn't show up either.

It's really potent lavender with some eucalyptus backing it up. It smells very medicinal and sharp to start. It's like the scents that people use to give the illusion that things are clean and antiseptic. Luckily as it dries that feeling goes away. Anise does come forward a little and the sharpness rounds out completely into a soft, dreamy scent. It's not like sniffing a bag of licorice. It's a pretty gentle and just adds a little robustness. I haven't tried it's intended purpose, but I could see it being pretty good sleep scent after that initial shock.
