    Tiki Queen

Fruity and ultra sweet. It is very light on my skin but strong and it lasted all day. It does smell candy like, I couldn't pick out anything too distinct, it just blended into tropical sugar on my skin. Very fun, but not quite what I expected.

    Snow, Glass, Apples

I can't really do this one justice at all. It is so lovely. I get sweet, juicy, icy cold apples. No evergreen that many of the snowy scents turn into on my skin. Just icy cold perfumey (but expensive, fantastic perfume) apples. Very crisp and clear, strong but not overwhelming. Beautiful.

Looking for scents that smell like chai

I agree...Bengal absolutely. You could also layer Plunder with antique lace which is also delicious!

Spice me, baby! The spiciest BPAL blends

Hello and Welcome! I think that Plunder would be a good one for you. A little bit dry but, nice and spicy. I love Bengal, it smells very sweet, but that one might be a bit too vanilla and honey (it is wonderful though!). Chimera maybe. I haven't tried it yet though, but it could work, though it might be too floral. I hate to recommend this one, since it is discontinued and would be super hard to find, but if you ever get the chance Three Witches sounds like it would fit what you're looking for as well (Plunder is close and a very nice substitue for it though). Have fun!

    Schrodinger's Cat

I don't really know how to describe this one. It smells very bright and happy, sweet and citrus (not orange though). Honestly it makes me think of bubbles, in a good way. Smells nothing like I thought it would, but I really enjoy it.

Bengal for sure. It is fantastic (it is my favorite). Plunder is also great and a bit more dry than Bengal (to my nose anyway).

    Phoenix Steamworks

This starts off very clean and crisp smelling and just a touch masculine. Once it dries it sweetens up, but maintains its slightly cologney edge, but only for a short while. It smells almost golden and clean and very sweet on my skin (but in a soft kind of way). Despite its colongney start, it ends up being very feminine on me. It is really beautiful.

    Congrats!

    Driving Test

Maybe Succor or Safari? Or perhaps your favorite scent, possibly it could work as a security blanket or something. Good luck (I failed my driving test twice as well...third time was the charm for me so hopefully the same will be true for you)!

    Ugh Massage Oil

This stuff is fantastic. I love it! Not sure how I hadn't reviewed it yet. Slippery texture, but not greasy and it absorbs easily into the skin. The scent is a bit strong at first, but once it warms up it becomes a delightful citrus. Amazing for aches and pains.

    The Candy Butcher 2006

Incredibly rich, super sweet, ultra creamy chocolate. A little heavy but nice.

    Gennivre, L’Artiste du Diable

While wet this is delicious minty tea. Once it dries the minty quality leaves and it is the most lovely orange blossoms, like driving by an orchard of them in full bloom. After a while it becomes more of a sweet lemony orange. Very fresh and light. Really nice.

    Shadwell

While wet, this was kind of frightening. It honestly smelled like sweet, damp, mildew. The kind of mildew that is hidden in an otherwise sparkling bathroom; you sort of smell it, but can't be sure. Almost like phantom mildew. Thankfully that pesky mildew mostly vanishes once it is dry. Then this is very sweet, milky tea with a warm dose of light tobacco. It is much prettier than I expected.

    Agnes Nutter

This is just crazy. I don't know how it is even possible, but it really does smell just like the description. Certainly one of the smokiest scents I've smelled and it does smell very metallic. Most likely a bit too heavy for me to wear often, but an experience just the same.

    Love Me

Spicy and almost bubble gum like, but with a hint of earthiness. Kind of dragon's blood like, but a bit more sharp and earthy. It sort of smells like what I thought Wrath would smell like. There is definately some cinnamon in here though, because it gave me some nice warm welts (only on the crook of my arm though, not my neck; but still it is the only one to do that to me on dry skin) even so it is interesting enough that I would wear it again (just in slightly different spots).

    Antique Lace

I know it has been said countless times, but this really is gorgeous. It is very sweet and strong, but gentle at the same time. It is a creamy vanilla and vaguely floral, very cozy. Just beautiful.

    Plunder

This does remind me of loose chai with an extra helping of cinnamon. It is sweeter than I expected it to be, but far less so than my beloved Bengal, and much drier. I agree with Winterwind and tartchef because the drydown is strangely similar to Morocco, but more cinnamony. It is also surprisingly light, not quite as in your face as I thought it might be, which was a nice surprise. It is fantastic!

    Earth Rat

It has been said before, but this is some serious melon. Sweet and sticky melon. Later it blends with the other stuff and becomes a bit more mellow, creamy and kind of tropical, but it stays mainly melon. Will probably be great for warm weather.

    Lunar Eclipse

This one is really interesting. When first applied it smelled kind of like earthy, peanut buttery, tobacco--which was not only unexpected (and weird), but also not very appealing. Thankfully it doesn't stay that way. After a brief sweet, slightly sharp tobacco phase, this mellowed into the most lovely fruity floral tea. Rich and kind of heavy, but delightful all the same. It took a little while to get there, but the later drydown of this is great.

    Bakeneko

Spicy citrus tea with a dash of musky sweetness. It is absolutely delicious. I can't describe it much better than this: Bakeneko =

    Love's Philosophy

I really like this, but I'm not sure how to describe it at all. It is like a thick rich almost buttery vanilla. Sweet, kind of like Antique Lace, but darker/richer somehow. There is something bright in here too (doesn't quite smell like wintergreen to me though). It does remind me a lot of Midway, though not exactly the same. It really is great.
  22. I don't get a lot of tea from White Rabbit, but it is fantastic. I feel like a broken record lately, but Bengal is sooo good for the chai feel (though it might be too sweet for you). The chai thread is a great resource! Bakeneko is just amazing; spicy citrusy tea delight...but yes a bit hard to come by. I have the urge to buy every bottle I see, so I'm not helping that issue I guess. Seriously though that kitty is delicious.

    Inferno

Yes it does smell somewhat like cinnamon gum, but a bit more creamy. I do get a sort of almond, but this is surprisingly floral on my skin. The cinnamon does stick around and add a sweet spiciness to it. Very surprising and nice. It did sort of burn though, not really bad, but enough to be careful where I choose to apply it (wrist was fine, my neck...got a bit red).

    Oberon

Very light and fresh. It is sweet and creamy but gentle. Thankfully I don't really smell the patchouli; I'm generally not a patch fan, though there are exceptions and I think this is one of them. I get an almost grassy scent here, with the creamy floral, which is very nice.

    Fairy Market

When first applied I smell damp green grass with maybe a hint of fruit. Thankfully (since I really enjoy it) even after it dries that grassy quality remains, but is sweetened up. I can't pick out anything specific since the whole just blends into a thing of beauty.
