Gorgeous very light green but also citrus scent. I love tea notes I can see the similarity people are saying about this and dragon moon. This stronger and more citrus and without my beloved dragons blood however. It has a lingering sweetness that just makes you keep sniffing and sniffing. I almost compare the citrus tartness to a sweeter grapefruit, it's very nice.

The red currant note in this is very similar to Cheshire cat. I do prefer this to the cat though as it isn't quite as strong and cloying. It's so fruity and thick that it almost smells syrupy. It reminds me a little of Lush's snow fairy but stronger and not quite as sweet because of the tartness to this scent. Its actually a very nice scent i just think it would be nicer toned down with maybe a vanilla note as well.

I can't seem to get any of the pear in this at all... Its a dark soft floral that i'm sure alot of people love but sadly i don't have a love for florals.. I can smell the cucumber in this and it's an interesting note that in my experience doesn't pop up much in bpal. It dries very nicely and is a fantastic skin scent. really awesome label!

Wet - Yep patchouli and peach, just like everyone else said... no that bleh overly strong patchouli that ussually scares me away but it is very prominent.. Dry down is almost incense-y with the peach sneaking around just to keep it different and sweet. The honeysuckle is here but it's just a hint and it's a really nice nice note that i'm wondering why i was ever scared of it. This has a nice string throw and when you aren't sucking it from your wrist it's not easy to distinguish notes. It is musky and almost dirty like some people say but the peach hangs around trying to pretend that true love is all about purity and innocence I don't get much carnation but that may be because i am too used to pink moon 07.. Very glad to have some... This whole inquisition is gorgeous so far!

Wow this is interesting.... I am too much of a sweet fan for this to be my favourite pumpkin, specially when i have cheescake here but this is really really nice! It doesn't smell all that different in the bottle to the other pumpkins from this year but as soon as it dries down it is something very different! It's a spicy more mature pumpkin than the plump almost ready to rot. I like to think i can smell the candles and smoke in this, it makes it sit really nicely on the skin. The beer definatley doesn't have that smell that i have come to hate working in hospitality, it's really nice. It's dry down is quite close to pumpkin cheesecake without the sweetness and with more throw. If you haven't tried this give it a chance for sure!

I have all the snakes except banded sea snake and my favourites would be Temple Viper, King Cobra and Boomslang. I find king cobra to be better than snake oil on it's own.

Thick, Dark snake oil!! snake oils is lovely on me but my skin eats it and it doesnt last as long as i would like. This is the remedy! It is so thick it's almost creamy. This may have taken second place in the whole snake pit for me. I tried it on my man as well as i knew it would smell fantasic on him and it really does. It is much less sweet on his chemistry. I'm not getting any amber (thankfully) or fruit from this at all. I get so much more wear out of this than i do snake oil and i will definatley be grabbing extra's of this one to age.

I will second Asp viper, strongest almond i have found so far, snake oils is really back seat in this one...

For someone who was worrying that she didn't like the pumpkin note i was pleasantly surprised with my inquisition! YUMMMMM. This scent is delicious. The pumpkin is quite strong when i first put it on and the bottle smells very strongly of it. Its a nice buttery pumpkin that isn't overripe, very nice!. It stay soft though and not overly sweet at all. It mellows on my skin and then i can smell the cheesecake. I can't stop smelling myself when i put this on and it definatley makes me crave cheesecake. When it settles down and mellows it makes me want to lick it. I love it so much because it really feels like you can smell the different parts of the cheesecake as you inhale. The gorgeous sweet, cheesy creamy pumpkin filling and then the almost slightly savory cookie-like base. I love this and i am convinced that there is nothing that would have suited me more from the inquisition. The staying power of this one is also something to note because it has stayed on me most of the day so far. I feel so lucky to have this. Cutest little slice of pie on the label. I am going to have to hunt the old Beaver moon like a fiend if it smells anything like this... mmmmmmmmm pie

I'm thinking of getting rid of my hunter moon 07 but i have a feeling maybe it will be nicer on man chemistry so i might make the boy try it before i do...

golden amber hates me but i seem to be having a good relationship with black amber... When reading scent descriptions that just say amber i have to be pretty wary or i will end up smelling like just rusting metal

there are heaps of gc's with different labels... The ars draconis scents all have a dragon label. Shub has a different label. I'm trying to remember which other ones..

Argggggggggggg! amber like in O! so strong so metallic! /run ok so now that that is over.... Yes this is nearly all amber to me. This kind of amber hates me and i hate it as well! THe next top note i get from this is almond and after that the cherry that people are talking about. But it's kind of a bitter cherry and not cough medicine at all. Maybe the reason this smell so like O to me is the honey as well. I am sure alot of people will and do love this one but it's not for me at all!

This was a very soft scent to me. Even the bottle i had to really sniff to get a good gauge of the scent.. Definatley incense and books and a little bit of muskiness.. The book smell is interesting, like when you go into an antique book store but i don't want to smell like that! also I like my musk musky and not like an unopened room so this one isn't for me. It's very dry and i can faintly smell the florals people are talking about. Off to someone who can give it love...

whoa vetiver! that is what i get from this as soon as i open the imp! After i get over that it starts to smell more like rotting burned wet wood, but a fragrant wood not just an everyday timber. There is almost a dry leaves burning smell to it as well. Very strong and hard to wash off It does have the lingering scent of smoke but it's definatley not the kind of smoke i'm after.. Too much vetiver for me

There was no question of buying a bottle of this unsniffed. First of all the mint note is gorgeous! like fresh picked mint! but there is something 'dark' smelling underneath which would be the black musk and i think nicotiana. I was worried about the caramel and sage in this but they are so faint and wispy that this is just so delicious. Definatley a warm scent despite the mint. My nose is playing up a bit atm so i will add to this review as i get better and after it gets tested on my male I can't wait to smell this on man chemistry.

I haven't tried any bpal pumkpin before so you will have to forgive me not having that to compare to.. In the bottle this is so sweet pumpkin, with vanilla similar to bigger critters. I don't get any tabacco or carnation which is what i chose this blend for . No spice here for me. It is very sweet in the bottle but also very 'thick smelling'. My skin seems to eat all the pumpkin unfortunately and i am left with just an overpowering sweetness. After about an hour i had to wash it off as it was too much for me. I am hoping its not the pumpkin note my skin hates and that maybe its the champa flower when i get some decants of others i will know more... off to swaps..

I was so excited about TS and i'm not ashamed to say that it was mostly because of the giant dinosaur/lizard theme TS stayed exactly the same on my skin as it did in the bottle. All cookies and an almost milky mint. Its is very foody and i very very much want to lick it...The mint is like if you have ever had an aero chocolate bar and you eat all the chocolate off and are just left with the bubbly mint 'chocolate' inside... A gorgeous scent and one i was sad to get rid of but i wasn't going to wear it and i knew if would get love somewhere else..
