Limited editions equivalents in the general catalog?

Hiya! Happy Admin Day! My boss forgot as usual. /sigh Anyway, I have searched through the topics looking for a GC Milk Moon 07 and am only coming up with suggestions for Milk Moon 05, which from what I gather smells different. Does anyone know of a scent that matches the warm yummy fruity goodness of MM07? It is my FAVORITE, wrap me in a blanket, make me feel safe and content, scent and I am running out. I should probably mention that I only wear it in a locket and sniff it all day. HELP! -
Rose moon is a keeper, pure and simple. It has become one of my favorites right up there with Milk Moon '07 and Rose Cross. Rose Moon is a scent all of its own. It is soft and delicate that warms well in a locket. This is one of the few scents that has diffused to the point that I have received compliments. Unlike Rose Cross, though, which I find to have a deeply sensual warmth, Rose Moon is more pure and fresh. The other notes in the fragrance seem to get lost, although occasionally you seem to get the gentle hint of lilac, but it is fleeting. The two different rose essences in this blend work well together giving you the lushness of a bouquet of roses without being over powering. A great scent!

I loved it in the imp. The sandalwood is warm and lovely. In the locket much the same, of course. As it dried it turned very spicy and reminded me more and more of a man's aftershave. Kinda smelled like the stuff they used to use on my grandfather at the barbershop. Overall a very nice scent but too manly for me. Hubby liked it, btw.

A fertile scent, generous, life-affirming, and swelling with a sense of triumph, warmth, and abundance: sweet milk, golden honey, fig fruit, pomegranate, dates, and white grape. Milk Moon is everything I had hoped for and more! I was initially worried about the milk in honey in the description but I had no need. The first thing I smelled in the bottle was the nummy fig. It reminded me of a fig newton. My husband agreed with a mmmm sound. It dried wonderfully and when the locket got good and warm the scent permeated our car. I wore it on the long drive to visit the in-laws yesterday and it kept me calm and relaxed the whole time. The scent of fig was still going strong last night when I got home. I almost hated to take it off. A definite keeper!

I wish I could say that this scent left me with a totally positive experience, but sadly it didn't. When I opened the imp, the scent wafted toward me and immediately made me smile. I wore it in my locket, as always, when I went out for my birthday. When I first applied it to the cotton, it smelled wonderfully sweet and happy, and I continued to feel that way for the first couple hours. As it dried down, the scent became sweeter, almost too sweet, but what really bothered me is that the more it dried the more is smelled like a urinal cake. Now I am not a man, but have had the displeasure of cleaning my tiny office's men's room and have, on occasion had to put in a new cake. This scent after drying smelled like one. By the end of the night, I couldn't wait to get my locket off of me. I really wanted to like this scent. It made me feel so good straight out of the bottle.

The Lowdown on Incense & Resin - The Best Recommendations

Thanks for the suggestions. It would prolly be easier if I knew what made up the incense. I just remember loving the scent when they used it at my grandfathers funeral. At the time I asked my dad if he knew but he didn't. /sigh. I will have to try the ones you guys recommended. I actually thought Cathedral might work when I was putting together my first order but decided on another scent that I wanted to try more. Thanks again! -

Does anyone know of a scent that smells like the incense that they use in a Catholic funeral rite? -
Lust was the first scent I tried when I got my order. Love it! In the imp it has a wonderful heady aroma. You can really smell the patchouli which I love. It presents itself well as it warms. It has a nice incense smell. As it dries, it mellows into a comforting stick of incense. I really like it and will prolly make it a staple.

I totally get what the description says about warring scents. This scent is warring with my nose both in and out of the bottle. One moment I don't like it and then the next I do. Mostly Nephilim smells harsh to my nose, almost sharp. I don't think its the patchoulli, since I typically wear it all by itself, but I could be wrong. Its really weird. I should like this scent based on what's in it but I just cant say that I completely do. I do like the occasional fruit basket scent I get from it but mostly it is just too overwhelming to my nose, sadly.

This scent was in my first BPal order. I was immediately drawn to it since I have always love the scent of roses, but this rose is different. It isn't your grandmother's rose scent. It is really wonderful! I can't specifically pick out the frankincense but I'm sure it is responsible for the underlying notes that I can't put my finger on. I have worn this scent for a couple of days completely ignoring the other imps in the order. I think this may be a big bottle purchase.
