  1. I adore this scent! Verbena has quickly become a favorite note of mine since my dive into the world of BPAL and this is a winner for me. The rose is very soft, the frankincense is not too strong and it all blends together very well with the shine of verbena. It smells like a lovely summer-y feminine perfume with no one note standing above the others. Lasts for hours!

  2. Liliths annual visit to St. Louis Cemetery No. 1.

    Star jasmine and tobacco leaf.

Well, I'll be darned! I'm the first to review? I'll do my best!

I chose this because of the simplicity of the notes. Just two and I love both! AND I loved the visit through the St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 when I visited NOLA. It's probably my favorite city.

This is very strong and for jasmine lovers. A little goes a long way and it lasted most of the day for me. No need to re-apply. The Star Jasmine is exactly that. The Star of the perfume! Tobacco leaf comes out later and seems to tame and soften the jasmine with it's sweetness. I bet this ages really well!
See? Simple! And I hope it was helpful.

  3. Parthenope reminds me of a softer and more feminine Highwayman. It's probably the jasmine. I really like this and am more likely to grab it when I need something floral but won't trigger a migraine. Sometimes these kinds of florals go slightly sour with my chemistry. Not so here.

After a few hours, I get honey and musk. Nice!

  4. I just got this scent last week. I adore it! I know it's a summer release but it reminds me of when summer turns into fall. It's still warm out but the colors are changing. When i sniff the bottle it truly makes me smile. I can smell hints of all the notes accounted and it's blended so well!

The apple fades quick on me. Eventually, the warm vanilla, tobacco, cognac is left more prominent and carries on for hours. Such a welcomed scent to have on my skin considering how hot and dry SLC has been!

P.S. I just joined this forum and this is my very first post!!
