In the imp: Hot cinnamon apples and a touch of bread. No strawberry to be seen.
Wet on the skin: Lots of apple and cinnamon.
Drydown: Mostly a bready cinnamon. The apple is still there, but more in the background. I can -kind of- smell the strawberry, but it's mostly just a very light sweetness with a milky note that keeps the cinnamon from being too strong and spicy.
Final thoughts: I hope the apple comes back. I know it probably won't, but apple is my favorite bpal note, even if all it wants to do on me is fade as quickly as it can. At least the other notes in this are good, it's not exactly unpleasant to smell like hot cinnamon-y bread with a touch of sweet milk.
For people with extreme sensitivity to cinnamon I'd steer clear, otherwise only apply it to less sensitive areas. My collarbone is doing fine but this burned my neck and made my wrists itch.
This is definitely a keeper though, but not something I'm going to go out of my way to stockpile multiple bottles of forever. This will for sure be getting used though, and I am interested in seeing how it ages.
ETA: Fades surprisingly quickly for how strong it was on application. This lasted barely an hour on me with really strong throw before quickly becoming so close to the skin I can barely smell it. Hm. This might become a swap after all if aging doesn't help it much.
