This smells like almond jello, Lush Snowflake, and BPAL Snow White. White, sweet, creamy almond.
-
Floral fruity--very pretty and totally a "me" scent, but one of the fruit notes goes powdery on me.
-
The amber necklace of Freyja, Norse Goddess of Love, Sex, Attraction and Fruitfulness. Her magnificent necklace was bought from four Dwarves [Alfrik, Berling, Dvalin and Grer] at the price of four nights of her passion. When Brisingamen graces your throat, no man can resist your charms. A glittering mantle of rich golden notes: five ambers, soft myrtle and apple blossom, myrtle, and carnation. Not sure which note it is--myrtle is the one I'm least familiar with though--but it smells almost patchouli like and drowns out even the ambers.
-
The mixture of amber and almond in this goes off on me--it smells similar to powdery honey or wine.
-
This smells like clean laundry and detergent. Very soft, white and soapy in a good way.
-
Throwing out some love for Olisbos before the Lupers go down--fruity, olive-y leather! Also just tried Le Pere Fouettard (Yule 2013), which is one of the more interesting leathers I've encountered...foody leather?
-
This is totally bizarre--a foody men's cologne. Also smells like fruit leather + cologne. Not bad on a guy at all, I would dig it, but not for me.
-
Wet, this is all rose and red sandalwood, very floral with a slightly dry base. As it dries the rose subsides and this ends up smelling...kind of like nothing. It's not patchouli, it's just an odd, slightly off scent. Nothing.

Really surprised by how lovely this is! A similar golden amber to Lyonnesse, sweetened by the berry and iris floral notes, just a hint of spice. Very sweet--a mixture of Belle Epoque and Lyonnesse in my mind. Will need to revisit!

This smells like Fig Newtons on me.
-
Mmm, pine trees and a skin musk. Surprisingly gender neutral, but I would want this on a guy.
-
Sticky, sappy sweetness from oleander and neroli. Surprisingly, the patchouli in this is not coming out at all, but there is a slight smoky element, almost sandalwood-esque. Sweet, powdery, orange, sandalwood.
-
Mostly patchouli, smoky and slightly burnt. Surprisingly gentle for the note list. Like ash or coal from a fire, just smoking. I get a kind of dry hay as well.
-
Mostly frankincense, herbal green and spiced over a light base of soapy violet.
-
Starts off very dark green and herbal. Dry down is a little lighter, still distinctly green and herbal, with an almost dandelion floral note in the background. I actually love it as a soothing, nature-y scent, but not something I would reach for.
-
Sweet powdered honey, with almost a wine note--like Anubis without the incense.
-
I get COCONUT and a few other notes but mostly COCONUT. the other notes are lime, some kind of salty breeze--a very sunny, tropical, beach-y scent on me.
-
I get a straight, full-bodied but wearable rose. Very pretty and floral, no wet or aquatic quality and no dirt.
-
Exactly as described. Sweet, powdered honey--sleep inducing!
-
I get the spice and musk, but the cassis make this smell a little like cola on me. Cola and cream. Not bad, actually really yummy...but also not what I want to smell like.
-
Sharp and clean and mint, slightly aquatic. Very bright and pretty. A greener, earthier version of Riding in the Palanquin.
-
Something sharp and metallic to this initially that subsides when wet. Dry, it's a clean cologne smell, would be great on a guy, but not particularly interesting. Clean and manly spices.
-
Not sure how I feel about this, I'm getting a lot of sweetness from the benzoin, a mishmash of light floral notes and just a hint of apple--all over a base of dry sandalwood. I like it, but its completely disappeared on me minutes after applying.

Really? No reviews at all for the 2015 version? I guess I'll give it my best shot! I adore Night's Pavilion, on me it is the perfect delicate floral. None of these notes typically work for me (lily, I'm looking at you!), but here I get a soft, delicate, close to skin floral musk. Lily tends to shriek on me, but is very well behaved here, not getting too cloying or heady, just lovely and fresh. I predominantly get white musk (very light and similar to skin musk) and the gentle floral of the lily, absolutely no frankincense. For floral lovers--I would definitely give this one a shot!

So glad I managed to snag a partial of this off the forums--it was one of the scents that most intrigued me at Will Call. On me, this is fresh, light green floral with a slightly aquatic note, but its soft, spring water, not ozone-y saltwater. The jasmine in this is delicate and beautiful, which is rare for me when it comes to BPAL. As the other reviews mention, there is a pearl/silk/cream quality to this as well, blending the notes together beautifully.
