This is warm, smooth skin-link amber, touched with dark evergreens, slightly smoky. Super interesting--not something I would ordinarily like, but this is really beautiful and compelling. I think it might be more of a Fall/Winter scent for me, but it is really, really lovely!

So strange, I feel like what I'm getting isn't fitting the other reviews at all. In the imp, this is sharp ozone. On me, I get lemon and saltwater--not at all harsh, just fresh and clean and sweet. After a bit the incense pokes out a bit, but it is very light and tame--soft sandalwood, a sweet incense note and clean lemon. A refreshing, calming scent.

Wood, sweetness, rum. Interesting but not for me.

Something dark and spiced, sandalwood and a gentle incense. Not for me. EDIT: different imp, later: Super sweet, ripe fruit--not exactly a straight plum note, almost a little cherry syrup-esque, with soft spices in the background. The overripe fruit fades as it dries, down to a lovely, slightly fruity sandalwood blend.

Super super sweet, sticky and slightly red. EDIT: new (unaged?) imp: Starts off with that same browned butter all foodie scents have on me, but dries down surprisingly well. The honey note in here is well behaved and a true honey, the molasses is brown and sugar and caramel-y and there's just enough oak wood to balance all the sweetness out and ground it, giving it a base that makes it perfume instead of just candy. A complex, grown up B&BW foodie scent.

All I get it PATCHOULI and some of the sticky sweetness of heliotrope. Nope.

Beautiful bright florals and amber, with a dusky sandalwood base. Very warm and floral--I hardly detect any of the vetiver in here, thankfully! A rich floral with a warm amber background, with a dry, slightly dark base.

A soft, sensual, luxuriant blend with a wicked bite: hazelnut, buttercream, honey mead, rum and sweet almond. Something in this scent reads red to me, not sure which note. Definitely sugary sweet and warm, just a hint of almond. Too foody for my taste!

Dries down to a powdery white floral, wholly unremarkable.

Even after drydown, something about this stays kind of hot and red. I think it might be the mix of orange blossom, clove, and basalm. Not for me.

I love this (on a guy). Fresh clean cologne scent with a slight woodsy note.
-
This starts off powdered Pixie stick sweet, but mellows out quickly and becomes a sweet peach champagne note with a golden background. Very sweet, light and pretty.
-
Really strange...not exactly floral or herbal but a mixture of both and something else. Heady, shrieking. Not for me.

I can't get past the anise--all I get is licorice

This starts off very sweet, but the honey goes powdery on me as it tends to do. I end up with jasmine scented powder.

This is initially all wine on me. After awhile, it dies down and the rose comes out. "Voluptuous" is definitely the right word to describe this rose--it is deep red rose at the peak of its bloom, very strong and perfectly floral (no wet or dry note). It is a strong, strong almost single note rose--like breathing into a Valentine's Day bouquet of 24 lush, red roses. Sweet and floral and heady, with just a whisper of the resin at the end. Pretty, but not for me--the Lab has so many great rose blends, this one is just a bit much. EDIT: After an hour or so the rose fades and it becomes fruity wine and dragon's blood sweetness with just a hint for floral.

Something in this comes off very dark on me, but I can't tell which note it is--maybe the type of amber or musk. This is definitely a masculine scent, deep red musk and slight smokiness. Would love it on a man!
-
This smells exactly like it should--very warm red musk with a dusting of Middle Eastern spices. Lovely and sensual, but a bit too much for me.
-
This starts off very red and resin-y from the dragon's blood but surprisingly dries down to a very lovely, creamy musk scent. It's warm and sensual and creamy, similar to Morocco without the spices. Very sexy!
-
The red sandalwood comes out way too strong on me, drowning out all of the other floral notes in the background. Something else--the orris or the jasmine--goes a bit sickly sweet. This smells lovely in the bottle, alas it is not for my skin chemistry!
-
This is sparkly and clean and bright, definitely men's aftershave and cologne, but could also work as gender neutral. I like this scent overall, but not something I would wear.
-
This starts off a little sharp and herbal from the neroli, but that burns off quickly leaving behind a light, fruity clean scent. I don't know why but something in this smells like laundry soap to me (in a good way). Very pretty and unexpected based on the name, but not something I love.

Very pretty! Super creamy floral fruit. Not overly sweet or floral, the musk subdues both. Compared to Roses, Pearls, and Diamonds which has very similar vibe, this is more subdued, a little more mature and sophisticated, but still very sweet and girlish. Love it!
