Update on 8/7/15: Keeping for memories--finished 120/122 GC imps I wanted to try! Mad Tea Party, I'm coming for you next!
-
This is sweet sap and evergreen pine. As it dries, a hint of soil comes out, but stays in the background and is rich and fresh. A lovely forest-y scent.
-
This starts off as lovely spices and almond but turns into straight rose on me. A very green, strong rose.
-
Kind of ashy, silver note over apple. Not good.
-
So pretty! Sweet, juicy pear and light florals. Bright and pretty.
-
Vetiver and black myrrh. Dark, bitter, strangely nutty. Nope.
-
Light, sweet, but very herbal green floral musk. Gender neutral. Something in this goes sour on me.
-
Big Red cinnamon gum. Red musk and cinnamon.
-
The End of All Things: empty white musk and mint seeped with solemn lavender, doleful patchouli and vetiver, scythe-sharp yuzu and lime, with geranium bourbon, white sandalwood and calla lily. This starts off a syrupy sweet floral with a hint of bourbon. Something in this just smells like sugar!!!!! over all the other notes.
-
This is all currant and red musk over dragon's blood. Sweet, syrupy and strong. Too much for me.
-
Wow, this is super dark and sensual. Deep ambers, skin musk and a slight smokiness. Vetiver in this is very well behaved, hanging in the background to add a slight, sexy kick. Not for me personally, but beautiful.

… His ofrenda is the scent of the lightless deep: the glorious, unknowable gloom of the ocean floor. This starts off as sweet, sweet melon but thankfully soon mellows out to a fresh, clean breeze scent mixed with sweet melon. Great for summer!

Mm, this is fresh, green and woodsy. Not exactly a perfume scent, but I enjoy it. I would also say this is lighter and more gender-neutral than some of the other "wood" blends the Lab has--this is a sunshine-y enchanted forest, not an ominous dark grove.

This is bitter and dark on me, mostly just copal, the floral notes are lurking in the background, but they're dark and sap and stickiness.
-
This is delicious and tropical. Sweet pear over a creamy base with a hint of spices.
-
Almost entirely ylang ylang, shrieking and white and floral. Just a hint of bitter neroli and sandalwood.
-
A deep, dark green floral garden in the midst of the night. Almost aquatic. Sweet florals mixed with herbal greens and something musky lurking beneath. Pretty, but not quite for me. Very much in the same vein as Dark Rosaleen, which I love.
-
At first, this is tangy blood over a musk base with sweet coconut. Then orris in this goes slightly play-doh sweet on me, powdery and artificial and overpowers everything else.
-
This is a powdery, elegant floral. I get primarily powdered rose--not in a bad way, but an old-fashioned, understated way, like a little girl trying on her mother's perfume and feeling glamorous. Very pretty, but if I'm honest with myself, not something I would buy or reach for.
-
Interesting and unexpected. I get a sweet lemon-y note over a sweet, slightly musky base (very faint)--this must be kyphi which is not a note I'm familiar with. Not unpleasant, but not outstanding.
-
This starts off sweet, sweet almond marzipan over a red musk that is almost cherry-like. The almond fades quickly, leaving behind a sweet afternote layered over a skin-like musk. Very pretty.
-
Gingerbread cookies mixed with lemon icing. Throw is STRONG on this one.
-
Predominantly clove and pepper, the dragon's blood is only a whisper in this. Masculine, but also kind of rank on me.
-
In the same vein as Kumiho, a bright, zippy fruity scent. Perfect for summer.

Earth sorceress and mother of Mordred, she is, in essence, the harbinger of King Arthur's doom and the downfall of Camelot. She is a sister, or sister-self, to Morgan Le Fay. A bouquet of five night-blooming flowers deepened by dusky violet, purple fruits and the barest breath of medieval incenses. Violet goes off on me...a headache-y, shreiking, old-lady, sour powdered white floral.
