I am so glad that I got this blind-bottle. On me, the rose comes out swinging when wet, but upon drydown, the orange blossom and the white sugar notes (think the sugar rim on a cocktail glass) come forward. I wish wish WISH this was available as a body dust/powder.

I just tried this last night, and I was very surprised at how strong the oudh was--I was expecting sweet nutty notes with a down-note of oudh; this comes out smelling almost sour it's so sharp. A little goes a VERY long way it seems, and one should spritz it up into the air rather directly on sheets, etc...it calms down after a very sharp, strong start but WOW that first hit is a PUNCH...

I hear you RE fading fast! I LOVE this on wet! It dries down fast to a sort of nutmeg nut and cinnamon bark on me, with wisps of cardamom, but I wish the strong sweet coffee note would stick around longer...

Even though I have 2 big sorting boxes of scents, this is one of my faves. Just gorgeous.Some resin, but lots of sweet florals also without being cloying.

Just got a vintage bottle of this. In the bottle, it smells very sweet and spicy, like cloves and fruit punch. On my skin, I'm getting cloves and bayberry notes, and it dries down to a sort of spicy faint marine-fresh seawater scent. Still on the fence on this one, but glad that I got a bottle.

I was going to say, try a cinnamon scent, or if you really don't want to bathe in any one scent, maybe cinnamon Altoids? Just a suggestion...
