    Wynter Wakeneth Al My Care

I blind bought a bottle cuz I just knew these notes would be the perfect combo for me. And I found this scent to be so incredibly grounding and comforting and just the perfect balance of the deep hippie, incensey blends I love, without going too far in either direction, with just a touch of sweetness i.e., perfection - then the SO was like wtf are you wearing (he's all about the citrus/fruity/sweet, go figure) and said I smelled like dirt/claimed it gave him a headache (this is by no means a strong fragrance! idk) soo I gave my bottle to my sister. I kinda want it back now tho lol boo.

    Roof Goblins

Not much to add except I’m so disappointed how quickly my skin eats it - I the glorious super realistic honey crisp with just a touch of sweet creaminess. its truly wonderful - then poof!l for that reason, no backup needed

    Blue Blankie

I blind bought a full bottle of this for my love of lavender as a bedtime scent and the fact that I have my own tattered blue blankie (no longer welcome in the bed) wet: this is the most perfect french lavender - it is decidedly french - the lavender here is exactly the same as this little sachet of lavender a friend brought me from france, but there is an added sweetness here too, and it's grounded by the musk - there's a faint smell of rose in the background dry: as it dries the rose amps like crazy - it's the largest "drop" !! - at least it doesn't get sour (as rose can on me), but this basically becomes a rose forward scent. Still sweet and light, like fresh rose petals, but not much of the lavender I came here for left. verdict: it's still good for bedtime (hoping I fall asleep before it hits rose!) the initial stage is just so perfect and dreamy I would wear it all day long too if it weren't for my chemistry amping that darn rose

    Drag is for Everyone

wet: I definitely get "sheer", but that's really the only "note" listed that stands out to me - totally different than i expected, it comes off almost aquatic - I expected a creamier, muskier-type "sheer"? if any of that makes sense dry: as it dries it blends into my skin more - it's still aquatic (or "sheer"), but calmer and without any edge - it becomes more of a "me enhanced" type scent. I purchased this with the idea of wearing to work as an inoffensive scent and also for layering since a lot of fruity/sweet scents I wish were just a touch deeper or more full bodied. It's super close to the skin and not necessarily my jam on its own, but I'm very interested to start experimenting with other scents and seeing what happens.

The Misty Marshmallow Sugarbunnies of Niflhel

wet: 100% fruity pebbles, no marshmallow. i don't hate it, but don't know if this is what i signed up for/want to smell like. dry: this dries so beautifully! the marshmallow comes out fluffier and the fruity pebblesness turns into a light "pink" (I'm leaning I like anything "pink" - whatever that means ) fruitiness (not any specific fruit, just an added angle to the sweetness). To me it becomes something lovely and sweet and fluffy without being literal marshmallow or literal fruity pebbles. I never thought "marshmallow" was my thing, but after reading repeated glowing reviews of the lab's marshmallow note I decided I had to try this one. It's not what I expected (seems like I'm not exactly alone here), but I really do love it and am excited to try other marshmallow scents that maybe hit marshmallow more on the head.

    Gaueko

This was one of my first favorite Bpal scents, but then I started branching out. I came back to it a few months later and it had this overwhelming herbal quality that I swear was not there before and I was not a fan of it at all. I guess it must be the lavender? It's just not any type of lavender I'm familiar with? I put it aside again and go back to it on occasion - sometimes the herby-ness is there and sometimes it isn't? It's so strange - I really go back and forth on this one - I love the smokiness and the head-shop vibe without being like literal "dirty hippie," but that herbal note can be pretty off-putting when it decides to come out.

Let Your Indulgence Set Me Free

Hi! I'm new to posting, but been hanging around for a while and just had to reply that I totally agree! Not usually a floral fan but love the brightness of this one..it reads "pink" to me. the first reviewer says it's overwhelmingly peony, which was my first impression too, but I remember my skin amping sweet pea in mouse's tale and I'm getting that same dominant floral note here, soo I'm thinking it must be the sweet pea after all. I like the balance with the other florals in this one much better than mouse's tale tho. My chemistry tends to amp rose/turn the note sour, but that doesn't happen at all - I don't really get any of the other florals (carnations, lilies) on an individual level, they're just sort of there balancing out the bouquet. I also love vanilla and was kind of hoping for a bit more (it's barley detectable on me), but at the end of the day I'm not really disappointed.
