Has anyone ordered from the UK recently? I got a cns on 19th September and still no sign of my parcel. I've never waited longer than a week before, so I'm starting to worry that it's gone walkabout. Has anyone else waited this sort of time and still had the parcel turn up? Thanks.

Gorgeous. Drop. Dead. Gorgeous. I love this blend - my decant arrived just as the first of the summer weather arrived here in the UK and that was serendipity indeed, as this is the perfect early summer scent. A beautifully blended light floral mint. And floral in a good way - I'm really not a floral type of gal. This is a light, cooling, wisp of a scent, but it stays around on my skin for a long time and I was getting wafts of the glorious mint-tea blossoms for a good many hours. A pale pink and green scent - the scent of late spring/early summer, when everything is fresh and plants are all waking up and putting out! Will be putting a bottle of this on my next order.

I can't abide working out at the gym, but when I go out for a run I regularly put a dab of Mary Read on each wrist. It's like a blast of salty seawater in the face and completely wakes me up and energises me. I find a quick sniff as I'm running helps me to breathe easier. I love it! I love to wear a soft, clingy scent to yoga as well - my latest fave is Mouse's Long and Sad Tale, but Budding Moon and Hunter Moon are both favourites too. A nice smell definitely helps me relax, although I'm careful to apply only a little to the back of my hand so that I don't bother anyone else.

What a gorgeous, grassy, green, fresh scent. And I can't believe no one else has mentioned this already, as it struck me immediately - it's very similar to Selkie! I've got one on my left hand and one on my right and, they're not identical, but there's a very close resemblance. Selkie is a little less grassy and a little more floral with a slight sweetness that is less apparent in the Shepherd, but I'm amazed at how similar feeling they are. My favourite of the Lupercalias that I've tested so far. Beautiful and fresh and very spring-like. I may well be getting a 5ml of this before it disappears.

I don't get bubblegum at all from Tenochtitlan! It's a spicy, warm, glowing, herbal scent on me. The amber adds a touch of golden dust, shimmering in sunshine. It definitely evokes a dry, golden almost-desert landscape, with the sage adding it's herbal dusty-green aroma. I don't smell any pear (which is great, as I really dislike the smell of pears - I'm guessing prickly pear doesn't smell like the pears I'm used to!) and I can't distinguish any florals. This is a surprise winner for me - and will go on my 5ml list, I think. I can imagine I'd like to wear this to bed. It's a very comforting scent.

In the imp: sharp floral Wet: sharply sweet rose. This is very floral. It smells very much like a slightly soapy florists shop as it dries - stems, grasses and flowers all mixed up in a floral, white soap.

So soft and gentle. A very comforting, slightly sweet, warm scent, without being foody. I like it very much! Like many other people on this review thread, I've put this on my 5ml 'to buy' list and it'll be included in my next lab order. I can imagine this becoming one of my 'comfort' scents. It's a snuggler!

I'm seconding (thirding?) the Mary Read recs. It's straight up salt-filled ocean breeze on me. Although the description mentions 'leather-tinged musk' I can't smell leather in it at all. It's such a clean scent, it literally clears my head and gives me a huge burst of energy when I put it on. It's the main scent I tend to grab when I'm off out for a run.

Sweet almonds. Cloyingly sweet. I can smell alcohol as well. It actually smells pretty much like rum marzipan! Unfortunately, I'm allergic to almonds (when I eat them) and the smell doesn't have good associations for me. I'm going to wash it off and the Baron will be headed for my swaps pile. I don't know what it smells like dry as I washed it off before it got that far!

A frimp from a lovely seller. It wasn't a scent I'd picked out for my wishlist and unfortunately it isn't one that takes my fancy. The description does fit it perfectly - a heavy, dark, thundery scent. Just not really for me and it makes me feel a little headachy and claustrophobic. It has amazing throw!

A frimp from a lovely seller. When I first put this on my skin it's really horrible. Sweet and sickly in a way that just confirms to me that there's honey lurking somewhere in this blend. As it dries, the honey dies off a bit and it's less horrible to my nose but it's not a favourite by any means. Swaps I'm afraid.

I'm still horrendously bad at picking out individual notes in blends. I ordered this more out of interest and on a bit of a whim, as so far dragon's blood has been a huge fat no-no on my skin. My bottle arrived yesterday and I touched the lid to my skin and was pleasantly surprised that I didn't get the cloyingly sickly smell that I usually associate with dragon's blood. Yaay! So today I decided to test properly (ie, without having Pirate Moon and Beaver Moon dotted around me - yes, I smelt a little, err, odd, yesterday afternoon!). I put a decent amount on my wrists and neck before going out for my run in the woods. It's another gorgeous glowing autumn day here (and warm!) and Scorpio so perfectly matched the weather and the scenery. I thought October had captured the season perfectly but I have to admit, Scorpio just overtook it in perfection stakes. Softly green and muted brown - that's the colour of Scorpio to me. I find it more earthy than anything else, and I cannot for the life of me pick out any of the separate scents. It sits on my skin and becomes a part of me and I am just happy to let the gorgeous soft, musky whiffs of gloriousness waft over me. It's not really like any other blend I've tried so far, although I can smell some similarity to the lovely Hunter Moon. It's a very dark oil, so perhaps be aware of that if you're wearing light clothes.

Dry, cold autumn wind. A rustle of red leaves, a touch of smoke and sap in the air. I'm in the UK. I'm also having a 'fitness blitz' at the moment (go with me on this, OK?!). The weather here yesterday was grey. Drizzle, mist and just general dullness. The worse kind of October weather. This morning I awoke to a dew-soaked glittering garden, blue skies with white clouds scudding across, bright autumn sunshine lighting up the gorgeous leaves that are still clinging to the trees. It wasn't difficult for me to get my sorry arse out of bed and it wasn't even too much of a problem to get same sorry arse dragged into the woods at the back of my house for my now-customary 3 mile run. After I got back and settled into work, the postie arrived with two packages of decants, one of which was October. I put it on, closed my eyes and to all intents and purposes, I was once again running through the woods on this perfect October day. It is perfectly wonderful. See? I got there in the end. To me, I really don't find October to be particularly masculine. I can see that a man could wear it, but I don't feel at all uncomfortable wearing it and I'm a fairly girlie-girl. It smells of the outdoors. It smells of leaves, and air, and dew and just a smattering of a chill convincing the trees to don their autumn finery. So far I haven't smelt any smoke, but I think I may need to wait a little longer for that. Absolutely wonderful.

GUH! I absolutely LOVE Mary Read. It smells like a salty blast of ozoney sea air and wakes me up as soon as I apply it with a big WHAP around the head. I don't smell any booze and I can't pick out the patchouli. I have no idea what sarsparilla smells like, but despite my rubbishness at picking out notes, I really, really love this blend. I ordered an imp, but this is definitely going on my 5ml wishlist. It smells like a really, really expensive spa. yummy.

When I first sniffed my bottle of Hunter Moon, I was a little concerned that this was the first lunacy that I've ordered that wasn't going to be absolutely gorgeous on me. However, once I applied it, the smell deepened, mellowed and softened into yet another beautiful Moon scent. I love it. Like all the lunar oils, I do find that the scent disappears quite quickly - I can smell just the faintest waft after 2 hours and nothing after 3 or 4. But that's fine. I don't mind reapplying and I do have a tendency to wear the moons to bed, so it doesn't matter if I can't smell it after 2 hours as I'm snoring by then anyway! This is really well blended and I am struggling to pick out individual notes. I can get a whiff of the red wine, and the musk is nice and fuzzy in the background. However, all I know is this is a beautiful scent that I am so glad I took a chance on (considering I really wasn't familiar with many of the notes listed).

Today is the first day that I've properly worn Aeaea without having a zillion other scents dotted around my hands/arms at the same time. And it's lovely. It does smell of the ocean, but slightly floral and I think the berries are holding everything together on my skin to make it a light, bright, slightly salty, cooling scent. The only similarity it has to Selkie (which is the other ocean-aquatic that I own) is the temperature of the scent - it's cool in the same way. But where Selkie felt like strands of green seaweed wafting in a slightly murky green sea, Aeaea is more blue, with some pale purple flashes and sparkles. Truly lovely. I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered this bottle. yum. ETA: I forgot to mention - this does fade quickly and I find that I'm reapplying every few hours.

Lovely! A super frimp from my BPTP eBay order. Needs another test, but first impressions are great. A bright, golden-green scent. Finally, a lemony scent that doesn't just go to detergent on me. The amber likes me enough to keep the lemon under control, I think. I'll keep the imp, and will consider a 5ml.

Tea. And 'linen' (actually, it smells very much like a faint whiff of Dirty mixed with hot sweet tea). With a tiny bit of lemony-ginger and the teensiest hint of sweetness. For once honey isn't killing this scent off for me. Nice. I'll keep the imp but not a 5ml as I have Dirty already!

Me and dragon's blood resin are not friends. We seriously dislike each other and really should just keep our distance. This was a frimp and I like to try new things. On me, Dragon's Heart dries out to smell of solid block loo freshener. Yuk. Off to swaps.

A lovely warm, glowing, amber scent. I've recently discovered that ambers generally work very well for me - warm but light and golden-smelling. And I agree with Vampy - definitely a slight hint of tea in the background of The Lion. I'm more convinced than ever that all the Tea Party scents have a sneaky amount of tea in them. And I've yet to find a Tea Party oil that doesn't work on me! Yay!

Bumping an old thread - I don't see Bewitched mentioned anywhere here already, but (on me) that's a gorgeous, lush purple berry scent, with a dash of herbiness to stop it being too sweet. It's divine! But I do seem to have made the surprising discovery that berry scents love my skin. Not something I expected but lovely nonetheless!

I won this in a BPTP ebay auction. It's quite different to other scents I've tried. I can really smell the tart blackberry, but it mixes with the other scents and I can't really pick out any of the other notes. I'm glad I took a chance and ordered it - especially as I got 5 or 6 frimps thrown in as well as a fridge magnet and a postcard! It does disappear rather quickly, but I tend to wear the moon scents in the evening and to bed, so that's not a big issue. It definitely reminds me of Bewitched, although it's not as warm and ripe-smelling as that scent. It's more herby and tart behind the blackberry fruit smell. It does share at least two notes with Bewitched, though, so that's probably why I get a similarity.

Limited editions equivalents in the general catalog?

I'm just working my way through my latest batch of imps and currently have The Dormouse on my right hand - it's a very close match for the gorgeous Budding Moon on me, if anyone is looking for a GC equivalent of it. It's slightly lighter and has less throw, but I did only apply a small dab to test. Otherwise, it's pretty close. -
A very light, clean, emerald green scent, slightly lemony but not turning to pledge on me yet. This is cool green lemon-mint. This smells slightly grassy and herby once it's been on a while. There's a bit of an oddness to this that I'm not too keen on. I think perhaps it's the anise? I'll keep the imp as it's a very refreshing, clean scent, but not a 5ml option.

I think me and peony get on very well indeed. I can definitely smell a slight similarity to Budding Moon, although this is a lighter, more daytime scent, whereas I tend to wear Budding Moon either to my yoga class or when I go to bed. This is lovely. Very light and floral without being overly sweet. I'm not sure how long it will last. I will test again but may well buy a 5ml of this. So far I've liked all the Tea Party oils I've tried! And I think I'll be on a mission to test as many blends containing peony as I can. It really likes me.
