My brother and I both found Leave Her Johnny to be incredibly masculine on both of us so I would recommend that if you like deep, woodsy, coconutty aquatics. Recently purchased from a lovely forumite. In the bottle, my first thought is peach Egyptian musk with occasional whiffs of vanilla. The initial impression on my skin is a loud peach (not dissimilar to the one in Peach Vulva and which I must amp), creamy soft vanilla musk which is probably the Snake Oil with just the hint of something woodsy and spices. I didn't really pick up the brandy note, rather just a general astringency that I also got from the peach note in Peach Vulva. My brother picked up on the brandy immediately and my father said that this wasn't his favorite BPAL he's smelled on me as of late. This smells nice to me in the bottle but unfortunately, the peach doesn't agree with my skin chemistry.

Herbal, floral wild honey-drenched agarwood kissed with soft vanilla. I amp honey which is strong but beautiful in this blend. I also tend to amp wood scents but love them and this is a beautiful herbaceous, green one. I don't find this oud to be diaper-like or funky, it seems the honey tempers it. At first, this is all honey and loud wood on me but the dry down leaves you with soft sweet honey that is almost "honey-dust" or pollen-like and vanilla. The scent evokes various rich shades of gold, green, and brown. This is a new favorite that I will have to savor.

Reviving this thread! My top 5 are: Boomslang, Bastet, Bengal, Bien Loin D'ici, and Debauchery. All the B's and sometimes D's 😂I gravitate towards warm, musky, spicy scents with the occasional floral or gourmand thrown in. Thanks in advance!

I'm looking for BPAL scents with a noticeable sweet, creamy, nutty tonka bean note, even better if it's with cacao as well. I really love the marriage of tonka and cacao at the base of Carolina Herrera's Good Girl Supreme and was wondering if BPAL had anything in that sort of scent family. Thanks so much!
