I didn’t think I’d want to smell like brownies, but it turns out I do! This is a cozy evening scent for me. I put it on after my chores are done for the day. It is so reassuring and the lab on the label looks exactly like my mom’s beloved dog that passed barely a year ago named Dexter, so this scent is all kinds of good vibes to me. I feel as if I am summoning Dexter to cuddle up with again while eating brownies and drinking cardamom coffee.

On me this is a cozy, sexy gourmand bomb! It has big throw and lasts forever on my skin. It is dangerous to wear in public if you don’t want to be approached, because it makes you seem sweet, alluring, and approachable. I tend to wear this one at home for that very reason.

As others have mentioned, smells exactly like Djarum Blacks, unlit. Spicy and gorgeously nostalgic. I layer this with Hypnotic Poison, which I have been wearing since 1997 and it. is. everything. My signature scent, my favorite BPAL of all time. If it ever comes back in stock, I'll buy many more bottles.

This is my second favorite BPAL ever. It's got the snake oil and coffee, and it's just blended to perfection. I have an imp I decanted for myself in my purse so I can put it on all the time. It's also the featured scent I keep in my scent locket. I hope it comes back in future Halloweens. I've now had it for over a year and haven't gotten tired of it. That's saying something because I ended up spilling a bottle all over my bureau this summer and my bedroom reeked of it for an entire weekend and I DIDN'T get sick of it, I loved it even more. THIS is the vehicle for snake oil in my opinion.

A skin scent that to me smells more like pumpkin chocolate chip bread than a muffin, but I think that's just 'cause it's not over-the-top in-your-face sweet. It's exactly what you want it to be if you are drawn to this scent, except maybe that it doesn't have a ton of throw. I agree with LavenderCoffee above that it would probably layer well, and I can't wait to try it with Jack, Snake Oil, and Pumpkin Snake Latte especially! Yum!

I am obsessed with Clove Cigarettes retail exclusive from BPAL so I had to try this one. I get the hairspray, a little clove, but this is 90% dead leaves note on me, which is not a note that works on me, unfortunately. I will try again after letting it settle (just got in the mail today).
