This scent is like the sibling of "Les Fleurs Du Mal". It has the same floral qualities, however, there is something more "tart" about it. Not in a bad way, though, in a sweet tarts way! This scent invokes imagery of the Seine with sun shining on it.

This perfume is purple and wispy. It is a decaying abandoned house a dusk. It reminds me of Silent Hill. This one is so unique, that I have trouble picking out the exact notes. However, each time I smell it, it does have the sensation of a ghosts whisper that just floated by. It is here and then it is gone. This perfume is so creepy cool!

In the bottle, it basically smells just night lavender essential oil. Typical lavender, always overpowering the other notes. However! On the skin the lavender fades a little bit and the beautiful jasmine and honeysuckle comes out! This is a very relaxing blend, and it is my quintessential bedtime perfume!

I got this as an imp in my first BPAL order, because I was drawn to the flowers! It is definitely a dark floral. A gothic floral. It is just a beautiful scent. I got a bottle of this for my grandma, who remembered reading the book when she grew up in France. She approves too!

This scent evokes a specific memory of mowing the lawn on a summer day, perhaps eating a fresh peach. To me it just smells like peaches and fresh lawn clippings, and I can not "unsmell" that. This one is oddly visual to me. While I rarely wear it, I do appreciate it for what it is and how it can take me back to a distinct, oddly specific memory.

This reminds me of a rainy day in the springtime. The leather gives off a "new car" smell, but also a watery smell. It does not smell like petrichor, though. It is more like a watering your roses type scent. It is very nice and unique!

Wow. This scent is intense, "Ravenous" is the perfect name for it. The orange and red patchouli oddly contradict each other, but mend together so well. It is a very contradictory scent, but not in a bad way. Oddly the two scents together seem to produce a scent that resembles a musk of some sort. This is one I am rarely in the mood to wear, but I still like it nonetheless.

I love this one! The roses and honey are the strongest notes to me. I did not realize how good of a combo that was though. This scent has a vintage feel. It reminds me of going to a antique mall, and finding a bottle of well preserved vintage perfume.

This perfume is very well melded together, it is one of the ones that is difficult for me to pick out the individual notes (without reading them). I feel like if confidence was a perfume, this would be it. It is a very alluring and bold fragrance. It feels like it has the same vibe as "Snake Oil", even though the two do have differences.

I got this as a frimp and OH MY GOSH I love it! It smells just like vanilla incense, I assume it's the mix of smokey vanilla and sandalwood. I am such a sucker for those two notes. What I love about this too, is that it smells just like incense that is currently burning, which is sometimes hard to come by. I may have to get a full bottle someday.

I got an imp of this in my very first BPAL order, because I had heard that this was the quintessential BPAL scent. When I first smelled it, I was a bit overwhelmed by the medicinal qualities of it. It admittedly took a while for me to get used to. However, I now love it. Now, I oddly appreciate the medicinal qualities of it because it is literally called "Snake Oil", it fits. This scent oddly reminds me of the desert, I am unsure as to why. The vanilla and spices work beautifully together, and it is truly unique. This scent is amazing and definitely essential BPAL for a reason.

There is something incensey , about this scent, but I also smell the honey. For a scent with patchouli in it, it is oddly subtle. It is very well balanced. The scent brings imagery of a peaceful fountain by a hidden temple in the woods. I really like this one actually!

This is like Snow White's sibling. It is very similar, but still has some distinct differences. First, it is more rose forward. Second, it has more of an earthy quality. I really like this actually. I'll consider getting a full bottle.

This is seriously one of my favorites. It smells just like you baked some sort of cinnamon cake, and the scent of it lingered on your sweater and you went on a walk after. There is a scent of crisp, cool, air and autumn leaves. The is also something green about it. It's amazing!

The smells like Morocco (one of my favorites), but more foodie. In the bottle, the pumpkin and spices are the strongest. However, on the skin the foodiness settles down, and the Morocco comes out, but I think it balances very well! Morocco turned autumnal, I love it!
