    Griezzell Greedigutt

VERY earthy. I'm finding it pretty similar to Graveyard Dirt, with a hint of something sweet.

Dead Leaves, Oakmoss, and Pine Needles

I'm getting something citrusy, and the pine needles--which are very green, fresh pine needles.

    Frugiferas Auruis Aestas

To me it's fruity (apple-y?) and sweet, with a lot of emphasis on sweet spices. After a little while I start getting something like... walnut? I wish I could drink a tea like this.

    Sturgeon Moon: Ambergris and Lichen

This is very fresh and bright--to me it smells like grapefruit. Surprising, but quite nice.

    Cat at the Table

I'm definitely getting lemon from this. But a sweet, mellow lemon. Very nice, delicious-smelling.

    Snowbound

Well. I liked this at first sniff, and even immediately after I put it on. But after a little while on my skin, it acquired this note that I can only relate to the cleaning fluid they use on the bathrooms at work (or, I guess, the scent that gets added to it to cover up the natural smell). Not the lemony kind, but the sort of sweet, "fresh" kind. Highly unfortunate. I gave it a chance to dry, and that part fades a bit, but it never stops being noticeable. I guess this is me finding out that the "snow" note doesn't work on me in the least. It was also unusually difficult to remove.

    Dragon's Hide

In the imp, all I was getting was dragon's blood. But as soon as it went on my skin, it morphed into leather--then leather and smoke, with a tiny bit of dragon's blood under it. After a while, the dragon's blood came back out, and now it's most of what I'm smelling. Interesting.

    Penny Dreadful

I'm getting dirt and honey from this--with the honey coming out more once it's on me. Unusual, but nice!

How to remove scents from your skin

Shampoo! I haven't seen anyone else mention it, but that I've been having good results using it lately--I just lather it up on the affected area, then wash it off. It seems pretty effective--better than regular soap, dish soap, or alcohol--and it's not harsh on my skin. (Mine is Pert, the shampoo/conditioner combo.)

An Oiran on New Years Day

This is really lovely. At first I get mostly ginger--fresh ginger root, not gingerbread--which then picks up some sweetness, like candied ginger. After a bit the tea comes out.

    Second Sight 2021

This scent is fascinating to me. I do get the beeswax and lilac on first applying it, but after a while I would swear it settles down into something that reminds me of... Spooky? E.g. kind of a vanilla/mint/coconut. Which is wild, because they don't seem to have any notes in common.

    Azathoth

The citrus disappears on me almost immediately, and it smells sweeter than it does in the imp. Sort of incensey and spicy. Very nice.

    Baba Yaga

To me it smells sweet and woody at first, but turns into something I can only call "pleasantly swampy"--like Whippoorwill. Maybe that's the moss! I like this a lot.
