One of my fondest childhood memories is of fields of alfalfa at twilight in the middle of Summer, fresh green scents and that wonderful fragrance they give off after a rain storm and the cool green and purple scent they have in the dark after a really hot Summer day when the sun finally sets. But nowhere can I find a bottle of Twilight Alfalfa Field. I am a total newbie to BPAL, having only gotten two orders so far, with one outstanding. So I am not yet very experienced in the amazing range of scents available here. Has anybody found any scents that are fresh mown hay like? Thank you for your help.

Wow, I got an imp ear of this as a freebie with my latest order and WOW How Have I Missed This All This Time? The drydown is a gorgeous musky amber that makes me want to take a bite of my wrist, yum. I needed this in my life, thank you Great Choosers of Random Imps.

I am utterly in love with this scent. It is clear and crisp in the bottle and is a long-lasting scent that doesn't get muddy and lost on my skin. The littlest bit of spice to the scent keeps it interesting on my skin. I love that it is not overwhelmingly citris, but is light and refreshing without being loud. I wasn't expecting this to be my favourite right off the bat, and was pleasantly surprised.

So very yum! This is the first BPAL scent I have gotten a 5ml of, scent unsmelled. So it is a good thing I ended up liking it. In the Bottle: Cherry Cough Syrup (and I thought 'oh my Goddess, what have I done?') But then... On me it smells nothing like cherry. It drys to a very warm and not terribly sweet scent, but still edible smelling. And long lasting, oh wow is it long lasting. My verdict is that I made a great guess at getting goodness for my first purchase ever.
