I'm confident of my abilities... I just don't want to be really disappointed... I think this feeling has to do with the week I'm having... hopefully, I'll feel better on Tuesday
-
Thanks everyone! It's a clerical position in a law office... I hope I'll get it, but I'm trying to tell myself that I probably won't, so I won't get too disappointed later on.

Thanks for the suggestion!!

I have a job interview on Tuesday, it's for a law firm (which make me a little nervous), and I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for an oil to wear. I have: Skadi, Snake Oil, Belladonna, Jack, O, Hamadryad, Dia De Los Muertos, Sugar Skull, Gingerbread Poppet, Egg Nog, Midwinter's Eve, All Saint's, King of Diamonds, Old Kyoto, Old Madrid, Hunger, Hellcat, Hellfire, Bon Vivant, Bliss, The Red Queen, Baron Samedi, The Caterpiller, Cheshire Cat, Seraglio Any help would be appreciated!

A shot of pure, self-indulgent euphoria! A scent that is very, very wicked in its own way: the serotonin-slathered scent of pure milk chocolate. To me, Bliss smells like a chocolate brownie... so yummy!

At first, it was a very light musky scent... then I could smell the leather, and it was getting stonger... Then it turned soapy... very strong soapy scent I really hate what my body does to lovely scents sometimes!

So far, lots of soap and hot water works for me...

Frost Moon has a lovely candy cane scent... unfortunely, it gave me a monster headache... Sadness

To me, Hearth smells like dark chocolate covered cherries... it is sooo yummy!

This is my review for the 2004 version of Gingerbread Poppet, and I hope this is in the right spot! If not, feel free to move it. When I first put on Gingerbread Poppet it was a little spicy, but had all the homebake goodness of gingerbread cookies. Now that it's dry, it's not spicy anymore... just the gingerbread smell is lingering. It's so good!!!

To me, Old Kyoto smells like cherry Luden's cough drops, which I loved as a kid. This is a great scent!

Gluttony is very yummy, and strong. Very sweet with it's carmel and chocolate smell... It lasted a very long time on me, I put it on yesterday afternoon, and I could still smell it this morning. Very good, though I don't know if I'll get a big bottle, but I'll keep the imp.

Sometimes, everything turns to power on me, depending on time of the month and such... I haven't found one yet that turns to powder all the time. It may be other reasons that the oil itself.

I have nightmares all the time, but I got a freebie imp of baku with one of my swaps... I've used it the last couple of nights, and I haven't had any nightmares! I'm going to use it until the imp is gone. I so need a big bottle of it.

Snake Oil is very vanilla to me... but a very yummy, foody vanilla that I just love... the vanilla does mellow as it dry, but still smells great. This is one for the big bottle list... Gosh, I wish I could write longer reviews... I seem to be able to only pick out one smell I recognized with each oil.

At first, in the bottle and wet on my skin, Belladonna seemed rather minty. So much so, that I put it in my swap pile. But I put it on right before I went to bed, and as I was trying to go to sleep, it turned into a Vicks Vaporub smell, and it was very soothing to me. So, I yanked it out of the swap pile, and I have been wearing it every night since!

This scent unfortunely smells like dish soap on me... it smelled light and floral in the bottle, and a bit when I put it on... but it's only been on about 5 minutes, and it's very, very soapy
-
I got this as a freebie today... and it smelled (unfortunely) like a nasty grape cough syrup... and it was super strong, and unfortunely added to my headache. Unfortunely, one of those instant dislikes in the bottle sort of thing.

No problem, astrobabe I noticed on my internet checking that I had some charges, so I decided to check my orders, and they were all marked 'shipped'
-
All my orders have been 'harvested' now... even the one that I made yesterday.
-
It just takes some time sometimes... none of my Yule orders have been 'shipped' Here's a thread that might help you out: http://www.bpal.org/index.php?showtopic=8267
-
If you are using CCNOW, then all 'awaiting shipment' means is they haven't sent the info on to the lab... When it says 'shipped' all that means is the lab has your order... it won't ship until at least a month after you put your order in. Hope that helps.
-
The orders for my Yule scents have not been 'shipped' yet either... and I was talking to another bpal person, and her's hadn't been either.

These are great... my problem is that I can't find them readily in the town I live. My dad heard that peppermint would work for headaches, and he got a bottle for me... unfortunely, I tried it when I had a very bad headache and it didn't work. I'll have try the peppermint and lavender sometime. -

This is one of the reasons that I love bpal. I don't suffer from migrianes, per say, but have chronic headaches... and most of the bpal scents I've tried have not given me/made worse my headaches. I'll have to try some of the suggestions on here... Anything that helps would be great!
