Oh my gosh, I love this! I'm getting a well rounded amber, with ambergris and a touch of peach. It reminds me of the perfume The Golden Hour, as a base with the other notes supporting. This has jumped to my top ten. LOVE

Apple scents almost always smell like shampoo products to me, and I just can't get the association out of my head. I heard this one was good, so I hunted a decant down, and to my disappointment, it is apple heavy on me, and not a very realistic one. I do get some lovely marshmallow, but it's mostly about the apple. Le sigh.

I am an almond fiend, so I was excited to get a frimp of this one. Right away, almond, strong, but doesn't last long. The myrrh and musk make an appearance, but it turns the blend more to almond soap to me, which I don't mind, as I've been digging soapy scents lately. I will use the imp, but it probably won't be an upgrade.

Fresh and airy. I'm thinking from the tea. Not getting one particular floral, it's just well blended. It threatens to go powdery after a bit, and becomes rather sharp. Not for me, but nice to try.

Right off, this reminds me of Eldritch Dark, a blend which I'm now regretting giving up. I thought I was done with leather, but after Loviatar, I'm hooked again. Leather, musk and myrrh. I'm loving this, and it will only get better with age. Eldritch fans should definitely seek out.

I really used to dislike white musk, but I'm finding that I'm enjoying it in small quantities due to the feeling of 'cleanness' in warm weather and that I probably could get away with it at work. Here it's clean white musk and some champaca. Not really getting pear and dandelion, though it could be adding to the blend that I'm not aware of. I'll use up the imp on warmer days, which seem to have disappeared for the time being..

At first, I wasn't really into this. I felt that someone butchered my lovely lavender. I'm not sure if it settled a bit, or I grew to love it, but I really dig it now, its a different take on your traditional lavender blend. It's dark, shadowy, silky. Really kind of bad ass. It's more of a nighttime blend rather than sleep, and when the smoke and cognac settle down and whatever dark nighttime activities you are into are finished, you are ready for the lavender to finally envelope you into a comfy velvet darkness. Glad I went for a bottle and back up.

I had a super aged imp of this, and it smelled like a more spicier Morocco, rich with vanilla, and I really quite liked it, but found it was too close to Morocco to hunt any down. (Good luck anyways!!). I got an imp just to see, and it's not anything like the Silk Road that I remember. I can hardly smell anything, and what I do smell is kind of like stale red hots. This may end up like the original, but for now, I'm glad that I didn't spring for a bottle.

I really can hardly smell this at all, just a whiff of chemical leather. I really don't like leather blends anymore, I just wanted to see what the fuss was about, and I can honestly say for me, I wasn't missing anything.

This ends up being a slightly resinous vanilla on me. Very faint, slightly soapy, but I still like it. I will hold on to it for awhile to see if the oil strengthens. Very low key, but pretty.

I love Poison, so was looking forward to trying this. I was pretty worried for the first couple of hours, it's screechy, heady jasmine, and much too sweet, with what smells like berries that you shouldn't eat. After a few hours, it is quite lovely, but I'm unsure if I want to wait those hours. It ends up being a soft, dark floral. I will wait a bit to see how it ages.

Gardenia, as advertised, only a fake waxy, buttery kind of scent. That being said, I have never found a perfume that actually smells like the real gardenia, in all her glory. This scent reminds me of my mom, as she used to wear a perfume like this in the late seventies, and it brings back fond memories of her getting ready to go out for dinner with my dad. I'm pretty sure she would like this, but not sure I want to give up this imp.

Very much like So Below, from what I remember. I thought SB was too similar to Haloes to warrant keeping, so I sold it. This is kind of like a meshing of SB and Haloes, it's glowing amber with more than a little touch of woods. I like it, but not as much as Haloes. I will see what aging does to it before I let it go.

I'm not getting cotton candy here, but not minding one little bit. Up close, I'm getting sugared musky Dorian, and from a distance, I'm getting something like a lime margarita around me. Perfect for the hot weather, and an awesome Dorian variant!

I have been DISO of this baby since I got the atmosphere spray a couple of months back and fell deeply in love . I cannot believe my incredible luck at obtaining a bottle, and it is everything I hoped it would be. . At first, I'm getting a fougure, it kind of reminds me a bit like Banded Sea Snake, it almost is aquatic, though that could be my association with the aforementioned snake. The fougure disappears soon, and we're left with a warm, glowing amber, with a touch of clearness, like the amber crystallized itself. This does remind me now of a stronger Edith Cushing, and is also reminiscent of blends like Lyonesse and Black Opal. I adore this, and can't wait to see what it's like after it settles a bit and with some age behind it.

I find this very similar to the other Eve, but a tad more wearable without the rose. The sage is just a 'touch' to me, and all the other lovely notes are there. I am happy, as I accidentally spilled most of one of my Eve's, so this will replace her nicely.

Not as strong as Peacock Queen, but this still scented my living room with a more warmer Snow White. This is less 'chilly' than the perfume, almost like a winter version, cosier. Vanilla, a bit of floral, no coconut and not much of a snow note. I'd like my house to smell like this all the time.

I only managed to snag a tea light of this one, so I could hardly smell it while burning. The wax up close made me want to eat a decadent dessert, though. It smelled like vanilla custard with spices. Yum!

Another 'light' lace. This one is along the lines of Summer Lace, and other fresher laces. I'm getting herbal along with the Lab's lace note. It threatens to go soapy on me, but never does. It actually falls kind of flat on me, and I won't be needing any more than the imp.

Very nice, TKO-like lavender blend. I've been after this a long time, and I have to say I like a Sweet Sleep hair gloss better, its got a bit more going on, more playful and girly. This is straight up bedtime. I still like it, but probably will try to hunt down more of the other.

Fresh white musk, a bit of citrus and a bit of mint. This really smells like Lighting Storm hair gloss from a few years back, which makes me a happy camper.

In dramatic contrast to the soft innocence of Snow White and the dew-kissed freshness of her sister, Rose Red, this is a blood red, voluptuous rose, velvet-petaled, at the height of bloom. Haughty and imperious, vain, yet incomparably lovely to the eye, but thick with thorns of jealousy, pride and hatred. Lovely rose fragrance in my house. I find candles scent better than atmosphere sprays, so I was thrilled to be able to try these in 'decant' form from Ajevie. My husband loved the scent, it's not all rose, there's something else in there, like a high class high rise apartment, which isn't me, but it's still nice just the same.

Something strong and acrid with a touch of green herbal. I'm thinking maybe a light patchouli? I don't mind it, I think it would be nice as a soap.
-
Lovely white floral with greenery and I believe I'm getting the amber and vanilla in the background. This is fresh and florally, and would be a lovely scent for a bride on her wedding day, it's got that kind of 'feel' to it. It reminds me of the alyssum flower, the scent of it, though I didn't really like the lab's version of that sn.

Kind of spicy, kind of fruity, a bit creamy. I do get the licorice comparison, but I think its' just the combination of spices making it that was. Kind of a less anise Paduan Killer Swarm. This one is quite 'blah' on me, but I remember enjoying it yesterday, so maybe it's a skin chemistry issue.
