Wow, this is pretty much all smoke on me, and not a pleasant one. I'm thinking I must amp smoke, as this has happened before. Every so often I'll get a whiff of floral vanilla, and it is quite pleasant, and the leather is pretty much non existent, though I do catch the odd whiff here and there. I will re-visit Liz in a couple of days, as she's had a long journey, but right now, she is a no go.

Many thanks to CD for sending me a sniffie of this! At first, Pollution is overly ozoney on me. Gradually a masculine, musky citrussy scent emerges and the ozone fades away, thank goodness. The citrus is very 'green', which I'm guessing is the green musk. I love all these notes, and they do not disappoint. A little does go a long way, however, and he is a bit overbearing at first with the ozone vibe. This blend would be great in the summer months, and I'll most likely pick up a bottle before then, as I find very few 'fresh' blends work on me. Glad that I found one that does!

This one is a morpher. Black Rider starts out very resiny and dark, not surprise here. It actually reminds me a lot of Raven Moon at this stage. Soon the leather starts to amp, and it is a very warm comforting soft, dark leather. Gradually the leather disappears, and were left with fungus. Yes, a dirty, mushroom note is coming out. There are a few blends that do this to me, and I'd really like to know what note it is so that I can avoid it in the future. Ah Well.

I really didn't expect this one to be so masculine, but it is. Wet, it is quite sharp and incensey, but dries down to a warm vanilla-like ambery incense, but definitey with a 'guy' vibe. Nice, but I'll probably pass this one, as I don't wear masculine scents.

Wet, this is all vetiver. As it dries, I am reminded of something I love. Could it be?? SNAKE CHARMER!! Yes, this is very similar to Snake Charmer on me. I just put a little dab of SC nearby Hunger, and it's like Snake Charmer with orange blossom instead of plum. Like Khrysee and Snake Charmer had babies. I LOVE this, a beautiful resiny, musky orange blossom and vanilla blend. This truly is amazing, and glad the labbies threw this one in. They really are psychic!!

Wet, this fruity plum with something sharp in the background. Must be the wildflowers, I'm thinking, and the sharpness does fade away pretty quickly. I'm really not getting any cream, though maybe it's adding something to the blend I'm not aware of. This blend reminds me of something else, but I can't think of what. Maybe a watered down version of Dionysia? All in all, there is not enough depth and complexity to this blend, though I am very happy to have tried it!

This is a very cold, metallic blend to me. Very masculine and reminiscent of CK1 to me, which I used to love. Now, this is just not my style, and the metallic note is just annoying, like you've been shopping for two hours with a buggy and smell your hands after. Or the damp change at the bottom of an old purse accidently left outside. Yeah, not my style.

I agree with Aldercy in that this smells like Giant Vulva. Only this one is more "honey-like" and warm to me. Almost like there is beeswax in here somewhere. I really don't get any sage or incense which is somewhat of a disappointment. The warmth and sweetness of this blend is nice, but I don't need a bottle of it.

Red musk, pomegranate, orange blossom, and melon. This is a VERY fruity red musk blend. It really doesn't change from wet to dry. I get a bit of the tart pomegranate, but mostly it's just an overly sweet fruity blend. I think the melon may be ruining it for me, as all the other notes are made of win. Kind of reminds me of Shango a bit. I may enjoy this blend more in the summer, and will revisit it then.

First of al, thanks to Twilight Eyes for frimping me this lovely!! Ooh, I get loads of frankincence here, one of my favourite notes. I really don't get much else, but that's OK. Just sweet, resiny frankinscence. LOVE, and I'll treasure this imp!

Wet, this is a very realistic Blackberry jam. I get no pastry here. As it dries, a very sickening floral fruity candy-like scent is dominant, very reminiscent of cheap room spray. This really is akin to Knave of Hearts, as someone mentioned, but the fruit is different, another blend that did not work on me. Oh well.

I'm discovering that I like certain woody blends, and this definitely fits the bill! Wet, it is very medicinal, kind of like Vics. It dries to a gorgeous, sweet woody blend, kind of like subdued cedar and beeswax and a bit of incense. I really like this, and bet it will age pretty phenomenally. Definitely contemplating a bottle!

Very fresh, floral blend that doesn't change wet to dry for me. There is a sharp, bitter green note here that makes this whole blend smell like you are standing in a cooler in a florists shop. I rather enoy this, it's not heady, but rather refreshing.
-
At first, this is a dry, dusty blend. Smells just like my Mom's books from the 50's. As it dries, it becomes very soft and pretty. I'm detecting a light, sweet woody note here along with the dusty books. I like it, but probably not enough for a bottle.
-
This is very 'clean' smelling, of course. I get lemon and florally soap, and it's somewhat aquatic to me. I'm surprised that I quite like this, as I generally don't like ozone or 'wet' blends. I would buy a cleaner if it smelled this good. Personally, I wouldn't want to smell like this, but I'll probably use the rest of this sniffy in my bathroom. This would also be a great air freshener in the spring. I am contemplating a bottle for this purpose.

Wet, this is all jasmine and musk. The musk gradually fades, and we're left with pretty much all jasmine. My skin love's jasmine, and tends to amp so nothing else gets through. Unfortuneately, this is not for me.
-
Wet, this reminds me of a spicy Glowing Vulva. I think it's nutmeg. As it dries, it almost fades to nothing, and I get the faintest whiff of wood and spices. An hour later, and this blend just blooms. I get a more feminine Antikythera Mechanism now, still a spicy, sweet woody blend, but more wearable than AK to me. Very nice, and I'll treasure my imp!

This is a pleasant, somewhat foody vanilla blend. I get some sandalwood here and a bit of musk. The only complain I have, is that it is quite faint and fades rather quickly. It kind of reminds me of a cross between Underpants and Antique Lace. The woodiness and vanilla also has a bit of Haloes/Glowing Vulva comparison. This is a bottle worthy blend to me, and it's going on my next order for sure. eta: After a couple of hours, the sandalwood comes out even more, and there is less of a foody vanilla. I love it even more, and I don't ever want ot be out of this blend. It's jumped straightto my top 5 ever, including LE"s. I'm probably going to put two bottles on my next order just incase it gets dc'd, and I'll have one cellaring.

Many thanks to the lovely forumite who frimped me this!! You know who you are! I was scared to order this when it was live, as ambergris and I do not get along. Wet, this ALL ambergris to me. It smells like a very traditional perfume. Expensive and old-fashioned. As it dries, the ambergris fades away, and we're left with a a dark, fresh floral. Kind of like you're walking in a lush jungle in the middle of the night, and the night-blooming flowers are combining with the moistness of the jungle. Nice, but not really my style.
-
Wet, this is like a strong invasive weed that you've pulled out of your garden. Very bitter and acrid. As it dries, this fades, and we're left with dirt, and maybe a touch of soft floral perfume. The perfume part is nice, but overall, this blend is not for me.
-
To me, this is a spicy berry-like blend, with a touch of incense. Lotus can sometimes make a blend fruity or candy-like on me even when there is no fruit. I don't get any lime or jasmine, though I must admit my nose is somewhat broke right now. Pleasant, I'll certainly enjoy my imp while it lasts.
-
I really don't get a lot of green, (maaaaybe a touch), just piles of ozone here. Very clean smelling, really kind of like a nice hotel soap. I think there is a bit of floral here as well. Not for me.
-
This is a very ozoney blend. Very fresh smelling, not offensive at all. Pretty much exactly like laundrey detergent. Unfortunenately aquatics don't agree with me, but at least it doesn't smell like I'd imagine a dead person to smell.
-
Many thanks to the lovely forumite who frimped me this! You know who you are! I love most berry blends (except strawberry and blueberry) and LOVE frankinscence, so I was really looking forward to trying this. Unfortuneately, the strawberry dominates, I was kind of hoping for the hucklyberry, but it was not to be. This is like extremely sweet strawberry, nothing much else. I will say that it's not fake.

Wet, this is a dry, dusty blend with vetiver and maybe a touch of fruit, either apple or fig. I can't tell which. The fruitiness and vetiver fades off, and we're left with a soft, dusty blend, very reminiscent of Sunbird. This does fade faster than Sunbird, however, and it's not as dry or spicy. I'm a Sunbird fan, so I do like this, although I think Sunbird is a bit better.
