Diesis Report post Posted July 26, 2023 (edited) I've tried this a few times since I got it over a month ago... I can't really pin it down except to say it's warm & lovely & makes me THINK of a sunny day under a tree. The zea (I think that's what I'm smelling) is a sort of odd spicy grass? note. I like it though, quite a bit. The honey doesn't overwhelm & is mainly noticeable in the dry down after around an hour. The olive oil is mostly a supporting role (I had to go smell our olive oil to see how it smells) & seems almost like a warming note, uplifting whatever is prominent. I cannot quite smell roots or even a sort of tree note (I have a few other trees or root note BPAL I compared to). However, any blend so seamless tends to stay high on my favoured bpal scents. Ones that just invoke the idea of the name or notes, not each note itself appearing. Overall, I've enjoyed wearing this on summer nights. Lovely scent.
