Jenjin Report post Posted February 17 White sandalwood, black cypress, wormwood, creeping willow, and rue. In yesterday’s reach and to-morrow’s, Out of sight though they lie of to-day, There have been and there yet shall be sorrows That smite not and bite not in play. The life and the love thou despisest, These hurt us indeed, and in vain, O wise among women, and wisest, Our Lady of Pain.
ghoulnextdoor Report post Posted March 22 A damp, earthy green and cold minerality like a shroud of moss scraped from a frost-flowered gravestone. A soft, dusty herbal whisper, like crushed leaves scattered in wild, wet weather. A path of long silence and deepening shadow.
OxfordComma Report post Posted August 4 This smells wet and damp for sure. There's something sharp and bitter, the rue? It's almost like a very concentrated pithy citrus essential oil, but more green? It's only really evident if I sniff directly. The throw is herby and wet, like a bundle of freshly rinsed ingredients foraged from a wild wood. Interesting but a little too forest hag for me lol
