Jenjin Report post Posted February 18 Lychee, pink peppercorn, rosehip tea, pink peonies, angelica, and ylang ylang.
Haltija Report post Posted March 12 I got my package last night but I have let these bottles sit for a while before I thought to wear test any. This is absolutely beautiful on me. 😍 I immediately pulled something very herbal and I have the rosehip tea and angelica notes to thank for that. This is by no means a bad thing at all, but it smells slightly medicinal on my skin and that alone is actually what I keep going back for- I cannot stop sniffing it. When it began to dry the gorgeous peony came to the surface to temper out the herbal facet- anyone who knows me knows peony is a floral note I cannot get enough of, the constant sniffing only grew stronger. I only smelled lychee at the very final drydown- not a bit of ylang ylang to be had and that's quite alright. I love this so much and I am tempted to get a backup because it's going to be a easy one to wear in the Summer.
becca_s Report post Posted March 31 (edited) When first applied this starts out as a tart lychee scent. On me this leans very citrusy, I actually thought that it must have a grapefruit note but when I checked the notes it doesn't. After some wear time, the citrus element settles and I can smell the rosehip tea and some softer floral notes. The peony, ylang ylang aren't really standing out to me, I can't pick out the pink peppercorn either. I find the lychee to dominate over the floral notes. Overall, this is a bright and refreshing summery scent. Edited April 8 by becca_s
ShadowEtienne Report post Posted April 8 Fresh, tart lychee is the predominant note in this on me. That beautiful lychee note rests on top of a lovely herbal-floral bed that really balances it and keeps it from being too simple. Angelica (with its sort of herbal licoricy element) and peonies are the more distinct herbal-floral note, but there's a whisper of Ylang Ylang behind them, and the hint of tart rosehip helps merge the herbal notes to the lychee. Not getting any of the pink peppercorn, but I wouldn't be surprised if its presence is helping to hold back the scent from getting too sweet. Overall this is lovely and tart lychee with a complex herbal-floral base, and I'm glad that I got a share of a bottle!
Laughing Seagull Report post Posted April 9 Reminds me a lot of Flowering Peonies from the 2021 Shunga set, which was another lychee/peony scent. And like Flowering Peonies, it leaves me wishing it was fruitier or at least that the florals would settle down a little. This is a lone fruit in a room full of giant waxy flowers. doomsday_disco Report post Posted April 17 This is a very floral lychee scent that is lighter than I expected it to be (I have a few of Astrid's lychee scents, and her lychee note is a lot stronger.) This starts off as mostly lychee and rose on me, but the rose quickly overtakes the lychee. I'm not familiar enough with angelica to be able to pick it out, and the peony and ylang ylang are not as strong as the rose. If you're looking for florals with a little lychee, this will be up your alley. But if you were looking for mostly lychee with a hint of florals, like me, you might be disappointed. Miyabi Report post Posted April 27 Alas, like Flowering Peonies, I get neither lychee nor peony. I am, however, getting a lot of rosehip tea and curiously, mint. This is more interesting than Flowering Peonies (which was, sadly, tuberose and dryer sheets), but it's not for me, I don't think.

s feral Report post Posted May 2 soft & surprisingly well behaved rose to start but then the ylang ylang comes in yelling. the sweet ylang ylang, when combined with the lychee, unfortunately smells pretty urinous to me. i gradually get more of the lychee & the florals lose their distinction & meld into a big pastel pink bouquet. i’m not into this one- too high pitched & cloyingly floral for me. i sadly don’t get any pepper or anything particularly herbal or tea-like. had to scrub this one as it started to give me a headache. sunshineTea Report post Posted May 8 This makes a very mellow feminine floral blend on me. There's a bit of fruitiness, a bit of sweetness, soft and pleasant.
Little Bird Report post Posted May 16 I don't actually get any lychee from this, though it does have a pleasant fruitiness to it that reminds me of unripe Asian pears (sort of a watery, tart apple tone). Then there's tons of creamy, fluffy floral with a hint of clean, making me think of white peonies. The floral scent is like lily and peony had a baby and it also reminds me of LUSH's Sultana soap (the creamy, white, clean undertone that the soap has). The rosehip tea is well behaved and not particularly rosy on me, but more an impression of honeyed tea next to a bouquet of big, white flowers. Not what I expected from the listed notes at all, but is a very pretty, clean-but-not-soapy, floral & tea scent.
Rspades Report post Posted June 16 (edited) Ugh this smells like sour BO on me, total skin chem fail unfortunately! actually I lied, the dry down is a sweet dry fruity floral! But WOOF that opening is rough Edited June 16 by Rspades
vixen of pie Report post Posted July 28 (edited) Smells like canned sweet lychee and floral in the bottle. When I applied it, it developed in the best way on my skin and I fell in love with it. For me, the lychee note stayed consistently present, though it was less sweet on my skin than in the bottle, which is a good thing. It played in harmony with the tea. These rosehips don't lie, it was soft and added this very refreshing play to the lychee and surrounded me in a light, somewhat airy and cooling scent of lychee and flowery tea all day. This works wonderfully on me! It's become my go-to summer scent for the hottest of days. edit: typo 😅 Edited July 28 by vixen of pie
asoursweetsixteen Report post Posted July 31 I can absolutely inhale a bunch of lychees while watching something, so I definitely jumped at the chance to smell like one. the florals are more prominent than the lychee (which makes sense since florals are 4/6 of the notes) but the lychee is still very much there and fighting to be noticed. I unfortunately can't make out the pink peppercorn much (womp womp cause I love pink pepper) so this oil is just super bright with nothing trying to bring it down or curb it. this is beautiful and very delightful! definitely tempting to upgrade to a full bottle
