Jenjin Report post Posted August 31 (edited) The cadaver, my friend, is blowin’ in the wind: a chilly whoosh of dead leaves seasoned with the perfect amount of smog. Edited September 17 by Jenjin
bheansidhe Report post Posted September 1 (edited) What ... does this even smell like? It's the perfect goth new-car scent, if the new car in question were a lovingly restored 1956 Miller Landau hot-rod hearse with hand-stitched leather seats and burl wood paneling, fresh from the restorer's showroom and ready to cruise some country backroads. There's a hint of bonfire smoke in the sweet ozonic gusts of fresh air, and I think the gas tank was filled from a vat of Pumpkin Gas Can, because the vibe has a similar sharp-sweet chemical note. It smells like fresh air and fumes and it's better than I can describe. I plan to regularly spray my car with CH. Edited September 1 by bheansidhe
Invidiana Report post Posted September 22 (edited) Convertible Hearse somehow manages to be fresh and macabre at once. It reminds me a little bit of a gothic cologne a friend of mine wore in high school, a throwback those days when I was fifteen and thought it was rebellious to hang with my friends at the mall without any of our parents around. There's something of a new car smell about this. It's not the typical eau du new car, but if there ever was an air freshener was made for a hearse, this is it. The exhaust isn't anything like the overwhelming fumes of a gas station. It's a jolt of gas swept up by a cool autumn breeze that kicks up dry leaves as the hearse, not burdened by a casket yet, speeds down the freeway. Biocarbons Report post Posted October 31 I swear this smelled like tobacco upon first spray, but as it settled I get BPALs industrial smog note from Chernobog and Smokestack, with the smell of a car interior (wood, hint of leather? cloth), clove? and dead leaves. Freshly sprayed it was overwhelming, but after letting it settle I sort of like it. Leans masculine: like wearing a well worn jacket that belongs to a mechanic on an autumn walk.
