Jenjin Report post Posted August 31 (edited) Sun-warmed ripe red apples and a smattering of wildflowers. The Heats of August When summer opens, I see how fast it matures and fears it will be short; but after the heats of July and August, I am reconciled, like one who has had his swing, to the cool of autumn. – Ralph Waldo Emerson Artist - Gustav Klimt Edited August 31 by Jenjin
samanare Report post Posted September 10 Wild grasses and flowers with apple in the distance. The wild flowers note ends up dominating on me pretty strongly. And it smells more like a mix of prairie flower and grasses, very green and fresh. I think some of that fresh quality is coming from the apple note. But the apple note is distant and only becomes more so with wear. And even at its peak, the apple smells more like a sour green apple than the red apple note listed. Overall, it smells like a walk through tall grasses in a flower spotted meadow. Pretty, but I was really hoping for an apple scent.
theredkilt Report post Posted October 30 Fresh smells like biting into a red juicy apple followed by something creamy and white, maybe musk, like a creamy body lotion texture...could be the floral component of the blend. Little by little, as time goes, the milky creamy component gets stronger eclipsing the apple. In the end i get creamy milky body lotion scent with a whisper of a waning red apple pulp.
