doomsday_disco Report post Posted October 11 These five words, in this order, are like a spell that unlocks life-changing autumnal possibilities. So put this fragrance on your dessert mood board: fizzy vanilla ice cream spilling over the rim of a towering, froth-capped glass of ginger ale, drizzled with caramel. izile Report post Posted October 21 WOOO Fizzy!! In the bottle, it's a bit more light caramel with something that's probably distant ginger-ish in the background. Wet on the skin - immediate BOOM of ginger ale! It starts tamping down quick, but it smelled instantly fizzy! Dry on skin - It's like a really dry ginger ale with caramel syrup drizzled on top. I'm not getting a whole lot of apple, and I'm not sure on me how much the ginger ale is playing nicely with the caramel. There's something roughly "dirt" ish?? (not quite) underneath it all, kinda earthy... like, did you pick this ginger root fresh before you made this? It's interesting. Not as super sugary dessert-y as I had been expecting! ArtemisSelene Report post Posted November 6 So yummy! In the bottle I get a blast of fizzy ginger ale and caramel Wet the ginger ale comes out full force but also settles into the background rapidly Dry for me the caramel is the strongest note with a hint of apple. Almost smells like a caramel apple scented candy opposed to an actual caramel apple. I would say medium throw. Absolutely perfect for fall!
samanare Report post Posted November 14 Ginger ale, vanilla ice cream, covered in caramel. Unfortunately, I did not get the apple note at all. The ginger ale is the strongest on me, and serves as the base for the scent. The caramel is second in terms of strength, giving the impression of a ginger ale float with a very heavy hand of caramel topping. The caramel and vanilla note, the later of which is pretty mild, bring a lot of sweetness to the scent, which also rounds out the sharpness of the ginger ale and takes away from some its fizz. Overall, not as apple-y or ginger ale-y as I'd personally like, the but I'm definitely getting the inspiration.
splendidissima Report post Posted Wednesday at 10:14 AM Fizzy, yes! Mostly ginger ale - which I'm not mad at; I like it! - and a swirl of caramel to add sweetness and cut the sharpness of the ginger. I don't get much apple - maybe it's in there as it dries? or maybe I just want it to be in there, so I think it's there? Either way, it's still a fun scent, especially if you like effervescent ginger.
