samanare Report post Posted November 27, 2024 Baked apple single note. I cannot pick out the oats note on me, but there is a noticeable buttery quality to the scent. The apple note is taken to a foodie scent for me. It reminds me of an apple pastry, but without the pastry, warm, slightly mushy, buttery, and almost flaky. As someone who likes a more bright, crisp apple scent, this one is not for me. But despite its simplicity, still feels like a fresh take on a fall apple scent (ie no fall spice). doomsday_disco Report post Posted January 8 I'm upgrading my decant of this one. At first, it reminds me of sun-warmed red apples in an orchard, and then I think I must be getting the oats because I'm reminded of Roof Goblin with its apple and cereal milk, before it settles into a baked apple pulp scent with a hint of spice, but still has touches of that sun-warmed red apple that I got from it in the beginning. I really enjoy this and look forward to wearing this one in late summer and early fall while waiting for Weenies to drop.
frizzlechicken Report post Posted January 9 Strong apples and oats! Almost like an apple oatmeal. Absolutely gorgeous. Combining it with the regular Harvest Moon oil kicks it up into MAJOR FALL HARVEST VIBES. If (like me) you love that, then you gotta pick up both bottles for layering!
