It is difficult to give an exact date but I will do my best to update this post with the approximate date of the oldest orders. If your order is before that date, please email me at answers@blackphoenixalchemylab.com and I will find out why your order is still hanging around. We are about 80% with all the Black Friday orders (Nov. 29th - Dec. 2nd) and then we should be catching up. Puddin Report post Posted December 20, 2024 Today the 20th day of December. It was a hard week of packing orders but we got pretty far. At the moment, we have shipped orders up to Dec. 13th. Puddin Report post Posted December 29, 2024 Good evening everyone, Today is Saturday December 28th and after an exhausting week of the Christmas rush where myself and the goblins packed millions of orders, we gave the goblins some days off. As of yesterday we were packing orders from December 19th to the present moment. There are some stragglers from days before that and if you have a domestic order from before that and are worried about it, please email me at answers@blackphoenixalchemylab.com and I will look into it. Of course that does not count the international orders which are a whole different problem due to the EU saying we can't ship there anymore and the Canadian Post strike that just ended.
