violetblue Report post Posted December 15, 2024 On first application I get the Ube! OMG, so real!! As it dries, the very authentic, yummy pastry note takes over, shoving the lovely Ube to the back. Noooo where'd you go? I am left with mostly pastry single note. Smells delicious, but I can't wear things this foody, sadly, anymore.
Akurarei Report post Posted December 22, 2024 (edited) UBE SUFGANIYOT In the Bottle: A soft, milky fragrance with some underlying sweetness Application: Single drop of oil used on wrist, then rubbed together onto other wrist & behind each ear On my Skin, Wet: More milky impression! I've never smelled an Ube in real life, so I cannot determine if this note is prominent or accurate (knowing the diligence of the Lab, it is probably *very* accurate) Also some pastry sweetness coming through again, in small wafts On my Skin, Dry: Buttery, sweet pastry. There's definitely a note that is new/unfamiliar to me (probably the Ube) This fragrance is very subtle and I only get small sniffs of it as I move my arms around. This would be a very comforting scent to wear to sleep around the holidays Edited December 22, 2024 by Akurarei Added application detail
OxfordComma Report post Posted December 29, 2024 Helll yea ube. This starts out strongly baked ube cake and dries down more cakey with a hint of ube and that elusive suf cream note kinda lurking around the outskirts. Longevity was kinda mid and throw has been on the lighter side. I'm curious to see if this one thrives in warmer weather and I love ube enough to hang on to it and find out. I'll try to remember to report back with my findings 👩🔬
ghoulnextdoor Report post Posted January 2 A soft swirl of fried dough, a scant sifting of powdered sugar, and a filling that melts all its elements - white chocolate, pistachio, and coconut - into one creamy, nutty reverie. Pair this with Lavender Kitchen Mouse for the perfect snack box curation at an all-night Wes Anderson movie marathon, where every treat is just slightly offbeat and endearingly peculiar.
