I find it a bit quiet and contemplative in addition to warm and comforting. The bread is more evident to me at the moment than the brownie, but the spices are still present. Little Bird Report post Posted January 1 This is all dry spices to my nose. No bread, brownie, honey, cream or anise. FierceMilkshake Report post Posted January 2 Fresh out of the bottle, the first scent I smell is chocolate; a deep rich chocolate with warm spicy spices. A few minutes later I can smell the sweet dark tea. About 15 minutes later the chocolate starts to tone down and the bread, tea and cream start to bloom, mixing with the spices. Its a very cozy scent, perfect for the holidays when I would rather be eating cookies and pastries with a nice warm blanket instead of cleaning house. An hour later the chocolate settles into the background, but it still present, along with the bread, spices, honey and cream. theredkilt Report post Posted January 10 (edited) This smells like a nice melange of all spices listed in the description. Reminds me of Cartier Declaration with emphasis on the spice element. Green cardamom, fennel, coriander, star anise - in that order. It's more of a spicy aromatic blend than a gourmand one for me. roseus Report post Posted Tuesday at 10:19 AM Starts off very gourmand on my skin, a well-spiced brownie. As it dries the chocolate fades way back and it becomes a drier, muskier scent. The wool is fuzzy and musky (not at all clean laundry on me), the tea and spices follow closely behind. I get just a tiny hint of sweetness from the chocolate and honey. Very homey and cozy.
